Very good app. Only 2 stars because of support. Having issue with the creation of new calls. Analysis level 3 does not provide options list. Support have requested my login credentials to be able to assist. Nope!
Works but there seems to be a problem with the latest update. All issue records won't show up if u don't select "Show resolved issues" in home settings.
Link is opening in browser instead of app. Plz fix it
Good app but it logs me out all the time even though we turned that off in our jira system. Not too concerned about security here, it's far more a nuisance to log into the app frequently. may consider going back to the jira app because of this. It really needs to be polished in that way. We like this app because we can add attachments with the phone camera to issues. Most others don't which is silly to me.

Scrolling in the apps through comments is very strange and unintuitive! Also there is no option to change the behaviour. Makes the app useless for me.
very sad to write a full app just to clickbait users :( all features are locked unless you buy a module on your jira instance or the pro version of the app... the free version is a read only waste of time.
Notifications are not very reliable. Sometimes are coming with delay and sometimes are not coming at all.
You can interact with your jira instance very easily using this app. And push notifications are excellent you know project updates as they happen.
Do not work. Error message: mobile for jira license is expired
Not stable, also connection error or issue does not exist, but in browser I see issue.
You have to login every time the app is opened. This makes the act of opening the app tedious

Bad support for Jira Service Desk. No notifications for JSD. And dark mode is must have.
Always getting alert "The request timed out". If no solution for this, I will send refund request.

it doesn't recognise the url
It's not working on my Pixel 2 XL running Android 10. I've seen it work on other phones so may be a bug with some phones. I like that you can attach images and other files to issues, which is not possible in the official Atlassian app.
