Fraud company with no customer service. Paid the fee twice after using, but the app still shows payment pending. I cannot claim my deposit without change in payment status, no response to email or chat in the app even after 10 days of complaint. Could be their way of retaining deposit money of 199.

Fraud Service, Beggars using technology.. I was admitted in Sunshine hospital last week due to elbow fracture. I thought of using jiffy for paid power bank which shows 20/- per hour.. the moment I installed app and it was requesting to recharge 500/- as deposit fee. I have charged through the power bank for 1 hour and returned it, so it should be deducted 20/- and return my 480/- as deposit fee. But the whole is blocked and still it is showing to recharge 500/- more. Plz don't use this kiosk.

I tried it in Sarath City Mall Gachibowli, inside AMB threate . Worst experience. Device we have is not working. We checked with 3 different mobiles. payment confirmations are super late. 500 deposit upfront is not worth it. Thought it is good concept. Now i have my money stuck in the wallet and don't know how to get it back. Disappointed.

I have already submitted the power bank back but still the timmer is charging and the power bank provided didn't last 20mins also. Moreover still I can't withdraw my deposit amount.

Please dont use this app .... Its fraud .... Its an attempt to keep ur deposit of 199 .... The power bank wont even last 30 mins and evn if u return it .... Ur transaction would be running .... No response from customer service

I was on my way to work and didn’t have a power bank. Co-incidentally, I recently heard about the app and it turned out just fine.

Don't use this service unless you have very critical req. Waste of of money they say that per day 50 rs but after 3 hours of usage your power bank will get discharged and you can't recharge by your own. No usage guide no instructions if you want to rent for 24 hours. Highly not recommended ...😡😡

I find this app useful in more ways than one, especially cause the process is easy and it is cheap.

If I am having sufficient charge to install app pay deposit money then I first place I don't need charging 500 deposit money I can buy external cable nd portable charger .
