Worst experience at all . Every thing is ok but cant pay a single bill through the app. Every time transaction fails at the last movement. I think this app is uploaded without proper testing. The developer must focus on the issue and upload an updated version so thad we can pay our bills in time. Tried so many tines but every time transaction failed due to internal error.
This crappy app doesn't let me make payment through app. Everytime I press on "Pay" option, the prompt appears saying "complete the app set-up". How else the hell do I complete the set-up while it's already completed! Can you guys put in extra effort to make app more convenient, reliable and bug free?
Finally, the wait is over. I was waiting for this app since long. App is easy to use but it's landscape mode is frustrating. My first suggestion is to fix the landscape mode for easy use. And secondly, take some trouble to give access to other payment options like Paytm, Gpay, Freecharge, phonepay etc.
Connectivity is biggest drawback of this App. I am connected with High Speed Fibre network and the App is saying Poor Connectivity. At the same time I made 2 payments on BSNL App. Otherwise the App is very Good. Many known persons have also complained about connectivity issue in the App. One day is left to make payment and I am trying again and again. Hope will get through it by chance. Last time also same problem was there and after trying again and again I made the payment.
This is nice application.. Works very well.. And easy to use.. U can pay bill just in two steps.. U dont have go to the bank for bill payment.. Now u can Just make an account in this aplictn.. N thn add ur DEBIT/CREDIT card.. N pay ur bills any where and any time.. . Cons: only one cone.. That is there shld be more payment options. Like UPI, PhonePay etc.. . -I wonder why is this aplication underrated.. As its very useful..
Unable to create a new account. Continuous error message "customer ID and installation id not matching" it's very much irritating and no one is picking up ths tollfree number given. (I have entered correct ID's as per my Bill.) stil facing the same problem I'm having updated version of App still problem persists.
Doesn't work, most of the times. 'Invalid Login Credentials' & 'Poor Connectivity' are the TWO major bugs, the developer's does give a Damn about, maybe also the department as well, for not even trying to optimizing the app.
Thank you JKPDD for this nice app. However, there are some serious shortcomings. Afew are: 1. No provision for e-receipt. 2. Facility to pay through UPI apps such as Google Pay, PayTM etc not available. 3. Email and SMS alerts not provided (when new bill is generated and when a bill is paid).
Tried to setup an account but it doesn't work. After providing the consumer id and installation number, it keeps on loading and then says "poor connectivity, try again later". I tried it over multiple networks but shows the same result everytime.
please add upi payment interface with online payments.. in payment section as soon as possible.,so it is very easy to pay our bills at same time. its a humble request... and a flexible payment option (eg. if a customer wants to make apart payment of the bill so he can do that)
The app is really good. Payments are seamless. Lot of payment options as well. The only problem is that the servers seem to be down since a month now and no one is fixing the problem. Kindly make this operational as it is not working from last month.
Useful app as far as it comes to checking the amount of bill to be paid. But when it comes to do payment via this app..it disappoints..cant make payment at the last moment. Needs to be looked then it vl become hassel free.
When trying to pay the bill it shows that the AEE account is missing please call the customer care. And it does not show the option to pay the part of the total bill which is due. Overall i am totally dissatisfied with the app. Developers must sort out these issues.
It doesn't show the realtime bill payments I payed the bill it still shows status pending.. please solve this issue. And make an option to remove the deactivate the account because i am getting someone's Bill on my same email with which i have registered my own consumer ID
Very good initiative towards bringing JKPDD into Digitalization. A sigh of relief for those who were waiting to check their Bill amount every month. Now no more wait for the Line Men to deliver your bills. It is now in your hand and at our disposal. Keep updating it with some more features for better interface.
excellent app. no need to wait for paper bill or to go to bank to pay. previous bill records are also available. thanks for making life easier. n.b: there should be an option to stop paper bill to save paper.
The payment you do on the app are not being deducted from your account. I did my payment in April which has not been deducted from the account. I have received bill which my payment has been been shown. I did hundreds of calls to bill suhuliyat, even the single call is not being collected. Very poor service.
App doesn't work poor connectivity shows every time and try again plz resolve this problem as soon as possible so that we can pay our Bill payment..
Trying to link the app with email id for days now but always getting message 'couldn't send email otp'. The customer care number mentioned in the message is also not reachable. For me the app is useless untill I link it with email id. Not able to make payments.
How to download duplicate bill? In your apps, when i check january bill, it showing bill data not available? U also provide feature opt out of paper bill. If i clicked opt out of paper, then how i can check bill? Please tell me. Ur website does not showing duplicate bill in bill history option. Please do your homework properly then launched the apps.
It is good and handy app, but still some features are missing, like when you go for online bill payment on the app, you have to enter amount, which should be auto filled.
One of the worst apps on Play Store... the application is nothing short of a nightmare.. Instead of customer friendly, the app is customer enemy...👎
Disappointing! App doesn't work. Unable to create account. It always seems poor network connection. Needs improvement.
Excellent app and service. I have been using the service since long and am very happy with this. but I request you to please add receipt option to the app as we often need the receipt for various purposes.
Poor app, typically non functional most of the times. Connectivity error,even when connected to Broadband, Unable to add Email, Can't connect Toll free number.
Nice app easy to use secure ,but certain things needs to be done , payment receipt downloads with details as download options available in website is not available in the app.although payment successfull reciept is generated instantly , it's good to have assessment and online payment history available since from beginning ,one can had all records ,bill download options also needs to be added like app of jkphe .Rest app I love secure and easy to use.suggestions must be worked out hope new update.
Yesterday i was paying the bill online but when i paid the bill it stopped at payment request process and the money has been deduced from my account but it still showing pending payment status on the app... what is this issue.? Please solve it asap.. or if you don't resolve it give us our money get back. ...
Though govt is doing their bit to promote RUPAY Cards, but this app is not updated.. It supports only VISA, Maestro and American Express platform cards and RUPAY platform cards are not supported, Really not done.... So, when are you updating your app....
One of the important feature which is missing from this app is that while paying bill only one or two choices are their the most important choice which is missing is paying through UPI payment which makes it possible to pay via different payment app. Also applying for new connection should be possible from the same app. Hope it is taken into consideration
