Good so far, but needs more work. I think its easy to use and navigate and a decent foundation. The cluster test could be better, more jobs could be added. I can easily think of several jobs that aren't even listed. More info on Jobs would be nice. I like the use of video to help you get a better picture of what the job is actually like. Most things like this are a great idea, but fall a little short from being truely useful.

Great app but surely it would be a good idea if it was made explicit that this was for the USA only. There are a lot of English speaking people out there outside of the US.
