Using this app because my company is using the service. Most of the time I have to use the mobile website instead of the app. There are no settings to change in the app. I have to turn notifications off because I get notified every time a customer replies to a message the office sent even though I have nothing to do with them. Updates and improvements are few and far between. I would rather be using anything else.
I enjoy using jobber great app, please can you add the option of the favourites folder when adding an attachment through notes so I don't have to cycle through the options, this is annoying it might not have to do with jobber but if I can open up the camera or a file folder after clicking attachment, I don't see how the favourites folder can't get direct access too, thanks.
Our company uses this app on a daily basis for service calls and it works amazing! There is definitely some features we wish the app had but it is one of the most uder friendly dispatching software we have used by far. One feature that would be very beneficial to add in my opinion is having a selection to choose Waze or Maps as the default Navigation App.
I switch from Service Titan to Jobber. Jobber is very clean and easy to use. Customer support is very active. This is a game changer for my business. The price is very reasonable, I went with the max package and it was like 3k for the year. Service Titan is like 10k a year and super complicated. This software gives you a very clean work flow, the app works great. The client hub is very user friendly for customers to use. I'll be using Jobber for years to come. - PR Plumbing
What a wonderful experience signing up to Jobber has been. We switched to them due to the simplicity we saw and I have no regrets. Our small team uses Jobber with almost no training, it is so simple that I have my driver entering his own work! There are a few things I wish it would do, but the ease of use, clean interface, and price point easily compensate for those. Top it off with unparalleled customer support by people who really care!!! Thank you Jobber team!!
This app gets slower each update and now its practically crawling on my phone....its not my phone either because this is the only app that has been persistently getting slower. I dont have a minute or 2 waiting around for this app to load up to show me the information I need to know when im on the go already...its a real inconvenience as well
Don't switch from the free version. Lost a bunch of quotes and invoices when I made the switch. It took 2 weeks to get the issue resolved. Ended up having to remake a bunch of invoices. With that and not really liking the platform layout I decided to cancel. I emailed and asked for a cancelation and a refund since I couldn't use the app for half of the month, THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN. They don't do refunds and it's an absolute nightmare to cancel. DO NOT PURCHASE.
Be very careful, if the service doesn't fit your needs, there are no refunds. We prepaid for one year but weren't happy with how the service syncs with QBO, and their staff said 'too bad so sad, read the fine print', and they'll be keeping the whole year worth of subscription fees.
Jobber seems to be working properly now. So change from 1 star to 4 stars. Could be alttle more user-friendly, and an offline mode would be useful in low service areas.
I came here looking for a less expensive option to Workiz, and now I just feel like I should have to pay more for Workiz! jobbers web console is terrible and buggy. The app is terrible and buggy. Jobber has a smooth workflow at times, and in some respects is quite good. Overall though, all the bugs and the unintuitive app navigation just ruin it. My biggest complaint with Workiz is that they don't implement my requests as quickly as I'd like, but I'll just be eating those words now, tyvm
I signed up thinking this provides leads. It doesn't. And it required my debit card info, so now I don't know how to deactivate my account and avoid being automatically charged.
I've been using Jobber for years, I believe since it was early in development. it's great, easy to use but full of all the features that a business needs to run. customer support is great, fast, reliable and very courteous! will recommend it for any service business.
This app is only useful if you have a strong data connection all the time. If you go into areas that have little to no service, all the information cannot be retrieved as the app tries to refresh every time it's opened. Have multiple jobs in a community with no service? You're out of luck, you can't retrieve anything. This app really needs to figure this out
*Update*Was promised they would dive into problem. Nope so after canceling they still lie. Worst $2000 I ever got ripped off for. Not user-friendly. Staffing is just as unhelpful. They do not care about their clients, their product is less than useful and even if they are wrong and side in your favor, they will lock you and clients out of records. Cost me way more than the overpriced $2000 for subpar program.
Pretty basic, but efficient. Doesn't have spot for receipts like quick books, it's a job planner only. A little pricey for what it is. Hard to convert jobs to invoices.
Product support is Amazing. Katy is friendly, helpful, professional and was very patient with my many questions! At the beginning of our call I was a bit frustrated... Katy took the time to explain the program and showed me the easy way to do things...at the end of our call I was happy with the program and excited for what it will do for my business.
I've been using jobber now for about a month or so and I am quite impressed with it. Everyone I have worked with here has been excellent. I want to give special recognition however to Michelle De Giorgio. I sincerely hope management at jobber recognizes the outstanding job she is doing there. I have bombarded her with questions from all angles and Michele has never stumbled once and always has answers for me. She is exceptional at communicating and is someone you definitely want on your team!
Great app and easy to use, should add total time on the time sheet to see where your at.
Poor communication. I don't recommend. The system is dial up slow or worse, when navigating the calendar on the desk top. Constant freezing up and we have to log out and back on daily. That is frustrating when we are talking to a customer and we have to ask them if we can call them back. This has happened daily over the last year and never has improved. Long time coming to switch to another CRM platform.
After checking this out on free trial on my mobile I created a list of what it couldn't do that was needed. However, when I downloaded the base program onto my pc, those extra features were there. The office and mobile version interlink. Once set up with my client base and branding I can really see how this is going to get my 7 yr old business streamlined and slicker. Well thought out program. This has everything I've already been doing BUT in one program.. very slick!
This app is horrible. It is clunky. The cancel button doesn't work half the time. When I put jobs in they don't show up on the calender. The calender is day by day only. Adding line items is a joke because it won't let me edit them. It makes me pick one. Input it. Then I can edit it. This app is not even worth the $20 a month for the lite version. I'm better off putting this info in a spreadsheet. Also it only works with a internet connection. So if I'm in a area without signal I can't check it
I have been using this system for a few weeks. I must say it does exactly what it says on the tin. I trialled numerous rivals however never ended up subscribing as they were overly complicated to use. Jobber does it all and is SUPER simple to use! Support is also fantastic. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
I've looked at, and trialled a few Scheduling/CRM software programs. I'm a sole operator with 2 staff so finding time to grow further has been really difficult. I've just signed on with Jobber for so many reasons, but mainly the efficiencies it will bring to my business and the top class client support. I spent quite some time on the phone asking how things work, the online chat is great for finding things out quickly the phone training is incredible. Thanks guys. 👍
Have been using the app for almost 9 months now. And when they did there most recent update for the software the app on my tablet won't work. They have been trying to fix it for almost a month now. And they still don't know what it could be. It is very frustrating not being able to have my crew using the app on a tablet. Then Jobber sometimes making excuses on why it isn't working. Like please the app was works by perfect till you did a big software update on you app.
Notes hardly never loads after clicking on it.
The app is very difficult to use. Which today I noticed something was changed with the software today. I have spent almost 25 minutes trying to create an invoice for a customer's job that is completed can't figure out how to do it in the app. When you log into the web it's fairly easy to use unless you're trying to create routes on your mobile phone then it's a nightmare and doesn't send it directly to your Maps. I was previously using joist I loved it
