JIRA Mobile

Excellent interface and easy to follow after using the web version of Jira for years. Installed quickly, and within 2 minutes I was creating issues. This helped me capture 2 fleeting ideas before I forgot them. :) If I didn't know better I'd think this was a native Atlassian app. Nice work! Update: Still very useful when on the go to capture new tasks, and to edit existing ones.

Kindly there is a recent problem that is constantly happening. The app gets stuck on specific issue number! E.g. You open a new issue link from an email and it opens the app on the previous issue. Stuck! This won't go away. I also suggest improving the transition button as it is not a clear intuitive button. It's mistaken by a Share button. Better call is STATUS or TRANSITION visually or written. Otherwise great app still better than the native Jira app as it supports custom made transitions.

Has most of the features I could want except one keystone feature. Backlog for kanban boards just do not exist, making any board with that enabled effectively unusable as you can't manipulate anything in that status. Maybe I'm just bad at finding the setting, but I scoured the entire app I believe.

LOVE this app!! Great layout and design for Sprint Boards, Search and individual ticket management. It does almost everything I need it to do from a mobile user experience...the only thing it's missing is the ability to Start/Stop sprints!

App is incredibly slow. Working on issues using the Desktop view in Chrome is up to 5x faster than via the app on the same instance. I really like the interface but with the current performance issues it is not usable.

Please add an option to fix the default view mode. I want to see the home screen in 'updated in descending order' always but not possible now. Very annoying to change everytime. Also add a feature to see the list of ALL projects, filter=updated, desc order.

App worked fine until my phone updated to Android 12. It crashed every single time I tried to open it. I uninstalled it and now I cannot even reinstall it.

Getting better with the sign-in slightly faster. Still need the custom dashboard and wish notification can be included for the pro version.

Lags on some screens, does not direct you to login page unless i close the app entirely. Overall good.

Unfortunately it does not have the function I would like. Watch ONE queue and give me notification on SLAs about to be breached. That'd be incredibly useful. This app did not solve my need.

working fine. all of a sudden i cant access the app at all. does no allow me to even reach the login page.

It doesn't work after last update, it won't open. I tried re-installing but still doesn't work. please fix.

This works very well with regular tickets. There are glitches with X-ray test runs, though.

I had issue with "Request timed out.", so I sent refund request. This error makes app absolutely unusable.

works great for weekend/ evening helpdesk support access. I couldn't live without this app.

it works, yet bit frustrating that you cannot edit screens and exclude unnecessary fields

Clicking issue links within the app tries to open them in a webview requiring extra login. Trying to link issues doesn't work with issue keys. 👎🏻

Does all i need for phone usage. Still a few bugs......but come on people....it is for quick access.....detailed work use computer

After upgrading to Pro version the app keeps asking me for credentials again and again. So frustrating
