Jiji.ng – Buy Cheap and Safe

In the years I have used this application, I have found it my preferred. Saving for a few instances of... nigh 'discouragement', the operators/creators have done what is humanly possible [in my opinion] to meet those short-comings. One should do well to have a moment or two to re-view this ever so often too. All in all, keep up the good work... and do do well to strive to be better... ALWAYS!

I'm so deleting this app. From Zero free ads on cars to Zero free add on ordinary telephone. So if I wanna sell my used phone, I'll have to run advert for it. You guys are making money off merchants who sell large volume of items, so those of us that have just one small item to sell will have to pay for us to run the advert for us to sell. That's unfair... Well, I'm done with this app. Other alternatives will be found... Goodbye

This app kept getting worse and worse, it said free ads, they block it from appearing on search queries even if you paid for it, next there are certain ads you don't see if you have the apps or registered, goods ads that offers better value for the money.. In my opinion this app is terrible. Simply put no payment no ads postings.

Very useless app that I've ever come across with. They start giving you excuses immediately you paid for and it will take up to the expiry date without benefitting from what you've paid for. I paid for app and they're telling me to change number which I did and now they even remove a portion where I can call the customer care for complaint. I regret downloading and using this app.😡😡😡

The app is great but the down side is that the app manager(s) will block messages from prospective buyers from reaching you. You only see the statistics of who viewed you advert, and nothing else. You have to subscribe to either weekly or monthly subscription to make your advert visibly on top (weekly) or either receive sms notifications (monthly), respectively. This is insane! I see that action as extortion! Jiji managers should address this abnormally.

I have been able to reach more people and expand my sales through this app. They just have to be sure of sellers and include payment option to make everything easier for the buyer and seller, through this means i believe Jiji will be getting a share out of every purchase as well.

Jiji should review the following: 1) Sellers and buyers should reach a reasonable agreement before transaction of businesses. Instead of saying don't pay before service. 2) late correct of ads post be indicated on each ads. 3) subscription fee is too high, do something about it. Always remember without the workers there is no boss, Without customers, there is no company.

Terrible services! All they are after is premium subscription. Once you subscribe, they dont care anymore. You have issues they wont respond. Its 2022 and jiji are as terrible as ever. Subscribed to their premium services and more than 5 hours later and counting i am confused if i have been scammed. Subscription not approved and their customer service not responding.

My experience with Jiji in the past four years has been good. I have successfully done at least 10 successful ads, both free and paid ads. They are quite dedicated to customer service.

I paid for boost premium 3months i.e 90 days i ran the ads for just 2whole months without no publicity whatsoever they promised, i had to ask that the ad be stopped and i would contact them on when i deem it fit for it to be continued which they did. When i was ready to continue the advert which should be remaining 30days they said that's not how it works that i only have 10days left 😡🤬 here i am after their fraudulent and their waste of my time! They lack business ethics, management....

Sales faster. Company and Manager relationship is perfect as they assign a manager to every individual who signed up to sales through them. Great feedback option. Transparent and reliable

Great app! Pls do something about the spam calls. I got a call tagged "Jiji Scam" by Truecaller, yet the caller was trying to justify it. Since you have subscribers emails, you can always reach them via mails at your backend. Incessant phone calls these days make an internet business look fishy, and when it's fishy it's mostly phishing... Overall, good app it really is!

Not good for job seekers I was just navigating through the app to see some of the job seekers CV and to probably pick 3-5 of them for a job at my station. But no, I was redirected to subscribe to a premium service before I can view those job seekers contact. Those job seekers would think one day, an employer would place a call through to them not knowing Jiji doesn't display their contact at all You are denying people of their potential employment.

No customer service if you mistakenly made wrong transaction nobody to talk to no phone number to call but they can call if if they to remind you about your subscription Yesterday I want to subscribe to premium 3 months instead of payment ID I mistakenly put I mistakenly use ACCT SORT CODE: I have being trying to reach out both in app on on Facebook but answer I sand it to the zenith Bank

The Jiji app is the best advertisment app that brings the best in term of saling buying any product all over the world, I also recommend it to so many people to try it when ever they are in need of any commodity either brand new or fairly used of any type

I love the graphical user interface and reload time. Anyone can easily navigate through this interface........

Before now, when I see a jiji ad on Facebook and click on it, it goes straight to the main ad on jiji. It doesn't work like that anymore. I'll click on a jiji ad on Facebook but will be taken to something else on jiji.

12/4/22 Jiji. Ng is getting better by the day, I have sold several products here and the interface is better that what it was in 2019. Greater heights peepz. 7/5/19 Very nonsense and sluggish app... I wonder how olx ever left Nigerians in the hands of this kind of app/people called jiji its a pity. Jiji is a no go area app very slow and annoying. Until jiji change or I get a better app. Jiji is a no no no for me 🙁

I have a review it seems that if u don't upgrade to premium your business isn't going well and that is wrong I posted a phone on your app and it had 100 views I started to wonder why and how come no one have contact me yet then I later got to realise that if u don't upgrade u can't have more than 1 client now I know how u guys get your profit from and that is wrong i'm not saying there should be no premium but it should be for your ad to be top not allowing u not to patronize to other people.

Was using the app suddenly it keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet I run a diagnostic and it shows everything is fine, please look into this issue, its really annoying.

The company is doing quiet well but, they rated iphone more than necessary, (what i am saying is that while searching for phone or tablet the whole of what you will see is iphone or ipad until you get to pages 50 ) please this arrangement should be moderated it is frustrating sometime. Leaving that, they are doing quiet well.

I wanted to give zero star. This app is a scam rip off everyone related to this app are confused no matter the the package you're on the will deliver when you ask them why you're not selling they tell you to upgrade your package when you are on there highest package they'll tell you to pay for a full year in other to sell this is app is a topical example of 419 fraud....I will delete my account with them immediately my subscription is over .

Good, I Barely have a problem with this app. Its reliable and sufficient enough for me. Buyers here are kind and delivery is very quick.

Jiji doesn't have control of its users. Users post item at a price then change their price when you call them to buy. This is wrong, and when you report to jiji, nothing is done. Same ad is still up. Its annoying.

This app makes business easy and stressless. It has been so wonderful i must confess. Its been amazing, getting what you want at the snap of a finger. Easy to find and selecting your choice. I have never find any difficulty in any area using this app. Kudos to you guys. Keep it up

It use to Great! Nowadays, they spam call your phone and go as far as closing your ads when you are unable to take their calls. That's really creepy. It's a choice to go with free advert and jiji shouldn't lose their minds over a phone call.

Awesome place to buy anything and everything, I don't go in a day without doing transaction on their platform. Keep it up guys!
