Has a lot of Potential, i HAVE gotten it to work on a Nexus Phone, but only intermittently. Its hard to troubleshoot the issues because they occur randomly... Sometimes it rings when the main # is called, sometimes it doesnt... sometimes It allows you to answer, sometimes you just 'See' the call is coming in... Voice mail checking works fine, and it sounded good the few times it worked. Support tries their best.

This app will be the reason we ditch Jive. It doesn't stay connected, which means we can't receive calls and we lose business. That's a pretty fatal failure for a business essential service like this... You have to manually reconnect the app, which will just disconnect again in a few hours. I suspect this is a problem with Android app optimization and I've mentioned this to Jive Support months ago. No fix. They seemed oblivious to this problem, although you can see it's prevalent by reading the reviews here on their app.

I rarely write reviews but feel it's warranted for this app. I'm not sure how this app even got out of QA / Unit Testing as it is riddled with issues. Where to start? App can't process calls in the background, grabs control of Bluetooth devices and won't release them without force stopping the app, constant connection drops, cryptic messages to use that unless you know networking you won't understand, voicemail doesn't prompt you for password so you have no clue when to enter it, the list goes on and on. Seriously, if I released a product this riddled with issues at work, I would be fired. It's honestly shocking.

Simply an awful app. Often does not ring, & the few times it does the audio quality is poor. What is new are the crashes. Previously, the app was junk but stable. Now it's junk and crashes all the time. How an organization is not embarrassed to call this their app is unfathomable. UPDATE: Still not compatible with Oreo. I guess Oreo came out of nowhere, right? Or was the concept of utilizing the 6+ months of available beta testing totally lost on the developers? Still 1 star.

Update: crashes with every call! This is the worst app ever. Zero stars. It never rings, it's unstable, and WHY does it CONSTANTLY need to be running in the background eating up data just to receive a call? Honestly, I'm blown away my company even considered using this program. Awful

I make a phone call and whether on cell signal or company wifi i hear only 1st and 3rd sylables or 2nd and 4th sylables. It sounds like the other person is covering their mouth repeatably. So far it is an unusable app. Even voicemails sounds like this.

Zero stars , the app doesn't connect or losing connection constantly, incoming calls are not received , the app is useless and I don't even understand how a company can put up a horrid app such as this.We pay good money for connectivity and if they are not able to live up to their advertisements I will Port my business number somewhere where they can provide a decent app . Maybe you should hire decent developers to code properly

Very convenient to have my business extension on the go! If the call quality is poor, then your data or WiFi connection is much more likely to be the cause of the issue than the app itself...

Still horrible. Misses incoming calls, constantly losing the connection. Sometimes starts vibration on *outgoing* calls? The old app was a lot more usable.

totally unusable on my Galaxy S6. People can hear me but audio stutters to the point I can't understand what they are saying. I even went as far to completely factory reset the phone to only have things stay the same. If it worked then maybe it would be somewhat okay, but definitely a no frills app. In the long run I just forward my line to my cell.

Every time app updates or force closes, I have to sign in again. I don't have to do this with other apps and it is frustrating and annoying. Call quality is usually good. Jive, however, seems to have problems staying connected to web sockets and even the network some days.

Call quality is good - Can't load my contacts. What's up with that? Text messages come in, but aren't associated with contacts in my phone. How do I import or live sync my contacts? Also, i don't get a notification when a new SMS comes into the soft-phone. Rings for phone calls, but not for texts.

Not sure why all the negative comments. App works great for me.. sure if I have poor cell signal It might be choppy but come on its a voip service.. no Internet = no connectivity. .Overall great app for managers on the go to communicate with office!!

App turns sideways on tablet even though rotation is locked. Won't work portrait like on phone. Forced landscape and won't switch back. Bullshit flaw and no settings to fix.

I can't make calls with this app. The other person can hear me, but I can't hear the other person. The other person's voice cuts in and out every other half second, so I'm only hearing half of what the other person is saying. I called support and when I called them, the app stopped working completely! It turns out that there was a system wide issue preventing global use of their product (which is unacceptable). And they still did not fix the original issue of why I called.

Ok, I truly like Jive's other services. However, this app and their support for this app are terrible. I explained to them the issues I am experiencing. There response was simply, "Sorry, nothing we can do for you. Did you try restarting the phone?" Which I did as well as uninstall it then reinstall it. My issues were pretty severe. 1. The call quality was very poor. No matter if I called an internal extension or an external number. 2. The app doesn't carry voice when the screen locks. No audio from the app

Every time my calls went over the 2minute 30 secondish it would cut out my audio. I wouldn't be able to hear who I was trying to talk to. Great idea, but bad app
