Came back to update as I recently rediscovered the fun but, after paying for membership I am able to add a new face but not adjust the mouth. I keep adding a face and getting "something went wrong" error OR it just adds and skips mouth edit. I have samsung note10+. I do not reuse pictures already saved. I have far, FAR too much with this app. I am currently paying the monthly sub and amusing myself haha! I have seriously laughed to tears and choking 😂 Looking forward to new content!!

Very user friendly. It's easy to create a video in minutes. The search feature could use some tweaking but all around awesome fun. Wish you could download the videos.

Great app. Was 5 stars have been using it for years... But - faces are suddenly off center... About 20% to the left of the templates... Even in the samples.

No option to unsubscribe in the app. Subscription doesn't show up in Google subscriptions. I got charged for renewal and app has no option to unsubscribe despite indicating that "You may manage your auto-renewal by visiting your Google Play Account Settings"

I enjoy using JibJab. It doesn't seem as awesome an app as I thought it was in the beginning. Certain occasions or should I need to use them to send a special just thinking of you type of blurb, it seems that choices are limited and a lot of stuff is old and it's not updated often to me. I don't use it like I did the first year I had it.

This is the lousiest app ever . Its constantly freezing up or you make your video and it says jib jab isn't responding so you have to start all over. The search doesn't work... You put in what you'r looking for and it gives you something different. If you want to use it for a special occasion maybe if you start working on it a year in advance, you might have some luck. I just missed Saint Pstricks Day because i couldn't accomplish anything with it freezing up or giving me birthday ones instead.

I need to cancel subscription!!!! And can't get it done! I dont know how. Instuctikns not working I do not want 24 coming out of my checking account. I thought was free when I installed. Please help. Need a ph # so I can get assistance. This is really upsetting me

Wonderful features, paid subscription, but app crashes all the time when I drag faces to create videos. Please fix it...

Love the app and concept. Long time customer. A while ago the gifs shifted all the heads to the left and support offered viable solutions.

I'm subscribed it took payment for the year not long ago and have had it for a while , it will let me make GIFs but ask me to subscribe when I go to make videos and I cannot find contact for support so hence placing this review

Worse app ever paid for subscription. Uploaded on YouTube to share video to my family members and my video recived violation from youtube. Contacted support to be told nicley they will ban me. Uninstalled the app and definitely will not recomend this app to anyone. Even whrn you Pay it leaves watermark on bottom which is usless. JibCrap needs to rethink their strategy if they want to encourage people to use their buggy app and spend money with them.

Love it I just need to save up for upgrade my cellphone so I can start to pay y'all because this is the one awesome effects you deserve 5 stars. If you proved to them you can make this app better I will triple your pay when I save up more. GOD ALMIGHTY BLESS US ALL.

The website is great but this app is too glitchy. It crashes constantly. I can't find any gifs on the website though. Please add the gifs to the site.

I had problems with this app on an older phone. I have a new phone now and the app works fine. I would only suggest the app if you have a phone that can handle the video making process.

I like it it's pretty easy to use I wish you could reshape the faces a little better and there was a little bit more options with their gifts and they're their videos to switch out people's faces

It was cool... I don't like bathing to keep staying over! I don't like the Errors either! I couldn't save...

Love this app! I've subscribed to this for over 10 years total online first, then on the app. Only reason for 4 stars is because it stays on loading screen forever. I'm rebooting my phone to see if that helps first, then will fix rating.

They app keeps crashing. I paid for the yearly subscription, what a waste of my money.

It would be nice to have some more traditional type songs to choose from. Need to put number of cast members in the description so you don't have to click through each. Or better yet be able to sort songs by number of cast members.

I Google FREE Ecards - NO free cards! I signup thinking free will unlock. Nope. I read fine print & free are limited when available. No FREE list; must be random card in a category. I discover mobile app & pay monthly then try to send a card to no avail. (To find video click magnifying glass) I finally send Valentines card & wife does not receive card. Fun card gimmick but not worth paying a yearly fee unless you send cards out monthly. But the price is extremely reasonable for a FREE hassle.

I've had this app for years. I pay for it but what used to be a 5 star is now a 3 star because Facebook and Instagram block all the music videos which is the major portion of JibJab. I used to absolutely love these videos and now I wonder if they're illegal or why we can't post them anymore when I'm assuming They pays for the rights . Not sure if there is another App like This would used to be perfect.

I was having trouble selecting pictures, but I figured it out. Works great now!

Fun to send to my friends all the time. It's a good way to make them smile while rolling their eyes. The more you make, the better you get at it. Keep the new videos and GIF's a coming! I love that I can collect friends and family faces so when your inspired by special days, it's ready to go.

The faces aren't saved as I crop them and appear to be slightly screwed which is disappointing. I would consider paying if devs fix this problem and extend their content to more ideas.

Not much to it after one or two funny videos. Most music clips are contemporary, I wish there were some classic rock.

I love the final video! Wish it were easier to download and readjust the photos after you've downloaded one.......maybe I'm just missing the instructions(?)

I would love to give 5 stars but I have one concern. It would really be nice if users had the option of choosing the skin tone of there choice. While I have friends/family are all skin color, having the option to choose makes for a better video card for all to enjoy when received. Especially since videos used are not always portrayed from that ethnicity. Otherwise, no issues loading, sending via text message or social media. Great App!

The quality of faces you can create from the app is really amazing and easy compared to the desktop version. Really unfortunate that the app doesn't let you access the saved videos you've created (the desktop version does, under "My ecards"). Why not make the app do the same function? I hate going back and forth between the two, I want to do everything from my mobile device. Otherwise love this fun app!

App stops responding, you have to close and restart the app. Some videos show portions with headless characters, even though they are supposed to be showing your picture. Some videos heads are transparent, you can see the neckline behind them. When you provide the link to your video, it shows a black box and doesn't play the video. When you reach out for help all you get is a canned response. They charged me more than they said the app would cost, and worse it was difficult to get a refund.
