This app is not completely terrible but it needs some help for sure. There is a lack of communication and doesn't tell you important information that you need to know. Also confusing trying to search for jobs. And when I try to contact someone through the app, I only received a blow-off response via message. Only good thing about the app is that all paperwork can be completed online.

My personal preference is to log into my account through the browser rather than this app. I made the mistake of leaving the app open on my phone when I went into a store with public wifi and my account was hacked. My password was changed and my payment was rerouted to a different bank account as a result. The problem was eventually resolved but I do not feel safe using the app. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the app did seem easier to use than the webpage itself .

Has quit letting me log in. Was working fine last week, now saying invalid login information even though I use that exact same credentials on the website and login just fine. Cleared cache. Cleared data. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issue. Website is atrocious and can't get rid of banners that take up most of the screen on my phone so the app was a welcome relief until it quit working.

this app is horrible I keep having to call for assistance. is very troublesome as far as trying to maneuver around to get to the section that you would like to get to. I keep trying to get to the unemployment benefits and certification each Sunday. it has not worked each time I've had to call the office and have a technician to help.

It's stopped allowing me to log in on 5/28, saying my credentials are wrong and directs me to the website. My log in info hasn't changed. I uninstalled, cleared data and cache, reinstalled... still get the error. It was okay to use until this happened. Guess I'm stuck using the website on mobile until an update or fix comes out.

At first, I thought that it was a great application. (60%) Sixty percent of the time. I have experienced complications with the application. The server down. Which is understandable. But, a lot of times, it is very slow. I find it is much more convenient using the actual JOBS4TN.GOV/DASHBOARD. site. Thank you

Thanks government. An app with worse display/touch/action protocols than solitary, ud think something someone actually uses to actually apply for a job. Would serve its user with something better than," anti-touch" running buttons ,and mispositiond cursors.

For some reason I cannot access app but can login on internet.. I've uninstalled this app twice. It keeps saying try again later. Never had this problem before.. Other than that if it lets you login. Great app to find jobs and weekly unemployment certification

The app keeps saying that it has issues connecting with the server. I've uninstalled, cleared data, and even tried of different devices and networks but it's all the same.

Have used this app for a while now and was always great but a few days ago it stopped letting me log in, says my log in info is incorrect and offers to redirect me to the website or close. My log in hasn't changed and I've tried turning wifi off. No use in having if I can't get in.

Was working perfectly until this past week. As people have stated, you can no longer get past the log in screen. Please fix asap!!! It was a 5 ☆ until this. I've reached out. We will see if they respond. ** UPDATE 6/3. Was working again until today. All my searches are gone and can't log in again. SAME error

Might be a little better than the website but not by much. The search results for job searches are a joke. You enter system administrator and nurse positions or warehouse positions are discovered. Weekly certifications dont add job searches that you enter manually for the weekly required job search.

Darn near impossible to actually apply to jobs on the app. Extremely frustrating. I've tried to apply to 10 jobs already and they all get stuck or the external link can't be found.

I love the state of Tennessee so it disgusts me that the local government intentionally makes it so hard for the unfortunate people that were unemployed during this pandemic to get help. It's absolutely ridiculous. The chats kick you before you can talk to anyone and they will never answer or return your calls. The website is impossible to navigate and the app is even worse.

I've had issues online ALL week trying to help my husband file his UI Claim (that doesnt have to.fo with Corono Virus) then I wound up on tn.gov/workforce and saw a youtube video telling me to download the app and etc..It's STILL giving us issues!! We only have a week to file our claims, but how when we've tried every single day of the week for file one and the page keeps showing a black screen saying its unavailable!!

I installed this app on my phone a year ago to help manage my unemployment claim ... as of to this weekend it is telling me that my login credentials don't match their records and to go to the online site. I have reset my password TWICE and this app still says my login credentials don't match. Guess I will go back to usingy computer to file my weekly certification.

Very confusing to use

A quick, convenient and asertative app for Tennessee Unemployment insurance receiptians on the go anywhere anytime for their eligibility benefits along with several resources. I enjoy all the tools and assistance that this app has to offer. I give you 10 stars

Was the easy way to certify and job search but lately its been nothing but trouble and now it says my log in info is incorrect and I cannot get on to job search. But yet can take the time to go to Google and go to jobs4tn and log right in. Apps are supposed to make things easier and here lately its been delaying alot of timely things for me.

This app will not allow you to see your info. You can see at the very bottom of the screen where it is scrolling but you can't see info because of the big red banner about covid. I'm not interested in covid benefits. How do I by pass this? Not everything is about covid!! Fix this!!

I can't get it to save the jobs I apply for!!!! This thing sux! And if you go into "chat", you get blown off by an automated system!!! That don't help and people need their money!!!! Guess I'll go. To. The unemployment office which I'd rather go to the dentist for a root canal! Horrible app!!!!!

Having the hardest time trying to apply for jobs on here and thats the only way you can actually qualify for unemployment. Ive applied for many on indeed but they wont let you use other sources from which you've applied for jobs. Everytime i try it just kicks me out.

Can't Login keep getting error messages that something went wrong try again later. Have tried several times a day and 2 weeks later and still can't get in. Loged in on Google Chrome on web.

The app wont even let me sign in,keeps saying its timed out and to retry,i understand traffic has increased due to covid, but surely there is something yall can do to fix this problem,because i dont have internet at my house and i have to certify each week,

Useless. It freezes up, you can't apply for anything without it freezing or crashing, and it won't let you send feedback

I have installed, deleted, reinstalled (android version) of this app several times. Seeing that I am already registered in the state's system from prior claims this app takes me directly to the weekly certification page; most recent being my 2013 benefit claim.

Great especially applying for the jobs! IF ONLY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP & SOFTWARE itself ACTUALLY WORK. ANYtime I call to speak with a live person ISSUES R NEVER resolved. I'VE BEEN waiting 14 weeks certifying & job SEARCHING AS REQUIRED, APPLY FOR 10jobs only3is needed. I WAS receiving benefits prior9/16/20 LAST WEEK(26wk) igot benefits.U CAN ONLY RECV.39wks & its wk39. They 😢😱didnt start on last day of work instead I start wk13. I've recv.Weeks 13-26 total13payment. The Worst☹😡😠😱

Has Chrome issues or did at onepoint I'm currently trying to figure out it why once again. update. it's better now but not having issues outside this app that affects passwords and sync.

Some reason just starting today I go to open the app it acts like it's going to open then immediately closes it self I restarted my phone force stopped the app everything I could think of. Checked app permissions all that who knows!

20 minutes entering data to reach an error, hitting back tells me all progress will be lost. What in the bloody 1992 non caching coding standard is this, Batman?
