Having some issue with this app. Whenever I'm trying to read a particular magazine, theres popup page is obstructing the article. It's from jio news. Says that jiomag has been moved to jio news now so we should move to jio news. No issue, but when I'm trying to read the same magainze in jio news it's not available. Please check this issue. Thanks
the app contains very useful materials for competition exams....but giving 2 stars because when I save the ebooks for further study, it been deleted itself.... I want to keep the books and magazines for long time but its not possible here...If this problem can be fixed, the app will be the best app for the purpose...plz solve this problem..
Very useful app to read all the latest magazines. I have request to technical support. I was using the app with 1 jio no. Now when I inserted another sim with different jio no., all my previously downloaded magazines and comics were removed. Please provide feature/help to preserve the previously downloaded magazines and comics with previous settings and link the 2 nos. This is specifically required as on my Xiaomi Mi Max 2, 2 jio sims are not working simultaneously.
Now this app have become a piece of ****. Whenever i open this app to read, it shows irritating pop-up 'let's move to jio news' which i can't remove. Well i don't have problem to move to jio news but the problem is here i can't download the magazines and it takes lot of time to download a single page. Please team jio short out this problem.
JioMags is a wonderful app and i prefer it and recommend it. But recently its High Data consumption has become troublesome with 1.13 gb consumed by the app foreground and 91.54 mb background in just 5 minutes of viewing 18 mb mag already downloaded. I think the app is having some intrinsic issue. Kindly resolve the issue. Too much data consumption.
This app has been working fine for a long tinme however since last few months there's seems to be a huge problem with the downloaded mags, none of it opens!!! and all other tabs work well. please look into it.
The magazines..which I downloaded.. sometimes create trouble while opening..it's quite irritating!! Due to this I have uninstalled and installed several times. But, nothing helped me.. Nevertheless.. except this issue..it's quiet helpful..
Earlier it used to function well. But now no magazine can be read as the downloaded magazine is not opening. The downloads section in the app is completely useless. Request to fix this as soon as possible
hi, just wondering why there isnt any latest issues of open source for you (osfy) magazine in jio mags app. There is only some old issues, like items which dates back to june 2018, of the magazine, like some old book shops. If there was proper updation of latest issues of that magazine i would have given definitely a 5 star rating.
May l know why the app has withdrawn all regional language magazines? l used to read some of the Bengali magazines it caterred previously and also installed the app in my mother's newly bought smart phone so that she can enjoy the Bengali magazines. But alas! Now I see all of them (even those were downloaded) are missing. It's such a disappointment.
Collections are very limited. Some good magzines are very old. (Electronics for you. , OpenSource, etc.) also some of magzines are not present. Please add more type of magazines with latest copy. You should create request magazine option. I need magazines -- Web Designer.
Hello team Jio, you are doing great work. your all apps are very good and useful, but today I'm very disappointed with your work you made very good app(jiomags) in wich I read my lot of favourite magazines but now when I want to open this,I'm getting immoveable pop-up for download Jio news it's not good you should not force us atleast untill you don't provide all jiomags features in Jio news.

App is good but in landscape mode the screen zoom so much and their is no option to zoom out and i have scroll down to read it . Make a zoom option in landscape mode also. Thanks
Since july 2018 onwards I am not able to view the latest issue of opensourceforu magazine. Kindly let me know when the latest issue of the magazine will be available. Kindly update me with the status. it is more than one month.
It is annoying to set the color and opacity for highlighting each time in the magazine. Kindly provide an option to set the default choice for color and opacity
This is a nice app, but recently i am not able to reinstall the app, as it always keeps on displaying "SOMETHING WENT WRONG". Kindly look into the matter and please fix this discrepancy.
It doesn't open on my phone , every time I open it give a message to change the setting , I have already changed the setting and allow it in my phone but still it needs permission.
Jio magazine is very useful for me. But there is one issue which should be solved, when jio magz is opened the Internet usage continues because the videos automatically play and internet data is waisted. Please bring the option to stop the auto playing videos.
Even after selecting a regional language like Gujarati there are no Gujarati magazines available. And some important Gujarati magazine must be addes to help aspirants read current affairs for government competitive exam. It looks like these magazines only help Central government job aspirants.
I don't want to update my app why you are continuously showing popup for updating the app without any update the app works smoothly. Actually by showing the lollipop of of new features by updates you access more permissions that you could read the sensitive data like various bill payment gateways/methods, card details bank account details of a user. It is very shameful and a serious matter of data theft. Shame on you Jio.
I gave you guys only two star because of not updating vogue magazine edition. Last updated edition on January 2018. I want to know the reason of not updating that. Kindly take care of that and let's us know what's going on.
It is very useful for every type of person and it is creat the eco friendly system. You can read many type of magazines for free.
it crashes all the time when i tried to open it (also i have given all the permissions)and only delievers the messege something went wrong. although i have used it earlier the app works fine but it seems to be the update issue so please fix this asap.
Its become too slow..doent even load thumbnails ..plus download link doesnt work at times.frustrating at times Even after contactingreliance no use..cant even download properly.clicking download doesnt show response..and why cant they fix the bugs
It was such a great app before. I could download the magazines I like and read them offline. Now 'Lets move to Jio News' message keeps popping up. I prefer Jio Mags over any other app. Please do something to improve it.
Sign Up proceess appears broken. When using an email to register, it says its already taken and so when using Forgot Password option to recover, it says such account isn't there. Also, it uses Jio OTP which is useless if you are asking me to go through whole conventional registration process.
Very urgently required 'jump to page' option. Suppose if i want directly to go to page no. 50 it takes time to swiping and reaching to the page. Do something for this urgently.
jio did very good work in this app but i want you to do one change in this app which is to allow a online dictionary option same as jio newspaper this means only by holding a word the web page will open then it will become easier for me to search some of the words while reading an article.It will be greatefull.
I've given 1 star because today I downloaded the app. It has been improved a lot. But it sucked all the data in a few minutes time. I really don't have an idea why it happened because the magazines sizes are only in MB. Then how come it sucked all the data within a few minutes time!
