please change the description to "Jiomoney is the next hassle filled app which lets you make cash payments with all the limitations of a poorly designed and buggy app." There is no reason to use this app. Vendors have to note down the transaction ID which completely trumps the idea of "digital payments". There are no offers on making payments. You cannot add money through UPI. This app crashes very often. Please fix this keeping in mind your competition.
it is not able to send verification sms from jio number. tried 100 times with (GPS on). No clue to customer care people. The review section should allow further threads as to what happened after'your looking in the issue'. Funny that the team has not got the issue itself! Please assign people who have at least used the app themselves. For instance, the app sends sms to random no/machine no itself, which your expert tried to call to talk to me!!! Spare me, Please!!!
UI of this app is not so great and app stutter all the time and slows the performance of the phone. Please change the user interface. App takes alot of time to login and also crashes twice a day. please fix it.
"Error while processing the request!" This is the only message it throws when SMS verification is requested. it's sad to see that a 30MB app is designed to show only this pop up error message on the screen how are the developers even calm if they can't even fix this little error?
Good app but not yet reliable. Because, it doesn't show transaction list, opens few screens multiple times. Today i did transaction via JioMoney, it deducted from my wallet but show Failed payment on shopkeepers end. Thats is untrustworthy. Also for the first application launch it doesnt show the remaining balance.
One of the worst experience with a wallet app and customer service. I tried adding my Amex card and the same error is repeated for above 3 months now... However, the FAQ does say that one can add Amex cards as well... There is also no proper response from customer care executives as well.
Unable to sign up due to some bug in document verification. Doesn't accept the Document ID I enter. Also, got no help from the helpline whatsoever. Edit: After asking for all the info on email there has been no replies, and the issue still is not resolved
Couldn't even create my account. Even entering the correct verification code multiple times, it gave me an error for password. No point in bothering to contact support as because, just like every other JIO product/ service, customer service is non existent
The most awful service is offered by jio whenever i ask them anything about data speed they transfer my calls to superior executives and never ever pick up the call. There is no use of jio giga fiber or anything. Just improve the current services because we as a customer paid you for the service and we aren't getting the desired output. Yesterday after a periodic break i did recharge but the same issue persist. The promise of 4g is not upto the mark because the speed is less than 2g.
The application is full of bugs. Nothing happens if you use a mobile number other than JIO network. Application stop after message sent and keep waiting. Most of the credit cards shown invalid while adding money. For example, you can't add money using AMX CC.
I get an opening screen asking me to choose the SIM card for SMS verification, and nothing happens. Screen does not move forward upon tapping on one of the two SIM options. This is such an odd bug. Phone : Samsung M30 Service Provider : Airtel
Got logged out automatically and now its not able to sign in again. Trying for many months. Got stuck in the verification screen itself. My money is trapped in the app and not able to use.
Horrible. When you open it, it asks to send a SMS to your mobile to verify your number. But when you select the "send" button, it doesn't send the SMS. It just hangs there.
Addressing only to JioMoney team, Before using standard reply please read review. Waste of time, it has sent at least 9 sms to activate, did not proceed, uninstalled, not interested anymore. there are many player in market phonepe, amazon, airtel to do good service. I have updated before trying fix since many software stops without update. No Internet issue since was able update JioMoney. Same thing i could do with other service. With same Internet connection.
I am unable to create account. I am entering forgot password, then it says Error while requesting message. Even though tried twice in a day and twice same issue. only thing I can do is uninstall the app. please fix the bug, atleast other users will use it.
After update worst app to use. Sodexo paymet failing each time. Can't signin with my other mobile no. Hangs on sms sent but never receives it and charges deducted. Can't register with new mobile no ovd parameters missing for every type of document.
Not able to sign up. I've tried to call the customer care more than 3-4 times. They will just keep on hold and will never connect back. After i enter my number to sign up, The next screen is enter your first name, second name and email id , except this there is no other option to continue for further steps.
After update unable to sign up. since last two days even customers care is also not able t to resolve. same wording of cut.care update the app. latest version available on play store is installed . Message not sent by app for verification. also sending screen short at jiocare
Every 2nd day there is some issue In the app. Most of times payment failed,through card. Now I uninstalled & then reinstall. Then not able to authenticate through SMS, some dummy messages coming. Very very poor app. Need to improve
Worst app ever. I registered my number and made a new password. It took all my I'd details. Later when I go to login and enter details, it just crashes and unable to login. Use phone pe or free charge instead, they are pretty good
Worst app ever! I have re downloaded this app for 7 times and its showing sending sms. It wasted my 4 hours and still not sending any sms. I have done everything to make sure that there is no network error.
The problem persists even after 2 weeks wait. i dont understand the purpose of this app from Jio, when it doesn't even allow one to complete registration. i have unsuccessfully tried to install the app and register myself for this wallet for at least 4 times. it throws up an error message 'Error while processing the request'. i dont think Jio wants me to use this service, so have decided to forego this wallet for now.
I recently downloaded this app for the first time but when I entered OTP for verification, It showed a notification that password must be 8 characters long and the OTP was 6 characters long, it means that I neither can verify myself nor open account. Please, fix this problem.
worst experience, It keeps on saying the password should be at least 8 characters long and blah blah, and doesn't move forward and I have correctly entered 8 to 15 characters long with one special character and one letter and one number but after all this it keeps on saying that error on the otp verification screen
very good app for various transaction. amount credited and debited accordingly. no amt debited when there is transaction failure. i have never found such a decent apps. it can smoothly recharge mobile, dth, pay bill etc ..... thank to developer...
couldn't sign in for more than 2 months now. everytime pop up msg with sign in error will show up. I tried contacting customer care and after some few hours they said they've fixed it but problem persists still. Why Jio money? Why didn't choose other? Now that's my question. It's the worst App now
App crashing frequently On clicking on Offers it crashes, while adding ID document it was crashing & only after around 15 crashes it went through with id validation. Now clicking on pretty much all the options it is crashing. Kindly fix.
"Error while processing the request" Getting very bad experience while installing again this apps. can't process further after sending message from my registered mobile number.. Try to solve the problem, it's irritating.
It was good in the beginning but an update screwed up everything. Unable to open the app, as it is asking to verify my device and then nothing happens except for a message received saying it is under process. After a week or so, got another message with a tiny url saying that it has to downloaded in order to use wallet. But after installation, it is asking for email ID or server and after entering email ID and clicking next it is taking me nowhere. My money is in wallet worthless.
