You cant beat the value of this app compared to the cost to use it. Also Analyn from support is awesome and patient. Very pleased. Would love to be able to use this on my tablet very soon.

App Doesn't work. Every time I log in it says update is available please update the use app. I updated this app over 20 times and still can't use it . This app is no good

Loving the app so far. Easy way to generate professional invoices, receive payments, and keep every party involved and informed.

It's good app. I'm using it few years. The only problem I'm facing now is that when I had an issue in the past, there's was customer support to talk with, Even after business hours, and now there's no one to talk with. The customer support working only on regular business hours, and only by text...very disappointing

Very bad customer support, manipulate answers and never got my dispute money after providing all necessary documents they ask before. No one synchronize with each other.

This application is outstanding. I'm basically an idiot with computers and with just a lick of confidence coupled with an easily angered boss I've been able to fly through this thing. And when I do get stuck, someone from their customer service is always there to walk me through my problems.

This app sometimes had trouble with Google maps like it will say the correct address it's telling you to goto but if you tap the Google maps link it will not always send you to the address the link says it is so I have to always double check Google maps is taking me to the correct address cause theirs a huge difference between valley view and valley hills both addresses were very similar but Google maps had 1 address and the app said another I dunno how that could of happend but I blame the app

Terrible app. If you want to pay high fees and lose business because of their system glitches, use this app. Very slow, messages don't go through, bottom line- very unreliable. Save yourself the heartache and use a different service.

Customer service sucks!!! Having issues with the app....keep reinstall Everytime to overcome bags .... Over a week now, still no solution from customer service ....keep posting issues and screen shots of error ....but no real support !!!! About 2 weeks already with multiple issues !!! No one do nothing (beside tellinge once they have update they will update me.... Come on guys, 2 weeks 3 or 4 different issues somebody should have helped me at least with one of them)! Don't use this app!!!!

Woks good when it works right.. but more often than not jobs/notifications won't come threw when sent.. I sometimes won't get notifications for 30 min and by then I've lost the job that was sent to me do to the delay..

Lots of bugs, nothing works as it should. Worst worst customer support ever

Great option. This makes my life a million times easier by allowing me to take care of all of our reporting and payment processing needs. Additionally I even get discounts on ask the materials I need for my locksmith business. Can't rave enough about this.

Use this app for work and it's amazing and helps me so much I used to have to write everything out then send it in by mail with the app I can just put the info in and send it instantly saves me so much time I love it thanks for making my job easier for me much appreciated 😊thanks

I neglected to add parts to a job closing for the 2nd time in 2 days. On both occasions in less than 10 minutes a team member had corrected my error. Is my error. I do not understand how people understand how people are leaving negative reviews for poor customer service.

Good interface and always improving and getting even better. Customer service is great and very responsive.

I lost all my disputes with jobox. Also, if you have any issue, or have any question - no one will talk to you. I'm highly disappointed. I will never use this company again.

If it was possible i even don't give them 1 star. This company do whatever them want with out to ask u. Bad customer service. Not recommend at all i try to work with them but definitely i going back to square. If u care about your business don't use this app!!!!

Job reminder notifications is popping up endlessly and very hard to stop, very disturbing!

Waste of time & money this app crashed very week .tecnical support dont pick up the phone half of them can mot even speak proper english. After 3 weeks delete this app .

They canceled transactions on the regular with no real cause! Everything with them is minimum 10 business days. Its really is the worst app in the world
