Jigsaw Puzzle Collection HD - puzzles for adults

Loved this app until the upgrade on 15/4/22 and now the app just freezes trying to load the free Easter Mix collection and won't do anything else. It started doing this on the 16th so installed upgrade but no difference. I can load and play the daily free puzzle but if I come out I can't open up the in progress puzzles. Stumped! Update 18/4 - Now the Easter collection gone working well again!!

Last time I downloaded jigsaw collection HD it didn't have small pics what the section was and it didn't have a spiny thing for the pieces and the pause button would be on the top to change the color it would be on top and the rotation button would also be on top and if you press the arrow it just sends you back and it had more than 5 sections.

Unfortunately your puzzles lately are so horribly oversaturated that although I'd buy them in a slightly enhanced form, I can't stand to even look at the current garnish puzzles, and wouldn't consider buying anything as unrealistic as what you are selling now. A shame, because I lived in many of these places.

This app has now frozen so 4 stars removed. Disappointed now as used to love these jigsaws. I used to do several every day. Uninstalling the app. Bye. Well, I reinstalled this app, it worked perfectly for months then crashed again, so I contacted the support team and within hours it was back up and running perfectly. They were great with regular emails. So thanks from me, back up to 5*. Back to * as yet again frozen.. Please sort as I love these jigsaws. Support team please unfreeze game ASAP.

This is by far the best Jigsaw app and company out there. I had a glitch when I downloaded the app and reached out for help. Veraxen immediately contacted me and continued working with me to make sure they resolved my issue. I have never worked with a company that was that diligent. I love this app. It provides me with much pleasure. It has beautiful puzzles and is very relaxing. This is definitely the best Jigsaw app available.

Aggravated: Been playing for about a year and loved these puzzles. I had to get a new tablet and when I downloaded this game I can no longer download new puzzle packs. I have contacted support twice with no response from them. Iam so disappointed.

Find the puzzles to be very relaxing and they are so beautiful. For the past 2 days (May 28 and 29th 2022), I can't get on the game. It's just a white screen. Can your techs fix this please. Thank you.

This puzzle needs updating as it has not worked on my device for 4 days now. As for trying to get hold of anyone...dont bother. Please refund money to me that I have spent on unused puzzles asap.

I used to be able to share my photos with jigsaw but now they want to make me pay to do so and I will not do that it started off free. Still a nice puzzle otherwise

So it updated and now i can not play, as soon as it gets to the main page it shuts down, i uninstalled and reinstalled and lost all my work and purchases and NOTHING. SO very frusterating.

Been unable to use the app the last 2 days because it freezes every time I try to play. Will be telling friends to avoid this app.

Freezing. you need to do an update to fix the problem the last update caused. Game not loading properly so freezes

I've been playing for at least 2 years now. Maybe even longer. Great support team. Very helpful and quick to respond. I have had a few problems which were not related to the game itself rather my lack of knowledge of certain settings of my device, i.e. screen orientation. Otherwise I enjoy it very much. The pictures are numerous, always find something to my liking. Strongly recommend!

so far so good. an excellent and extensive variety of puzzles. amazing visuals, nostalgic scenes, heartwarming animals, and so many more. choose from easy, medium, hard, and mind-bogglingly stressful. lol **My only suggestion would be is to make it possible to have a ghost image. This would be beneficial for some of the extremely intricate puzzles.

Disappointed. I have been playing this game for 2 years with multiple purchases. I got a new tablet and signed on. I restored my purchases they wouldn't download. I contacted support and they said they no longer support this version and gave me a link to their new app. I have download many may packs of puzzles and have a number of puzzles started and lost everything. They said I can start over with the new version and they are sorry there were too any glitches for them to fix this version.

I have been playing this game for years an loved it until recently I wish they would.fix the loading issues an the app just shutting down for no reason.

What's going on, I have been playing your puzzles for years and bought quite a few sets, but now it freezes and doesn't allow access?

I have been enjoying building these puzzles, but now suddenly the app does not open so I can continue where I left off. I have uninstalled and installed again, but to no avail. App does not open. I would easily give it 5 stars, but as I have no joy at this point in time I will only give the 5 stars once I can build again. oh well a day later and still no success........................................ This company deserves 10 stars as they assisted me throughout my struggles. They are the best.

The Puzzle that I am working on,is interesting. A recurring frustration, is having to tap a piece multiple times to get it to turn 90 degrees, and again to reach 180 degrees, and yet again for 270 degrees. Using the stylus from my Samsung Tab S6, it is still frustrating. It would be much faster and less frustrating, to be able to hold down on one edge of the puzzle piece, and while holding it down, to swing the piece around to the desired alignment.

11/24/2020 update: A while back I purchased this game so I wouldn't have interruption due to ads. I had to delete the game and re-install it and now I have ads. Love the puzzles especially the fact it can be set so I don't have to rotate the pieces. Puzzles aren't my fav normally but this way I like it.9/24/2020 update- the app has started freezing up. As soon as I open I can't do anything. I have tried deleting it and then re-installing it and that didn't help. Very frustrated.

This game was working fine until the last few weeks when it started crashing mid-game. Thankfully, the puzzles I was doing when it crashed where always saved in the "in progress" section. But tonight it crashed, and everytime I try to restart it I get a blank screen for several minutes and then a "app is not responding" message. I've restarted my chromebook twice and it doesn't make any difference. Guess I'm going to have to uninstall. Shame, because it was fun.

I have been a fan of Veraxen for many years. Excellent in every way... beautiful scenes and interesting collections at modest prices... what more could I want ? One thing... some months back your layout changed and as a senior citizen the reduced playing field has put added strain on my eyes. I was able to complete a 120 piece in less than an enjoyable hour, now having to play the 'enlarge the piece' game, it's a step backwards for me. Still, I've looked around and you are the best.

Every time I get an update, this once-good program seems to introduce more problems than it fixes. The ad area once appeared on the right, which was a problem for right handers who'd rest their hands there, then it moved to the bottom which was great because it freed up some scratch space on the sides, now it's back on the right and the extra space has gone, but some people like this. Why not make it a user-settable option? Some puzzles now open with the pieces hardly scrambled, can't be right.

Lots of fun. Enjoy the challenge of solving different pictures. Enjoy personalizing a jigsaw using the photo option. After several months I still agree with my original comments; however I am finding the ads on the right side of the screen annoying. I liked it better when the ads were at the bottom of the screen. It gives the player the option of placing jigsaw pieces in the side space.

I love the puzzles. But it's really frustrating that every 3rd or 4th piece it freezes or stutters!!! PLEASE fix this!! I have uninstalled this app to see if that would help and now it wont reload. Soooooo disappointed!! 3 days after the app closed it opened again! Crazy! Now it has closed again and it's been 3 days. I think I'm giving up. Such great puzzles but not worth the frustration. I have to restart the my device no less that 5 times in an evening. I have no idea how to email you.

EDIT : This new 'forced portrait' mode is just awful ! :( EDIT 2 : I appreciate your quick and thoughtful response. That is a gift in itself... I am still having a very hard time with this new portrait mode - I wish I had the choice to switch between the old and this new one in settings. On mobile (with a good sized screen) it is sadly giving me problems with strained eyesight. I hope you are able to implement the necessary changes soon. Thanks in advance !

I have always really enjoyed this game. The puzzles are beautiful and/or interesting. However changing the orientation of the game to portrait only on my phone has seriously affected my enjoyment. The images do not fit well, the playing surface is smaller , the timer is so small as to be almost invisible. Please return the game so that the option for portrait or landscape is restored.
