After back up the files to jio cloud, trying to free up space from device by deleting files. But every time seeing 1gb space to be deleted and after confirming, I see 1gb space free up but actually it's not deleting device space. Seems it's a bug thus every time it's showing up 1gb space to be deleted when I click on free up space. Even if I click within 5minuts gap after deleting. This needs to be fixed immediately.

Its taking backup of folders that i haven't authorized and i have checked it again and again those folders aren't selected for backup.All the unnecessary folders are getting backed up without my consent and my jio cloud storage is running out for that reason which i need to backup important folders.

Jio cloud is promising but its storage is very small, it gives you only 10 gb and by referral, yiu can increase it to maximum 65 GB. That looks big but in coming times of 5g, 65 GB is so small. Moreover Google drive gives 15 GB free storage per account and you can make as many accounts as you want. So you store 100Gb data. G drive is also early player, you can compete only when give more storage and more fearures

It stops auto-backup automatically. In one fine morning you'll find it is saying "no internet connection" although it is not correct. And this problem cannot be solved even on updating, reinstalling etc. If you are unable to use it's cloud then there is no point in comparison with its competitors, they are much more ahead in this regard.

I liked it so far. But there's an improvement need to be done. All things good, but you didn't separate photos according to places, faces, animals, scenes etc. And also it'd a lot easier if you can find the photos of the person you want just by searching their name. Kindly improve this

Worst app 1. You need to keep open the app to sync library 2. Sometimes it just says synching phots but in actual it doesn't and 3. On click of free space feature after synching it shows just 1Mb, whereas there were multiple Mb's of stuff is available to clear out. 4. Free space feature doesn't delete or free space in phone.

Everything is fine but there's no option to get additional security like google authenticator or phrase key, that means i just need to get a single otp from your device and I'll able to access the data you saved here, right?

I install this app yesterday for uploading file i uploaded all the file today but the notification bar of this app sent me a message that someone else login my account from another mobile i logout immediately..i m worried about my all photos all things that i uploaded.

Not working properly. I put my email id and enter. I am not getting any result after that.Jio platforms is third class app. Do not ask to email. Improve your app first and then upload on Store.

My app's backup data is not returning. I got it ported from Jio and got it done in a different company. My return data on sim did not come when first jo. My sim was in the name of my elder brother! Now I have got my name registered and a new account is opening. Unable to open old account.

Experience is good. Just a suggestion to let us multiselect the file AFTER searching the name of the file.

Everything of this application is good.But my personal experience is that it should be more light weighted, so we can access data more faster than now

I love this app very much for this only i stopped using google drive.but im giving four star because the only thing it does not have is dark mode i'm waiting for it. The application is working well but when I open my trash folder to delete files permanently it does not show my trash files I'm facing this problem from one week too many trash files I've that I'm unable to delete.

Everything is good. But don't show my data in the folders to even myself on the home screen of app. I believe a cloud app should not get inspired from google photos or drive. Also include the feature of private folder in the app which is not visible easily after opening the lockscreen of the app.

I find this app is very useful for watching pics and video directly on tv. Also auto backup feature is very good and it saves time to take backup of phone. Board feature is also good to categorized the memories.

After set the Password phrase for lock the app , while you again give to it the password for open this app, it is not work proper. Plz correct it's problem.

Upload speed is very slow. Video player is not good. Need to improve both.

Very nice cloud storage with features to view, organize, auto backup, scan document, cleanup space after backup.

This app is pursuading for auto back-up, without enable auto back up you can not access your previously uploaded files, not worthy for a single star.

No option to download entire folders. you have to select files and download them. no native app for windows OS. if you select more than 8 files it says download started but console shows error entity too large.. Better buy a portable harddrive or go for google drive or one drive option

Do not use this cloud 🙏🙏🙏. You will regret about it in future. I using it from a year but recently i just lost my all data all my photos that is about 8 gb. I tried to contact jio care but they are not responding. I mailed them but they are telling me that my data is safe. but they are not showing me on my device. This is a nonsense application. Plz don't use this app for important file

I installed the app on my phone and Android tv. Both the devices have same Google account. On phone, login to the app was easily done using otp. But on TV, it repeatedly says ' something went wrong. Try again later.'

No Option to purchase extra storage. Very disappointed with Jio cloud i am switching to Google Storage which is stable and safe.

Dear Jio team, Please improve your user interface so that your apps look great. At present the user interface is not understood in your jio cloud, it is highlighted in the cancel button while the delete button should be highlighted and there are many other drawbacks I hope that you can change the user interface of your jio cloud as soon as possible. I want to say something that- When "one file remains", you should write "one file remaining", not write "one files remaining", because it's not right according to grammar. This is working slow on my phone. But it's nice and respected because it's an Indian cloud storage app for our data. not only this but, this app belongs to jio plateform. Thank you"JIO" -HARIOM SONI

I wrote reviews on jio cloud ☁️ tomorrow. But when I opened to see the review today that had been deleted and problems are not solved. I told that If I want to delete only one contact that has been uploaded then I am unable to do it. And also I am unable to rename the uploaded contact. I want to delete only one contact then all the uploaded contact are going to be deleted. This feature of the app is very very very very bad. Please improve this situation. I will give 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Seeing the review I downloaded this app, but all in vain. It wasn't working in the background, so had to keep the app open for backing up my data, hence time consuming. Secondly, backing up from a particular folder is a mess, customisation isn't good at all. And the worst of all, when I logged out and logged in again, all my data was gone. I was left with nothing. This app is just a waste of time!

I have a lot of hopes from this Jio Cloud. However, I am disappointed with two things: 1. The desktop version works very bad. The upload stops after few files are uploaded. Its very inconvenient to do large size uploading. Basically the sync is not really great. 2. Its been a long time since this app has come up. But they haven't released any storage plans yet.

Jio Cloud has suddenly become totally unusable after the latest update. The app freezes every time I open it. Can't open the boards to check out my files, leave alone adding new ones. I would really appreciate if you could fix the glitch urgently. Additionally, please bring back the functionality to move saved files from one board to another within the app and add search function to the boards while uploading a file because it's so tiresome, retrograde and time-wasting to search by sliding down.
