Lousy service. Rather, no service at all. Joboy rescheduled twice because they had no technician. Finally, no one turned up.

Need a lot of patience as the app takes toooooo much time to load data and content even when 4g network, the website works much better

I returned to Kerala after the pandemic hit and the one thing I always found difficult here was shortage of skilled labourers. Joboy is a God sent service and they are there to help you always. I even got great service done on a late night call on the eve of a national strike. I was truly surprised by their quick response and professionalism they showed. I have asked my friends as well to check out Joboy whenever they are in need of getting any kind of work done. Keep up the good work! 👏👏👏

The services are prompt and punctual, the technicians are qualified. The charges are extremely high, one should not avail services for single job, this can be an expensive affair. Only make payments after receiving the bill on your phone, there have been instances where amount charged and bill received shows difference. Use their services only for emergencies otherwise avoid, rates per hour is off the limits.

I have used this app several times. Their services has been exceptional. Best thing about joboy is that rates are reasonable and we can avail the service at the time of our choice. Great work team. One suggestion. If you can also include trash collection it will be great.

Simple customer friendly UI and the team is very active and quick in action. After placing the order ( in my case it was need for a plumber), one person calls and confirms the service and later the plumber called and attended the issue in time. Proper and transparent dealings. Another thing I noticed is the option to settle the bill in both online and cash on delivery mode. I am happy with the service.

Extremely horrible service. I've tried twice to book a carpenter here, and nobody ever showed up. The guy keeps saying he'll reach soon, but then nothing. I keep calling their "customer support", but nobody picks the call the first few times. And when they do they put me on extended hold until the call drops. I think they have like 2 carpenters in Bangalore and they're 1 guy sitting on support. If you want any kind of service on time (or at all) avoid this app

Prompt Response and excellent service.

You could ask for the PIN number and say if the service is available at that area, before letting someone register using their phone number and email address. There is no point in registering if the services are not in that area. Wasted efforts. Hope my contact number will not get spam calls.

Booked carpenter twice.. Both times they didn't turn up. And received call from another one who visited the site and promised to get it done soon, and then didn't turn up and now not picking the call too! If your technicians can't take up the work, it's fine, but they should communicate and inform the same I believe.. Instead of wasting the customer's time who believed in your app. Kindly look into the matter, or may loose many more customers.

I got AC fixed . He did a good job of it. But sadly I still haven't been issued a bill receipt as promised by them could I get it?

Poor service. I have booked deep cleaning after noon time. This guy's told they are not free so postpone to next day morning 8am. But the team came after 9am and said, we have to remove all things from cupboard; it will take time to shift things from cupboard and rearranging things after cleaning. If I my self arrange everything then why should I call these guys???

Perfect work with low cost and good behaviour

The technician was knowledgeable and skilled. Scheduling was also skilled. However, one star less for the lack of transparency in billing. For electrical jobs, labour and material charges are mentioned separately. However, for plumbing, which was a larger bill and more material bought, there's only a consolidated bill. Though the customer doesn't ask, it'd increase your credibility if you can show the split of billing. I'd work with them again, when required, and see how it goes.

Charging too much without proper service

please provide an option to update alternate contact numbers on the app. Stop charging inaccurate amounts for services extended. Stop charging or give option to pause work for the time while buying spare parts if any. My issue of incorrect charging was fixed after speaking to customer care. Thanks to the team for prompt support. Appreciate your assistance

A great venture from the creators. We have apps for every other services these days, but of this sort is very rare. Three cheers to the people behind for devleoping and running the operations professionally. The hourly rate card is the most useful part when we need service of a helper only for an hour or two. Rates are also reasonable. Highly recommended !

Kudos to the app developers and the team working behind the scenes. As for me, job confirmation was quick and the service provider was at the house 15 minutes before the allotted slot time. As for the job, the job was done in a professional manner. I recommend everyone to use the app for a quick solution.

The App does not work, not even for namesake. Their website was good at taking order, but that was it. I got a call immediately, but the electrician who later called me at his convenience was quick to establish that he was doing me a favour. And it took them around 12 days for a follow up case, and by that time I had another team finish the job clean. Do yourself a favour and don't do the mistake of paying them upfront via the website.

Very bad experience on CCTV repair. Guy had no idea what he was doing and what was wrong. He made matters worse by DAMAGING a cable which had to be replaced. Using this app is NOT RECOMMENDED.

Excellent service!!!! I have been using Joboy's services for over two years, and by far every time their services have been really good. They are prompt in providing services as well as addressing customer's feedback, if needed. Great job!

No proper response and horrible service. Had an urgent function, so booked for a car wash at morning. Had no response and after continous follow up no one turned up till evening. Even though their customer care was attending their calls, could understand that there was no coordination between their functions. Definitely not happy, won't suggest for anyone looking for quick service.

Normally if we call electrician or plumber or any other support, we need to adjust our time based on their availability. Also we need to be ready with the items needed. Joboy will put an end to it. Here in kochi I felt like they were very quick, responsive, punctual and according to our time they will support. I felt like the price was reasonable. The technician himself went and bought the needed things. Appreciate this new idea.

Fraud App. Should be banned, They take visiting charges and run away with your appliances . Customer support is just a gimmick..
