Unreliable notifications, cant stop the app from vibrating or waking phone. And most of the usually free features in the app are paid here. Edit: i did check your app notification in system settings long before u give me the advice. Also, getting the same set of features like these on desktop still doesnt make my statement false. And notifications remain unreliable as well. And still waking the screen. So, here we are, at the beginning again.

This app works great. The best part is that the icon does not take up a lot of space on my website; it's a very thin rectangle at the bottom of the page. I'm on the free plan and it works great, also includes translation. I also manage my facebook page messages on this app, I don't have to install another app for Facebook messenger. Great customer service too.

Worst experience ever. The messages don't sync properly, it takes about 10 seconds more for the message to appear on my Android phone, either Tawk or LiveChat don't have this delay. Plus the Canned responses do not work on phone I cannot search for them only by typing words in context it shows up. The other glitch (bug) if you start dialogue on phone and continue chatting on PC the messages will not appear in phone's app. This is not serious at all. Why posting an app that really doesn't work.

I have tried many chat apps for our website but Jivo is hands down the best. Their Support staff are awsome.

This app problem is that is usually goes away always and I don't know why. Please try and make it stable so as not to go away when am online and my data is on

Worked well until recently on Android. Now after you log in it just spins forever and never connects to the app. I use this for my business, this extremely frustrating as it's a nice revenue adder when it actually works. Please look into the new Android log in issue Jivo Team!!!

1) They log you out from your mobile app automatically every 2-3 days. When you notice, you might have missed several chats. 2) Not all team members will be notified at once so that they can have a look and jump in. Unless the chat is assigned to someone, they can't see what's happening. It's very stable but there are lots of practical issues with this service to be used as a proper chat support service..

Hello. It’s been a good performance from mobile app. Some times when pop up notifications come up and i try to accept. No button work. I have to go back, then go to inbox, then i have to accept it. I will update starts after fix this problem.

Working app but sure not the best. Even its a garbage, because if make Telegram support in jivo, this app not needed at all.

Bugs galore. I have been using Jivo for quite a while but now can't get it to work on any of my Android devices. Despite several reinstallations it's still not working. Sort it out please!

Why am i not getting notifications when someone visited but i set it

Awesome software that I cannot recommend enough. The app works great, and syncs beautifully with the desktop in browser portal. Seems to be very stable as well.

Well my experience after using for less than 5 minutes on one of my sites is #&*%ing amazing!!!??? Much less complicated than tawk.to but then much fewer options even on the free trial which I am on now! App response is slightly delayed in comparison to tawk.to but if Jivo stays reliable after my free trial, it'll prolly be my go to live chat app because of it's simplicity. I might repeal this review in 2 wks, though!?

I don't like your branding name between the conversation. If you will remove it. Then its ok otherwise we need to make their own app for clients. I thought you will save our time. But you want grow with our help our clients. Howshameless. I support you to grow but it would be not good for us that we use your branding name between the conversation. You have to remove it.

Awesome experience but also need some flexibility with certain Pro Features

More limited features for free and notifications are unreliable. Notifications are not receiving until the app started. At every hour i miss average 5 client messages. Edit: I have checked before posting a review. Whatsapp and other IM apps works normally, but jivo have problems unfortunately.

Absolutely amazing app. We are using it for our business and it works just great either computer or phone!!! And actually we were able adf this chat to the different websites but all messages come to one person. Amazing app

i am facing problem in receiving messages on my mobile application. i missed so many conversations because i don't receive messages. i only realized it when i checked it on my desktop app.

This is the best live chat i have tried. It has all you needed and the greatest is that those cool festures are for free. If there is infinit star i will rate it. If you can add visitors notification by sound on moble app like that of destop, I will love it, so that i can know whenever a visitor is on my website on the go. Thanks

Just trying to get your developers that dopamine rush, haha!! I loved that and I love your service, only thing I don't like are the hassling frequency of the email updates on site performance and that it logs out too much. Other than that, your service is pretty great!!

This is literally the best Live Chat Plugin out-there. The standards are just way above. And the call feature. I doubt nothing can beat that, I've been attaining 1000% user satisfaction ever since I've beem using their services. I recommend the Pro Plan to everyone. Best ever.

The app is excellent 👍 , easy to use and I don't to install the Facebook messenger as t is already intergrated to the software. I couldn't give 5 because I have not seen the platform to create leads, subscribe prospective clients or create bots.
