I love this app but there are so many glitches. It keeps freezing up and the little hand from the tutorial won't go away.
Some times pieces freeze in the wrong place and there is no way to move them,I need to delete the puzzle and re do it. Fix this please
Very nice, love using gallery pics for puzzles. But one complaint, in middle of working puzzle, screen goes black, and puzzle starts over, it's frustrating It's still doing the same thing. Just stops in middle of puzzle. What's the new version
I absolutely loved the game but since 3 days it is the worst game ever. Pieces can't get moved or stick together. Uninstalling and newly install didn't help either. I give it 1 more day and after uninstall forever. A shame. So loved it.
Great ideas for puzzels. My only problem is the sizes are designed for 20/20 vision.
When the pieces combine. They can not be moved. They freeze a lot
New ranking. Ruined a nice app. They changed it so it's useless. No zoom, too large, no longer fits on my pixel 3xl. No rotation of the screen. Too bad, I used to enjoy this but now I'm uninstalling Pictures are lovely, but the pieces are hard to control. I did like being able to choose the number of pieces.
Keeps stopping and the whole puzzle disappears.

This is a somewhat good app. Take the scrolling tray off and add stationary trays. They would be a very big help in separating the pieces from colors and certain areas of the puzzle as worked. Needs more organization. Take the timer off completely. I have experienced puzzles to be much more relaxing without it. Need to have pieces lock when put in place. Needs improvement.
Puzzle pieces regularly stick and lock together so it makes it difficult to join pieces. Hate all the long playing ads...absolutely HATE them and you can't turn off or go back when they're on. It's now Sept 2020 and I still have issues. I have puzzles in Castles folder that won't down load, still have folders with all puzzles complete but folders say they aren't. Also have two China folders.
very good puzzle. Lots of choices, lots of options. wish the main puzzle board coud be minimized to leave more work space around it. Only problem I have found is that pieces left on the work area around the puzzle get stuck there if you cloze the puzzle and return to it later.
I love the puzzles in this game! Best of all I've played. I've installed on every new device for years & play everyday. You can pick the amount of pieces, edges, or the preview picture. Have USA & world, weekly scoreboards. You can use ur own pictures to create puzzles. DEVELOPERS: I do have issues now not being to enter score or change name. PLEASE FIX! This has been happening for a yr now! Can u go back to more color in the preview picture?
I had a problem with a puzzle i had started was about 35 to 40% into it. I had the image rather large when i went to move the screen down it removed part of the border placing it in middle of puzzle. I was unable to move any other pieces. I figured it had something to do with a glitch in my phone or abilties . Therefore i deleted the puzzles and went on to another puzzle thanks
I love puzzles but it can be a bit difficult pulling out one out and having it sit on a table until I get around to finishing it, however with this app o can pull out my phone and carry on with a puzzle anytime anywhere and I love that I can make my own using any photos I like. highly recommend!
Puzzles freeze in top left hand corner, cannot be returned to playing field or finished. Great puzzles but no fun when they mostly remain unfinished because of this fault. Tried puzzle contact but no answer. Very disappointing as it's enjoyable if it worked properly
Liked it for awhile, however, the puzzle keeps freezing. Half the puzzle will freeze with the puzzle half off the page. This time the pieces that are not connected are huge, and the rest of the puzzle is the regular size. Deleting the app
This is a great puzzle app. Other apps don't compare. Easy access to the pieces, enlarging puzzle when I need to see better and the little binv when it matches. I need to get the premium for more puzzles to choose from.
The puzzles are very nice. I just wish they were bigger. My eyes aren't what they used to be. The pieces in the rack are really hard for me to see. I haven't played it enough to give an accurate rating. I really enjoy puzzles, but these really strain my eyes. I now have a puzzle called "Home". Some pieces are stuck on top of other pieces. Can you fix this? Will you answer me soon?
Best jigsaw puzzle pictures but is completely useless because it freezes and closes. Looked a long time for a good jigsaw game and felt relieved to find this one. What a waste
The best puzzle game I have played. Pretty much no commericals , so many different puzzles to choose from all kinds of categories really fun and all free.

Decent puzzles, wide variety. Unfortunately, very few holiday daily puzzles except Christmas. There are other holidays and starting Christmas daily puzzles before thanksgiving is outrageous! Freezes frequently .
Now I have updated my rating, it works perfectly since you fixed all the bugs. I would rate it a 10!!! Thank you so much for fixing all the bugs so fast.
I love the varvity of the puzzles and the indebt of colors. I find it hard to turn off at bedtime and I loose a lot of sleep by doing so but I enjoy myself. Thank you!!!!!!
Love the full screen. Large selections of pictures. Very colorful and love the sparkle when you finish the puzzle. Very satisfied.
Good for a while then jigsaw goes all out of sync or you are unable to move pieces,. Really annoying. Uninstalling for the 3rd time.
I could stay playing with the puzzle, but lately it started to kick me off. Plus when I try to make it bigger the arrow stay and the board stay stuck. Fix it please.
