Great product, was not able to connect with app on android at first but you need to make sure you tap on the wifi no internet notification and tick dont remind again and hit yes to staying connected. Your wifi will then allow the network to connection to work properly. Do this simple step and have fun flying your JJRC H37 or other model with ease😃👍🏼 May vome back with and rate 5 stars if it flys well which i expect it to do. Not to be used in even light wind if you have an H37 model.
Wont connect to the RC, just shows a spinning circle! Samsung S10. From the reviews, the author hasn't tested this and isn't providing updates. Not worth purchasing the hardware if the app that controls it doesn't work.
Had the app downloaded before and it worked perfectly. Had to delete it to install another droid app. After that app failed to connect I reloaded the jjrc app. Nothing. It downloads then installs flawlessly. When you go to get in the app it wont even load the home page. I don't understand. Any help would be appreciated.
Real easy to use and with your phone to control your done and very fun as well as being able to record good video to review it later and watch what it recorded just in case you might of missed something that you didn't see while controlling and using the phone to see where your flying at
Unfortunaly the app just shows a black screen when you start it up. Using a Samsung P10 with latest Android update. I downloaded another app calles JJRC TST. That one works but not all the features.
The app works great with my JJRC drone but it has so many flaws with the app and sometimes when I stop moving the drone I can't move it again and it's very frustrating to refresh the app to use the drone again. Can anyone who works with the app give me feedback thanks.
Works well, but you must connect to UAV wireless AND turn off your phone's data to connect. No network security with the drone which makes it lose a star.
Most of the drone apps work the best on iPhones. I tried a Android phone after some fiddling got it to work. Switched to a iPhone and it worked perfectly. Video quality was better using the iPhone. In my opinion these drone apps are written for iPhones. I think they are then ported to Android.
App connected to the drone one time now I can't get it to connect at all!!!! Reinstall the app twice still don't work...:-( Note: App connects now, had to turn off Cellular data. Working now!
Used to work when i got my Drone last year, but now just a black screen nothing else just freezes, i have deleted & downloaded the app a few times still wont work this needs sorting it's not just me who have this problem but many other people on here!!!
I have loaded and unloaded the app numerous times. It WON'T WORK. Not to mention it is in Manderin. I don't speak or read it. I need help as the WiFi won't even pick it up.
Struggled to connect to my Android mobile but eventually did, Turn the Mobile data & Bluetooth off & search & click on new connection that wasn't there before go on App & connect your Drone, camera will be working, hope this helps
So far all i get is a black screen, then a warning message that the app isn't responding and it shuts down would REALLY like to use all the features of this drone.
Rubbish. Doesn't connect with drone. Wifi connects bit when start is selected there's just a spinning circle of doom and a picture of some mountains.
Appears to be abandoned, the dev email address is not valid. App is slugish and needs work. Could be great with a few tweaks but are they listening? Do they care?
Loved it when it worked the first time! Now it WILL NOT WORK AT ALL!!!! And this is the only app compatible with my drone. Plz fix big.
Like everyone else I wasn't able to get it to work .It would do the eternal spin and never connect.So i downloaded c-fly and it worked great .happy flying my friend's

Will not open on Android moto e5. Downloaded and installed 3 times go to open and just got a black screen. Does open on my iPad where it does work.
Tried using it on my phone(samsung A20) the camera on the drone wont run right, works for about 2 seconds and cuts out. But it works on my gf S9. Bummer.
everything works exceot the right control stick. Why does that not work? it is all messed up.

Doesn't connect on Android 10 (Pixel 3). I can connect to the controller but the app can't connect to the drone.
The app works great w the little play drone i got (Origaudio), however I am missing a downloadable manual, the one i got with the drone doesn't show all buttons, app have likely been updated and all the different drone makers simply can't keep up and revise their included pamphlets everytime there's an update. So yeah great app, bit i wanna know what all the buttons do.
