Pretty Solid. It does everything I personally need it to do. Keeps track of customer details with individual per job information with an incorporated schedule. All my photos, invoices etc. All in one place. It has tons of features I dont personally use. The inventory system being the most interesting. Its also the most reasonably priced CRM I could find. I havent experienced any major bugs, or any at all. And within a week or so I had a solid grasp of the program. Only flaw is reliance on cloud.
Once you learn the curve it's a game changer. Accountability, visibility, comunication, tracking, data, calender, workflow, digital, documents, sync, multi app compatible. All these and many more wonderful features are working seamlessly for us. Job progress is fantastic.
I have been in the industry and have used several platforms at an advanced level. JobProgress provides a sophisticated, simple platform that offers a robust app for my field team. They are also super responsive to feedback. Absolutely no issues on Android, iPhone or tablets.
App is super slow. Very unresponsive when you tap the back button or try and enter information. Very time consuming to navigate. Not user friendly. Adds alot of unnecessary time.
This makes my job so much easier. I can record measurements, upload images and docs right from my phone. While I can generate proposals from my phone, I typically use the tablet for larger viewing.
Marginal at best...still not setup and functioning as needed but they have reached out to help so I deleted my last review and improved the rating. I would love to give 5 stars, lots of potential but little to no help getting this thing working. You pretty much have to figure it out on your own.
it's a scam. You think your downloading a app to help you find work...what happens they start asking for money to find work for you. the options were $70 a month, the next option for 1070 for a first time payment. if I was able to pay a app that much to find me work I wouldnt be looking in the first place!
Have not been able to upload anything to the app since its last update. Everytime we call it's a runaround. App does not work well at all

I wanted to look through your features and see if it was usable for me. You want $550 up front to do that? No trial or anything, huh? Yeah, you keep that.

Love the accessibility!
This is a good scheduling tool. The reporting capabilities are weak and inconsistent. They have a number of reports to choose from however each report using the same filters produce different results. I have worked with this program for 2 years and provided examples of the inconsistencies to JP hoping that they would resolve the issues. Nothing has happened to date.
