Flex is a good way to find temp to long term work. Although not perfect, the staff always devoted and dedicated to improving and fixing problems. You will not find a better flexible app like this one. Highly recommended.
Horrible experience with this app!! i tried to add experience but it wouldnt let me and then every time i press done it doesn't save anything, the app just closes and then i have to do it all over again. extremely frustrating!! Update: this app has drastically improved!! I'm able to use the app with ease now and I love it. Thank you for the rapid response!!
App wasn't saving my info, had to enter everything sever times before it would save. I couldn't add "reaponsibilities" because nothing was coming up. Not to mention the negatives of not being able to name the role you had- at two of my previous jobs I was am assistant manager, but that isn't an option in their slide down menu for job descriptions. Furthermore, I failed the test they had because questions weren't clearly marked "choose multiple" (also, no test accommodations for disabled folx)
I'm sorry, i was under the impression there was a dishwashing position available on this app. This app require's prep cook I discovered the available position on another app called JobGet. It wanted me to put in my phone number for a link but decided to just get the app quicker. I attempted a profile for Flex, there was no option for dishwashing/prep. I am entry level when it come's to prep cook, about 4 month's worth. Dishwashing, i have at least a year. Sadly these gig's are much to strict.
Ive been working this app for years and can't never get help when I need some one
I applied, went through the interview process and started the background check weeks ago. The app states that they are still on the background check. I have not been able to contact anyone regarding the matter considering the, "start a chat with us" option brings up a blank page.
this app is a scam for data mining. i went through an extensive interview process with a background check and whatever else they checked without my knowledge. they said the season is slow right now but it should pick up in Febuary but i have yet to see 1 SINGLE gig post. once you download the app it is constantly running in the background and using up all your data in the process. this is a complete waste of time and most likely a scam or some sort to gather your info for sale
A very bad experience for me. Just downloaded the app, some message popped up saying welcome. So I couldn't sign up because that message was there, after clicking the message and leave a message to the person, I saw the join now button. I wasn't even finished with adding my experience but it told me there's no opportunity at this time. I just want to get to get my info off this app, never to return again.
for actually spending the time to go down town, interview and jump through hoops this is a waste of time. shift gig or Adia, are far simpler and have a larger network, and far more work opportunities. ive had the app for two weeks, and have a great resume, worked in the industry for 12 plus years, and not a single match has appeared. I called in and asked if there is anything I am not doing, and they assured me that they are working hard to get more opportunities. so don't waste ur time.
App keeps shutting down need a update to the app
I had technical issues, after updating my phone. I got penalized for it by not being allowed to receive InstaPay. I had to wait over a week for any payments. Meanwhile, I couldn't pay my bills on time. I probably won't install this on my phone ever again.
A Joke! The app has many inconsistencies and errors that you can even get to the "gig" availability section. If it helps someone, great... otherwise save your phone space and look elsewhere!!
I love this app! The app offers good opportunities to work in hospitality and its easy to use - even for a newbie to the app like me. Plus, the staff is responsive, professional and friendly. Win-win!
First of all Everytime I put in my work history it let on deleting. So I just put one but then get to the part where you answer questions over the phone. I have done this three times. It honestly is a useless app. You are better off working at agencies. At least you talk to someone real and not just some automated message that can't understand you. I have been a bartender for 5 years and Craigslist is still better than this app.
The app keeps crashing after putting in the 6 digit code. Can't finish out the application and start working because of this issue... i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and the same thing happens... can you fix that?
Wouldn't allow me to add my past career history, prefilled careers options not listed, no way to upload my resume, when I tried to add/edit my information it wouldn't all me to go back but sent a message saying " sorry not able to offer you an opportunity at this time". Si décevant!! This app was recommended by a friend. 😵
0 star if I could. I was so excited about this bc I have so much experience in such a variety of jobs and was looking for extra side money. I downloaded the app entered my email and then it asked me to list all positions I am interested in and then before I entered my second one a pop up came telling me " sorry but we can't offer you an opportunity at the time". And now this is the only page I can see on the app and can't do anything else. Pretty disappointed
Functional app, easy to use.
the app seems promising but when you pick a job and finish the application it stops working giving a message that no jobs can be found metting ur info you submitted try again with no way of going back to find another position... app does not give real jobs just seems like it's all restaurant positions... and bricks when no job is available with no turning back...
The one star is for the professional and approachable recruiter that I encountered via Zoom (thanks Ryan). Jitjatjo by far is one of the most CRAPTACULAR job search engines in need of a critical reboot or demolishing for good. You waste potential candidates time and for some, you push our blood pressure through the roof. Seems like the best gig apps online are the ones who don't service the DMV. 😟
I have updated my availability on several occasions thinking it would resolve my issue. I am still not seeing any gigs. When you try to contact by chat it states that there is an issue try again. When you call it just rings.
I want to give it ZERO stars but then I couldn't leave this review that I'm trying to create my account but it keeps saying "please enter valid US phone number" I AM and I've tried different numbers other then mine and still the same. Then tried to chat and it says "can't send message click to send again" don't waste time downloading it.
I worked last night for 6 hours and 15 minutes. My pay says 121.00 wifh a 25 bonus. I chose instant pay and this morning I woke up to a 43.00 deposit. Last week 110 was 64. Im very confused and I wrote a message center and to Individuals Individuals At 7:30 this morning and haven't received an answer. I know that bonus is going Friday's but I don't have any Pay stubs yet So I'd like to see why a $120 turned into 43 I'm trying to afford Christmas. They are a great app besides this

I passed the tests and then was told that there were no opportunities available. I keep receiving emails about reapplying but the app won't let me do that. Very difficult to use.
I have waited over 3 weeks for my background check to be completed. Everything was going well until this point. Then everytime I chime in to the chat to get clarity I continue to get the same message. 5-10 days. Newsflash* it's been longer. Dissapointing.☹☹☹☹☹
I recieved an email saying I hadn't completed my application and asking me to install the app and complete that. I input my email address and immediately recieved a message that they can't offer me a role at this time and to visit the website for more information. The website has no information on anything related to this. There is no reason for this sort of dishonesty other than attempted data harvesting.
Great if your looking to pick up extra shifts and make your own schedule. Got the job the same day I applied and some of the gigs have a very high pay rate with bonuses.
It's funny with these gig apps, a person is still trading time for money. It's no app where you invest $10 and get back $100 in a day with no chance of losing the original investment.
