Unable to access pages from notifications, reducing the usefulness of them altogether. App still pointless, resorting to using mobile web browser (miserable)
Notifications do not load, existing ones can't be dismissed. Sending feedback on app fails.
Very basic app as it shows the site inside the app without any mobile display optimisation and it always asks for the URL and login details. I prfer using direct browser access as it is more reliable. Update It is now real mobile app. But it shows only some basic actions without access to help desk tickets
For what it does do, it does pretty well. But the majority of my work is in service desk projects, so this isn't terribly useful to me right now. I hope that is going to be forthcoming. Also, the inability to open attachments is problematic. I would give 2½ stars if it was an option. In other words, you're halfway there.
Works well for me although it's not a huge improvement over the web based interface. I have no reason to fault the app since it works flawlessly for me and looks pretty good. Needs dark theme.
Mediocre and slightly dangerous - accidental changes to your JIRA tickets is possible with this app. Fiddly user interface, missing skeuomorphisms that we already have in the website such as subtasks looking identical to tasks, glitches resulting in ticket UI hovering modally over arbitrary screens, missing basic functionality like coping a link share..shares links as a New Document. App should be withdrawn from the app store. Doesn't seem like an Atlassian quality product.
Nothing more than a browser showing the mobile view. Absolutely useless
Pretty decent, would be easier if you just search on issues instead of having to go into the board to find the ticket you are after, also, you can't view attachments on the tickets.
It works good but please add a widget like cloud version. i reallllly need it.

Please add support for viewing the Backlog, and applying filters on the board.
Not user friendly and simply doesn't work as expected. I CONSTANTLY get notifications and none of the tabs in JIRA shows anything. I'll look for an update and change my review once this is fixed. As is, the app is useless to me.
Nearly useless unfortunately. Difficult to find any of the needed functionality. If you need anything more than a glorified todo this isn't going to cut it.
The search functionality is poorly done. You search for an issue by it's ID and it doesn't show up as the first result.

Once you set up an account you can't stop them from sending you email notifications about everything. I've sent feedback about it but it just doesn't stop.
Not showing all tickets on a project Not sure how this is even possible but like 60% of the tickets we create don't show up in the app, however are shown just fine on desktop. Jira devs probably lost the ticket to fix this issue lol
The craziest app ever. I don't understand if they have even coded something inside or just login page is made with by default error messages.
Great app. Needs service desk agent support or even customer portal support. Also be better if I can open or enlargen attachments or even ad an attachment to an issue. There is no option for this.
Constantly gets logged out. Clicking a notification takes to app but then app says no new alerts. Overall very buggy app.
Very good, but should be easily possible to change ticket type, severity etc. within app. If this is possible, it's not obvious how.
Always have to select project board. Cannot pin the one we use. Impossible to reconnect automatically when our credential expires
Would be great if there was the ability to post photos to issues via mobile not just on desktop version.
Jira server has less functional then cloud version. Please, add the next: 1. As a user I want to add attachments to tasks. 2. As a user I want to open the attachments in fullscreen mode
Won't connect to JIRA instances using ADFS authentication, making it useless for our organization. In today's security centric world it's standard practice to place company assets behind Single Sign-On solutions, so I'm definitely unable to recommend Atlassian products that don't support this.
A mostly useless app. I get pinged for notifications constantly, but when I look in the app, I'm not told what they were for.
Completely unusable on android, projects never load, loading pages with multiple comments results in app crashes.
