Worst then Hell. Especially in Ten 1 HD channel. When I paly it 2 ads paying for a minute. If I full screen it , it pauses and audio only playing. If I close and open , ads play and screen freeze and audio only plays. What a stupid thing is this. You are just use us for filling your packets with money only. Nothing else. What an stupid update. If I minimize and open again the screen is shows in the bottom of the screen. I have to close the app and reopen. If I do your fkng ads play again. Wast💦

I would've given a minus rating if there was an option. One of the worst apps available. Even after being a paid user, I have to watch ads every time I open a program. Also, ads keep on interrupting the live programs like football matches. There is also a problem when the app is minimised, I am unable to switch it back to regular screen. Really an irritating app. 👎🏼😡

So frustrated with ads. It has 2 ads everytime you play or change the channel. One time ad is okay but everytime you change it? Sometimes they put infinite ads in the middle of nowhere for nothing. You gotta have to reply the channel again to watch your favourite show. But guess what? Two ads will come up again. Reduce the number of ads.

Can't understand if the subscription is available only to Jio subscribers on a paid basis, why are there so many ads playing Every time I switcha channel, for the next channel to appear, minimum of 2 ads are to be viewed. Quitting starts the entire process again. Irritating to navigate. Better to view the channels on YouTube.

Ads start coming up by force even when the sports is active and play in action. Secondly, minimising the app closes the app completely and doesn't allow us to multifunction. That's really required and it has actually been removed. Earlier, it was allowed.

Very poor experience, when we open a channel it just appear as a wallpaper sometimes the scheduled program broadcast normally but max. Time it just appear as a wall paper. This problem occurred from last two updates. Please look into this and fix this

Such a pain to watch a live streaming match. So many issues with this app, can't pinpoint to one and explain, it will be too many. Please learn something from other live streaming apps like Disney hotstar. Provide good updates, right now such a waste of an app.

With the latest update the low video quality is 144p, which is useless the earlier version was around 240p. Should not have changed it now it's useless. Or you can make it selectable like YouTube. Medium is to high 360 or higher. Low should be 240, too much data consumption in 360p and unreasonable in 144p low. Stupid choice by the devs.

Jio TV is providing so much content without additional charges which is great. But data consumption is high for even low picture quality and data gets exhausted soon. This happens for movies as well as tv shows. I've used the app on two different phones. Why is it so? Could jio do something for this?

After the latest update, My wifi connection with high speed internet is apparently slow for jio tv app. On auto mode it sets it to a blurry mess and in high mode it refuses to take the full bandwidth of the internet. Please fix this jio the update before this was good. EDIT: The above problem is solved now. Thanks team.

Jio doing great work but something missing in you application that there is not separate option for changing language of programs can you fix this and one more thing is everytime when i switch channels long adds coming why i know you're promoting there adds but remember if you don't fix adds problem every user give you bad ratings that's all for better ratings you need to look on the reviews so you will get a better idea

Im using jio tv since long time and I love to use this app a lot. But now I'm facing issue I don't know how. Mostly I use in every Sunday now days once open its only loading then showing please try after sometimes and i missing my channel programs. Im really disappointed now please clear my issue and now I living in Dubai. When I was in India I never face this issues.

Horrible experience. I just wanted to watch dragon ball super at cartoon network cause I don't have a tv connection but guess what? Cartoon network is not even opening on my mobile. It is working on my mom's mobile but not mine! It's the issue with only cartoon network. I have tried everything literally everything but it isn't working. I literally missed so many episodes because of this. Fix this issue immediately Jio!

Allow users to choose video quality with more advanced options. Rather than selecting Low, medium or High, create an option to choose between 360p, 480p, 720p, 1080p, etc. It will improve the streaming experience by a lot.

Add casting feature and make ot available to chromecast completely and i will give 5stars.27/7/2019 *** Changing rating to 1* as everytime all I see is adds while opening or even at channel change which continuous till completed, can't skip.. I guess we as jio users paid for subscription

Not able to use picture in picture in my OnePlus 8 device. I have tried restarting and re installing the app. Issue occured after the last update. In setting the app is allowed to show picture in picture

Why has JioTV stopped working on Bluestacks all of a sudden? People like me find it difficult to watch jio tv on a smaller mobile screen and therefore use apps like Bluestacks where they are able to watch JioTV on a larger screen. Why did you take away that ability. After all I am using my own number, then what is the problem? A very anti-consumer move by Jio.

Overall I had no issues with jio tv. It's running excellent but the latest update has disappointed me as the new update setting for video quality is really bad.

The streaming experience is extremely bad. Very very bad. The streaming of Ind v SL was horrible! Distorted images, grainy and pixalted display with continuous buffering & app crashes. This was the case even in a very good internet connection. I had to finally turn it off and 'READ' the scores on Cricinfo. Earlier i had OnePlus 6 and now it's Redme 10 but the issue with streaming is the same. Not improved one bit. Cannot expect such bad services from a big brand like Jio! Not done!

Worst experience since last update. Most of the channels don't start streaming when channel is selected. Just shows play button on the screen but never works.

It's nice aap for watching TV shows. I have been using this app since last year till now it was nice but now it is not working properly when we try to open it closes automatically. Please check/ refresh or do something for this app.... I hope you will understand your users problem, and do the needful.. Thank you

I ised to love this app but sometimes it's stop working sometimes nowadays. First i thought may b it is some network issue or my phone problem but afterthat i get to know none of either , it is the problem of this app. When i try to play some previous uploaded series then only show the screen not any video

Nice app we can see all entertinement channels programmes past episodes missing episodes every thing in any where, where we have time and it's esay way to time pass and it's helpfull to working person when travellung we can see the programme totally I have satisfied with this app. Very good excellent app

Previously the channels could be viewed. Now most of the channels cannot be viewed and if any channel is tapped for watching it redirects to install 'Hotstar'. Worthless app.

Recent bug I'm seeing is, once app in PiP, I navigate a few apps in background, Audio goes mute. Had to reopen each time and 2 ads load each time. Has a wide range of channels. Ads Stream in HQ than the actual channels. Another one, Once i was watching a match at night, feel asleep and woke up morning to see the app still running eating away my daily quota and top-up. You guys should really consider adding Sleep Timer in the app.

Very nice app and i have using this app from last 3 years but one think that in last 4 or 5 updates the live chanels are included before updates all chanels are normal like i can cut i can skip 10,20,30 seconds and hours so please fix this problem and make all live chanels non live .Thank You

It is the worst app I have ever used in my life.It just lags everywhere while searching seeing some content,etc.There are hundreds of thousands of bugs are there in the app.App is not even smooth while using.Very much disappointed with this app.

very nyc app but login error was very bad problem that i faced sometimes and also I faced playing some channels shows this is very bad that makes the experience very irritable please solve that problem as soon as possible
