Finally switching to spotify. I have been using pro for almost over 4 years and it was good. But since the past year and half the bugs have completely destroyed the user experience. Constant hang. Even if I unlock the phone it will freeze. Have to remove the app from recents and restart it. The last year I renewed the pro because of a very cheap deal but I made the wrong choice the experience was indeed cheap. Had over 2. 5k songs downloaded which never syncd properly.

Decreasing the rating down to 1 star, because I am a pro member, and everything is linked to account, still despite of changing phones, i am not getting to see my downloaded songs.. Ideally it should be song category but no, there are repetation of many songs. I lost my whole playlist. Plus UI is so pathetic that, even if it touches a bit to scroll bar when you are trying to download, it goes back upward or downward.. So annoyed now!! I want my all songs back..pls..

I have been a pro user for more than 3 years. I am very completely unsatisfied with the app recently. I am facing multiple issues. When I try to add songs to the queue, random songs from somewhere are added to the list. So I cannot have personalized songs lists now. The recent app has made it horrible. It doesn't sync with my car's Bluetooth. Total waste of bucks on this app.

Hello, I've been a pro user since last 3 years. Lot of appreciation but 2 things to report, "play next" feature (doesn't alter the currently playing radio playlist) and UNAVAILABLE old classics. There are 80 songs in my playlist of 602 songs which are *UNAVAILABLE*. This decrease in leasing license of such songs has been drastic and provokes users to migrate to Spotify for specific songs which is a pain. The upgrades in look and feel are amazing. Keep it up! Please address these issues asap.

I have been an user of the app from the day it launched, and i have loved it till now!!! But the recent updates have just destroyed the app, too many bugs in the music player. It add random songs to my queue, and playlist freezes if I add a new song. The song queue gets all bizzare if I add songs to my recently played song queues and add random songs from anywhere. There is no option for zero stars, or else I would given zero stars, plz fix the app soon as possible!!!!

There are a lot of bugs in the present version 1. Downloaded songs don't play immediately when selected for the first time ( need to go to the next song in the playlist and then get back to the previous song for it to play ) 2. Even when the loop is off the playlist starts to play in a loop. 3. As usual many songs are not available in the app. Please get these problems sorted asap.

Super disappointed. I hv been a subscribed user for a long time. 2 days back the account was deactivated without any prior message. I have multiple playlists, one of which has about 200 songs. Now I am unable to login to the previous account. If I make a new one I will lose my playlists, my downloads. The developers are ready to charge subscriptions without first ensuring that the pre existed playlists are safe. Such a shame :(

After the recent update I'm having few issues with the app like, couldn't play the downloaded songs from the downloads section when offline and sometimes when online too and there is no scroll bar for exploring the songs in downloads section. It would be a nice experience using the app if issues like these are sorted out.

Have been a user for nearly three years. However, I can't search for songs on JioSaavn (it's throwing up an "Oops, we can't find what we were looking for" message, even though it is showing the song while I am typing into the search bar). I decided to uninstall the app and install it again, and now I cannot log back into my account, and is constantly showing error messages while I try to log in. I am a JioSaavn Pro customer, and I am not being able to log into the account I paid for.

I am editing my review from 5 star to 1. I just feel my waste of money on this app. App just feed me random songs from mediocre artists that I don't want to hear. I can't have a tailored Playlist. I dont have any control on what I want to hear. I can't even stop this app from feeding my songs that I skip everytime. Something is seriously wrong with your algorithm.

From the past few months, this app has been simply put, horrible. It closes on its own, reopens on its own. Can't connect it to my TV or smart speaker, the app closes upon trying to do it.. are the developers not interested in running this app clean anymore? If that's the case please return the money of the pro subscription users and do whatever you want to.

The app has gotten better over time but some issues still haven't been addressed such as subscription inside the app. Every month when my subscription is renewed automatically, my phone changes my profile to freeuser and doesn't recognize my account as Pro even though I have paid for it successfully and I can use my pro account on web (desktop). Please fix this.

Use to love this app...been using(paid version) for many years now....but the experience has only been getting worse n worse. 1. U pause a song(to do something) and press play again and a random song starts playing even when u were playing from ur playlist(really2 annoying). 2. Recently updated the app and all my downloads were gone(completely wiped out).Not a single song left in the download segment. Might move on to Spotify/wink once the validity ends.

Every month i get new error. This time, after changing the country my subscription is activated, but all the songs are gone. And cannot play any songs or find the band or artists. For a month i have been sending mail to saavn team. But they reply after a week without any solution. This is the worst customer service. I had 1200 songs on my playlist. Now i have to uninstall this app and make my playlist again with the different app. Good bye the worst developer and customer relationship team.

Is there any rating below 1 star? This app has too many bugs. It is really need to improve. Buttons don't work after clicking hundreds of times. Same popup irritates again and again asking repeated questions. Most useless update. Now I can't play offline downloaded songs. It don't play my songs even after clicking the button many times.

I've been a pro user for more than 3 years, but I'm a bit unsatisfied with the services. Recently, the JioSaavn app isn't opening on my phone. There appears a message by the system that, "JioSaavn closed because it has a bug. Please update the app after the developer has fixed the issue and try again". I already have the latest updated version, so please resolve this issue. Thanks!

I am using Saavn since a long time, it was running fine, untill I started facing app crashes and other stuff, which got resolved slightly but now there are many other issues in the recent updates. 1. Shuffle all button is playing the same song which played for the first time after opening the app and the queue is also same. It's/might getting changed after reopening the app. 2. The song change slider 3. App loading time. These are the top 3 currently. I hope you resolve these issues soon.

Yet i find it Complex somewhere....the interface needs major updates to make it look simpler and cool..and if the application is for listening music I don't think there is any need for video section in the app. The ads quantity needs to go down many ads doesn't mean more users it means less users.

This the best music app... But from last update it's just freeze in background and stop responding... But music keeps on playing in background but stop responding you can't change song,you can search new song nothing one must remove it from the background and open it gain but then the same process repeat itself..... Please fix this issue... Because Spotify is a good option to switch.

I am a pro user, used the prior version to this updated version. The app gets stuck everytime and I need to restart my device. I thought might be a bug or something else. But it's happening always. I am on Android 11, and security patches updated too. I tried an older version of it, it's the same case - uninstalled completely 🤷‍♂️

Unable to see Shuffle all function in App in offline mode , I am a pro member with good no of days in membership left. Raised the issue , waiting for resolution. Even after 4 days of follow up no resolution. Approx a week back Jiosaavn asked me to uninstall the App and install again. As of today 25 May 2022, the same problem is recurring. I was in the process of download of songs , around 1500 , reached half way and unable to play songs in offline mode. Autoplay and shuffle all not working.

This is the last pro subscription to this JioSaavn my end. I mail several times regarding to the bugs regarding while adding songs in queue it's again playing to 1st song which was added earlier instead of playnext. When it connects to the Bluetooth to the car n screen won't work for functions earlier its supported.

It was better before. But after some new updates, the Shuffle button does not work. No matter how many times I click on it, the same song is being played again and again. It is so much frustrating. Please fix this bug. Updated: Thank You for fixing the bug. It took a lot of time, but eventually they did fix the bug.
