Jingit

First found yall online before having a smartphone. Was fine with that then since it was letting commercials play and earn some money. Then it changed to actually letting us do any brand rebate apps once I had the app. Was fine with too. Even started loving it. BUT NOW? For months you couldn't see rebates or anything. So emailed and got a response that there just wasn't any offers for now. Now you can't even log in on the app! So gave up and deleted it. Guess I'll just have to check online and cash out.

Ever since this app updated awhile back I now NEVER get offers. My home screen is ALWAYS a blank white screen. I use to get offers regularly. I will just be cashing out and uninstalling till they decide to fix this. It's now a useless app taking up space on my phone.

The app won't even open anymore. Has an error about not being able to connect to the server. Before that, it would sit and load the app forever, and before that it would load an offer page that was completely blank for months. I give up trying to use this useless app. Get a new developer!

Same as others, nothing but a white screen in the app, no grocery offers. The website does appear to be functional now, but has no videos or surveys to take. I was able to cash out the $3 and change I had sitting with them late last year, so they are still in business, but what they're planning to do in future is beyond me. For now, I'm keeping the app and will check in regularly to see if Jingit comes back to life again.

This app use to be cream of the crop. Then offers got so limited, they'd all get reserved by other users, and nothing would show up for the rest of us to reserve, so it looked like there were no offers. I emailed and they told me to check out the app on a certain day of the week and a specified time before they ran out... STILL nothing. Now, I can't even load the app. We should all write the better business bureau about this crap.

I contacted customer service because I never saw any offers. They kindly explained the offer schedule to me. About a week ago the app stopped displaying stores, too. I conclude that it's no longer valid in my area. It wasn't profitable enough to bother with. I cashed out and am uninstalling.

Not a single offer available for weeks now. No point in having this app. You guys should just pack it in and take it off the play store.

I check back every few weeks, because it used to be awesome, but only receive an error. Website is broken too.

What so-called grocery app has days with NO rebates?! And when they appear, it's the same ones. Nobody needs coffee filters & detergent multiple times a month! And I hate that you can't see full list of stores till you upload receipt. Checkout 51 is much better.

I constantly get an error message saying that it can't connect to the server. I have updated, I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still it doesn't work. I haven't been able to use this app in over a year and I have money in my account too! Totally useless app. I'll stick with the other cash back apps that actually work!

Can't even log in. When an app is obsolete, we should at the very least get a notice so that we can remove it and save space

Really disappointed. I haven't had any new rebates show up in over a month. I check several times a day and nothing. It started out really good and has gone down hill.

I was a long time user of Jingit, and loved it. However, since more users have discovered Jingit, the offers are gone in a snap. You have about a 3 minute time frame two days a week to claim offers when they show up. Not worth my time any longer.

I loved this app before they changed it. Now everytime I go on to look at offers there are never any there. Doesn't matter if I check first thing in the morning, middle of night, etc. So very disappointed in it. Guess I better stick with Ibotta or Checkout 51.

And just left everyone with balances in their accounts with no information/forwarning of them being done. Craptacular.

Seriously, I asked why I couldn't "scan my receipt to start receiving optimal offers". RESPONSE Hello, Unfortunately, you will be unable to submit the receipt due to a lack of content. The content available through Jingit is very limited. Jingit recently made some changes to the app. When there is no content available in the store sections, they will now disappear, leaving the home screen blank. We do understand that seeing nothing can cause some confusion, as Jingit hasn't added any new offers months.

Wont open. Keeps saying cant connect to server. Wont even let me sign in on the actual website, the page wont load after I put in my login info.

This app will not open, it just says cannot connect to server, tried on several different phones and same thing on each.

I am having the same issue as everyone else. Would be nice if you could communicate as to when/if it will be resolved.

It used to be good. Not sure what happened. There haven't been any offers in 2 months. Time to delete

I used to really like this app. For the past 6 weeks or more, no offers. Just a blank screen. I have contacted support and have not heard back. I hope I don't loose the money in my wallet too.

Would love to at least try this app out but whenever i try to open it says it can't reach the server and i know I'm connected to the internet

I haven't been able to do anything in this app for weeks. Once I click on a store, nothing ever comes up. Highly disappointed right now.

Nothing is even there. Deleting bc this is the 2nd time ive had it and it just takes up space

Error message comes up saying there was an error connecting to server. So can't even try out the app either.

It started off as a nice app but now there are absolutely no rebates. I check daily for them and nothing.
