Auto RetrievalWith our partner labs and hospitals, whenever you get a test done or a report is generated, it gets pushed to the App and your data is instantly available to you within a designated folders for anytime reference
Easy Visual AccessAny data should be easy to find and good to look at. With JioHealthHub, we have aimed to incorporate a clean interface with clear visual cues so that the data you are looking for is easy to find. E.g. all automatically created folders have Logos to differentiate the type of data they contain. The folders being shared are separately marked and folders you are sharing have a separate place. All this is seamlessly bound together at one page so you can easily go where you want to without being lost in too much information
SharingIt is easy and straightforward to share images into shared folders. You can create as many shared folders as you want, share as many images in any of them and of course share it with any of your family, friends or Care providers for opinion on your health. You can view the data shared by others as well just as easily
Medical Profileyou can also maintain a handy medical profile on JioHealthHub. This profile is customisable as per your needs. So you can choose to fill basic information or major medical episodes including allergies, family history or history of previous illness
Health ChartsWith JioHealthHub, you have an option to track certain health parameters as well. We will add more support for tracking parameters through devices soon!

Too much of permissions required by the app to function. If we deny then the app auto closes. Will try the app if the developers can start with minimal permissions or none. Unless a feature is used, giving prior permission feels unnecessary. That too if app auto closes upon deny, feels the app is bent on invading privacy and individual decisions.
To book an appointment for video consultation I felt dejected. I was doing this since last one year. A small change makes a lots of difference, that's it!!!
I booked 700₹ test package 1 month ago for my mother but till date I have not received any phone call or communication regarding sample collection, reports, etc. Also the app is very slow and it doesn't respond the touch. I have tried updating it to the latest version but still it's the same.
A real health assistant and companion. It keeps record of all our health parameters, stores all prescriptions, reports, bills and almost every health related issue with a very easy to use interface. A great app worth using and a Must Have app for everyone of us. Thanks Jio for this useful product. (5*)
App is poorly designed. Basic records / orders that need to be easily accessible are not. Practo on the other hand seems more user friendly with its in built functions. Moreover this app lags or crashes unexpectedly for some reason which makes me wonder if they even test the app properly.
App is not working properly . Everytime i try to book a vaccination slot, error popup with server related issue and it pushes you to try to book another slot. Slot is visible but cant book. Would request to stabilize app first and only then open vaccination slots and release mail communication. Its very frustrating for end user otherwise.

MPIN is not verified successfully even after changing it multiple times. Also app crashes while switching profiles. And appointment information given is wrong, had to go to the hospital only to realise that there is no vaccine available.
The app is unuseable for last few days. Its messed up everytime while switching profile from one family member to another. It keeps asking 4 digit pin for family members profile. It says wrong pin if entered the pin always. The only solution to operate the app now is to reinstall the app. Even log out and login does not help. I cant believe how can such craps happens if any basis testing is done before uploading new version. I will esclate this

They include charges extra at the time of blood collection.I have never paid anything more than what is shown in the app. That has to be included in the price itself, which they didn't do. It's Unfair.
Whenever I access a health record folder there is a notification msg that new health record was added. Here I am just accessing the folder not creating a record. Also there are too many marketing notifications on this app which is annoying
I have been using JioHealthHub for storing my health records, reading health articles and booking my annual check ups. Recently I have also used it for video consult with doctor and it was a very smooth experience. The app is very useful and easy to use. Kudos to the team.👍
It is good app. But the problem is unable to add in my profile because iam choosing ingallery to add after it is done not appearing profile account immediately implement resolve my problem and add more services and features information technology and services. Improve the app.
Very good app but few things needs improvements. 1) Since the app has facility to store the vital information, please add a feature of unlocking the app using fingerprint . 2) Articles are not loading in the latest version. Please fix this bug.
Useless App just like Jio mart. Booked a blood test on 6th October for 7th October but no update after booking the same. Nobody came to collect sample or no contact at all. No way to contact them also. I don't understand why they have to put their nose in all business when they do not have enough calibre to run it. I had just this expectation when I was booking the service that they won't turn up at all to collect sample.🤣😅🤣😅
This app is informational and good but it needs to be updated. The article column in the application is not compatible with latest android update. Please get an update to fix this issue. Not able to access any articles.
This is a good app by reliance Jio. I booked a full body blood test at previous month I got the report next day. it is very cheaper than any other diagnosis. They collect blood samples from your home. Total process fully digital. Overall it is a very good app.

I cannot sign in from my profile since June 7, 2021. Unable to book an appointment. It was working fine before that. Should I uninstall and reinstall it? Will that result in loss in the data already placed? Please help. PS: Many thanks for your intervention. Now it is working fine.
Excellent app. Veey useful in dinding quick and reliable treatment during critical health emmergencies. Vedio conaulring feature can help save many lives. Superb UI and easy ro understand
This app is not in co-ordination with the vaccination centres.My apppointment was fixed at 14.50hrs on this app,reaching vaccination centre learned that my name was not included in the list.Not only me,many other disappointed people were standing there in queue. So even if you see confirmed appointment on the app,get personal assurance by any other means.
I am missing most valuable featured in this app, like calories calculator, step tracker, diet chart. I would like to add for more than better experience.
After registration automatically app got shutdown and after that if I try to open the app,it run few seconds till the screen "please wait while we prepare your data" and got it shutdown instantly
The articles which are posted regarding different topics are very informative. There are discounts available for many tests. As I'm from the science background, I loved reading the articles. Thanks for this wonderful app.
The app is quick and pretty easy to use. Especially the online appointment are accurate and you find your doctor wright at the given slot.. doctors patience and importance to listing is also good ..great app and useful especially in this difficult time and such well work digital health care app is the future
Apps not working, when you complaint, CC saying, we have issues with apps, working on, from last one month, now saying, please update your apps and re login, i said already done all this my apps up-to-date... Then didn't reply, they're not working, just wasting time...
