Can't login. Says addon us required.
Doesn't even connect. Gives an error about addon not on the system when it is there.
Nothing required on the server to work. Uses restful API. Ah - No. Still need server components installed to use this app. Doesn't do what is says on the wrapper. Fail. Uninstalling.
Freezes on first use, then freezes when trying to open agile boards. Uninstalled.
Nothing happens when attempting to log in. Just keeps you on log in screen without any notifications.
Downloaded add on for our server. Notifications don't work 😢
Installed the app and can't display my Kanban board. I get the error "Kanban backlog is not enabled for this board." I can't find any additional information on the developer's website or the official Jira site, and emailing the developer's address support at mobilityforjira dot com resulted in an undeliverable error. BROKEN APP.
When i try to login to jira it is saying need to insatll JIRA mobile connector add on. But i have no idea how to insatll that add on. My device is Galaxy S6. Please help if you have any idea.
Only creating issues have a small problem reported. I don't like having to pay for jira mobile plug-in. The rest of it is very simple.
I searched every where but couldn't find how to change the task assignee! If there is no way to do it so it's really wretched !
Requires and addon that does not exist
Though jira has no official app. This app is a great one.
The idea is good but needs more details on how to debug problems. Adding the credentials, pressing log-in and all I get is an "Unauthorized". The site is also extremely simple. I am a technical guy so I am willing to investigate myself but not without the error details or the logs..

App crashes when attempting to log in
Unable to login even though the mo ile connect add-on is installed in jira. The add-on explicitly states it is for iOS and android is coming soon. So I am unable to use the app.
I solemnly promise that (a) our mobility setup is solid & working for iDevices (b) the login button on this app isn't behaving correctly on my Nexus 7 android 4.4.4. It is greyed out unpredictably and when it's active I can press it till my finger bleeds but nothing fires. QA testing apps is a part of my day job and either I'm completely mad or something here is broken. Maybe it's just me. If I can log this info someplace more useful with more details I'll happily do so. Could screencap if u like
The login button stays greyed-out. There is no handshake attempt. *** Reply: JIRA Mobile Connect is installed. Still nothing.
This app works great on my IPhone but the android fails due to some ridiculous plugin?
