Why do I keep getting file not found error while playing a movie using the screen cast and why does the app doesn't have an option to choose the subtitles or the audio the audio language. To be precise when casting the movie from the phone to TV the app in the phone doesn't allow to choose the subtitle file or the audio language. Hope this helps. The app is ok but needs major fixes to compete in the global markets. Hope they would fix it soon!!!

Voice search option is not available in the app. As it is available in the remote provided along with the router the same need to be Included in the app also that will help a lot. And app remote continuously ask for Bluetooth connectivity for remote to operate while the wifi based will be must faster than the Bluetooth. The app remote interface should resemble the remote given with the connection will help a lot for the user instead of 3 different pattern like numpad, navigation and control.

Need user friendly configuration... I can't delete or edit any files... Just upload and download only two options are available are there.. if i need to change something, then eject the pendrive and edit on pc or laptop and then connect again on router... This is bad process. Developer should change this soon.

Best remote working in mobile. Some time problem seen in working. Jio team doing best efforts. My suggestion is for providing some space in remote for self selected channels. As news, entertainment, movies, knowledge a Nd sports each one self selected.

Please fix there is a issue in remote control, frequently the remote locks on scrolling down command(the down button) and continuously scrolls down on the set op box. I have tried reconnecting it many times but the issue remains please fix this

Feedback 1. Need vibrate feedback when using button in Jio remote app 2. Voice commands like you have in physical remote 3. Ability to chnage remote keys layout 4. Universal remote (3 second press to switch off tv) doesn't work.

Could have added voice search function, it helps the non tech savvy people. Otherwise it's functionality is quite good

Jio home app has problem...when i select any document or picture .i have to select one by one ....& Uploading one by one,so this will take long time .i think need to update this App.

This works as remote for JioTv. It connects via Bluetooth. Pros: One the device gets paired, the connection is seemless. Perfect for smooth navigation. Cons: This looks like a basic version, only basic features are provided. The qwerty keyboard is a must. The mouse option should be given for navigation. Shortcuts like Prime n Netflix, YouTube can be provided in the remote. All in all there are immense opportunities to make the app more usable. I hope we will see more in upcoming days.

It does what it's supposed to do pretty well. The soft remote controller is really smooth and it works seamlessly after connecting to the Set-top box. My nephew likes the gamepad feature provided in soft remote as he is always busy in playing games. Also it will be nice if user can choose to switch between Bluetooth and Wi-Fi for connecting set top box as sometimes it is confusing whether Set-top box is connected through Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

A good app, if needing quite a bit of UI work to make sense of the Myremote bit. Still, was a lifesaver when I temporarily mislaid the jio stb remote. One tip - when you connect to the stb with it without the actual remote, like I was forced to, switch off Bluetooth. It will then connect via your wifi. Else, it will simply ask for pairing to Bluetooth, which you cannot as you cannot "click" on the stb prompt without a remote.

Needs the feature to play subtitles with a video file.

It is not showing jio setup box player option while casting to me. Please slove this problem

I want to give 5 but it lacks some most important features in mymedia section. 1)There is no option to increase speed of the video while playing it through phone. 2)subtitles features doesn't support many properties. PLEASE ADD SPEED FEATURE IN THE PLAYER. And do tell if you guys r already working on this.

Good start, but you are getting younger wit upgrade. The latest version is a big mess. Back n home button moved to top. it is completely inaccessible vs prior version. When the phone and the jio box is in the same Wi-Fi network, why would it keep asking for bluetooth. Are at least why don't you use the existing mapped box? There are so many things to do, try adding qwerty keyboard, include voice search. Instead we wasting time in rearranging and spoiling the existing.

In remote the power off button is not working

I really like this app, handling is smooth and easy to coonect just we need to click on my remote in the app and then pressing on STB list from the app, there is a pop up on TV which is pair code to connect the app with STB, just click on pair by OK button through STB remote manually and then app got connected.Now we can easily play game, music, video etc. and many more feature just in one app. Wow fantastic!

I did download today after a QR scan from my TV. I enter my registered M no. to start App. But keep getting an Error message. I have started App multiple times as well. I Enter a wrong m no., the App does prompt that OTP sent, but for my registered m no, NO OTP, an error message keeps coming up

The power button is too small. Please make it bigger.

The new bluetooth version has made a good app useless. The app using wifi connection was better. Now the app disconnects frequently. The controls don't work as well as before. Some good features have been removed like managing volume of Jio STB using phone hardware keys. Please bring the old features back and provide an option if anyone prefers bluetooth Also why are so many permissions required at startup, please ask permissions on feature dependency.

This app works great. All the features are excellent. Jio fiber services are also too good. But I would like that you all provide an option for screencast. We can now view only photos, videos and documents, but screen casting would be perfect. Please consider this suggestion.

I can't give stars less than 1, otherwise I would have given it -5 stars. Worst app ever. Yeah I could stream video on my Jio set top box but I can't play all type of videos and I don't get an option to change audio of the video being streamed. I couldn't load subtitles eventhough sometimes subtitles are included in that video. I can't cast my device, can't use mirror cast(the option included in it). Overall it's the worst app and worst service related to android tv. I made a mistake to buy it.

Good app. But disconnects often while connecting using wifi. Can't always use Bluetooth due to battery issues. Maybe i use 2 devices to connect as a remote that's why it disconnect. after disconnect if i open the app it crashes and i have to close the app and open again to connect back. Please please add an option for voice search in jiohome app like we have in remote. I need that feature. During pandemic this app comes very useful when we don't want to touch the remote and control tv remotely

Just add Jio recharge option, so that myjio app is not needed.

Good app. But, please give the below changes in your next update: *Option to rotate videos in landscape mode *Fast forward button in video player *Zoom or aspect ratio option to fit the photos or videos to match your TV size. *Folder view for photos and videos. If these features are done, then this app is perfect.

New feature to play games through mobile device is very smooth, when we click on my remote there is a pop up which we need to approve both on mobile as well as on TV with remote by clicking on OK button , once connected it does not ask pairing again . My favouriite game is TUK TUK go and thanks for adding new games every now and then. My kids love this app as it is very easy for them to play games with any phone available. My media is very good feature as i can watch all the video and photos on the TV with my family .

Updated version of jio remote is fantastic with new features. Pairing Soft remote to STB via Bluetooth is very easy.When we click on Jio Remote in the app, a popup message is displayed on both, T. V and mobile app which we have to accept it. And that's it, the pairing is completed and you need not have to pair it again. Best part is that you can play the games on STB using soft gamepad in the app. This saves money to buy a new gamepad. Overall the app is excellent and easy to use.
