Who knows when this app decided to sync with the account you have linked. it seems like after certain time in the night it will not synchronize any data for that day and it will expire. No points registered. this app does not provide a manual synchronize button. once the point is missing for the day, it's gone. wasting time. One of the worst experience ever!

Very cheaply designed with many annoying bugs. Inputting steps/activity for prior days is very time consuming as it brings you back to the current day after every input, even if you want to input multiple activities on that day. The back button also doesn't work as I'd hope, I need to press it 50 times to get back to the home screen as every click is considered a new screen, even if it's not actually something I can go back to.

If this app were not required to earn money for my HSA account, I would definitely not be using it. It looks nothing like the preview images - it's clunky, outdated, and poorly organized (I deleted and re-downloaded since there was no 'update' showing - still old, ugly version) . There was a $50 credit toward a fitness tracker that I was unable to take advantage of because it would hang on the final processing every single time. All I got from support was "there are no know issues at this time", super helpful. I also cannot get it to import data from Google Fit. It also doesn't even support Samsung Health.

Figuring out how to use the app was painful, particularly when it had to be connected to two other apps for a step counting challenge. Many of the features are of no use for people who have an established set of health care providers. I gave it three stars because somehow I was able to get points to redeem for gift cards. This is based on a custom set up for a corporate wellness program so your mileage may vary.

Terrible app. First, its capabilities are far behind other apps. Second, support of smart watch is really bad. It pulls the data from other accounts. So you end up installing several apps. Last, developer is greedy as hell. I almost reached a reward. They said that the program will end soon giving a date. However, they cut the account access more than a week before the proposed date. This is really disappointing ☹️

UI experience can be a bit annoying, especially the force close since there's no exit equivalent. While there were bugs with my employer last year, it seems like the link to the fitbit ecosystem works fine. Sometimes there's a few more clicks than I'd like and the desktop browser interface can be challenging (scrolling turned off on some screens, etc), but overall a solid app. For the employer SSO comments, I'd recommend setting up a separate dedicated account login - it works better that way.

This app really needs to add Samsung Health to the tracker list. It's a huge pain without it. I finally received an update from the developer. They apparently have no plans to add Samsung Health as an activity tracker, effectively alienating a massive number of users. Sure I can use a separate sync app to get my data into Google Fit, but Jiff doesn't sync sleep data from Google Fit. One thing after another.. This just feels like lazy programming to me.

I like the app, the only problem I have is that it asks you to truck with outside ABS but none of them are compatible or share information with one another. That makes it really frustrating when Jeff is asking you to pair with other apps and each one wants you to individually update your sleep, food, steps, exercise, Etc. I love the incentive here to get actual money 2 keep up with the app.

Ongoing issues. The app has never worked right. Emailing support is useless. No matter the issue, you get a different person who keeps referring you to someone else or a different department. Phone calls to support have fixed some problems but not all of them. Months later, and it's still not working properly.

Wouldn't us it if my company didn't use it. I emailed them for help with my watch not syncing through Google fit which it should. I've used watches from this same manufacturer before but last winter jiff stopped syncing. They were not very helpful and just gave up on working with me. I tried the multiple steps they said but never heard back...

worked great at first but you do not update the points in a timely fashion if at all. I emailed you several times, no response. update: since the update, cannot access my account anymore on this app or on PC. sent email to recover password and no email arrived. i have confirmed I am using the correct email too. just gets better and better.

This app never work right. I downloaded this through PepsiCo. I ranked up enough points to transfer to my health savings account and the app refuse to operate. The points will expire on December 31, 2019. All of my hard work for nothing and I have an appointment coming with no money. I guess I won't be using my health savings card. I'm mad at the function of this app. I refuse to renew with this app.

worthless so far. bought a brand new fitness tracker from Fitbit and this app will not connect to it. when I click on the link tracker button it's something closes the app and takes me to my home screen. if I can get it to actually link eventually then I'll update this review

I havent been able to access the app or via the website since dec 10th. Ive sent several emails to jiff support with no response after my last reply with my info and that both the website and app say "something went wrong on our end please try again in a bit" every time I try to log in. Prior to this I would give the app 5 stars.

Good enough except when it isn't. The program is fine until something breaks and you need to reach out to Jiff. I've been going on 3 weeks with no response other than people are "looking into it" even after emailing and asking what's taking so long. There's no recourse to missing points which makes it difficult to be motivated to follow their recommendations and programs. If you're thinking about using this company for your employees I would seriously give it a second thought, because if they cant fix their issues, why even bother?

Functionality is a bit clunky. Gets the main points across. Hard to tell if it sync's correctly. Menu's could be organized in a better manner. Overall good app

It has worked well all year long. During November there must have been an update. It will not allow me to sign in. Every time I tried to, it brings me right back to the main screen. I contacted Jiff and they're trying to tell me that it's my service provider.

The app won't allow you to sign in through the phone or computer. I contacted the developer who said I was trying to create an account when I already have one. I have not heard back since my reply. Until this issue is resolved, one star is the highest rating I can give since I can't even use it.
