JobStack | Worker

In my experience this is a very lackluster app. Not very friendy UI. The app doesn't have notifications or the option to send notifications for new jobs posted. So have to constantly open and check the app. And on top of that, not much ability to interact with anyone from PeopleReady or the company or person who requests labor. In the end its not terrible, just very meh 😕. And could use some improvements and updates.

I see absolutely no point of this app as my current branch has not posted a single job on it since downloading it months ago. They either tell me to call in to hear about available jobs or to come in at 6 in the morning. For whatever reason, they blatantly refuse to post available jobs in this app. Maybe it's different in other areas, but not in Binghamton, NY.

Very intuitive and easy to understand what jobs and the required knowledge and certification/licenses that particular job requires. Also help you totally understand the entire scope of work expected of you and also gives you options to more specifically find what you are looking for. Example: Giving you a preferred weight that you are okay working with from no lifting whatsoever to I wanna move boulders eight hours a day.. Also it has all the great standard features you expect from a job search

This app either doesn't work or there really are no available jobs in the dallas/fort worth area. It shows " no jobs in your area" but gives an option to contact your local branch if you think there's an error. When you do contact the 800 number for support an automated system tells you to go to your local branch. Not helpful. My local branch is over an hour away! When I started this whole process I went to an office and they told me to use the app! I feel like I'm being pulled around in circles

This app is very poor. There are some open jobs but the drscription is never correct or is not even the real job being handed out. The app says to call branch to update your address but the brance states "you must come in to update address" which makes the app pointless for updating personal information to fit a job for your discription. Ill be posteding a more secure labor ready app soon!

Would be much more helpful if in app notifications would come to device as popup notifications. I have missed several job opportunities to work because of this issue. Need to fix "Confirm Arrival" notification internally. I always get this notification whether I confirm Arrival on the job site or not. Updated my rating to 2 stars. Will change when issues are resolved.

Too slow. No real jobs just adds. Focus is more on data harvesting rather than employment. Puts you to where you work for employer. Easier if you just went direct to employers looking for workers. I don't feel this is a functional app for finding work and getting solid employment. Seems like a lot of bots and bogus jobs.

I don't ever get notifications when they're new postings. Also, it would be extremely helpful if there was a way to let us know if there will be transportation for jobs listed out of town. I realize that some of the postings are not from my home office, Pueblo (81005), and the postings show up for us as an option to work out of town. However, I know sometimes people are needed and transportation is available. Thanks

I hardly get any job posts. Even when I do, it always has to be a site that's 30 - 40 miles from where I live and I'm expecting something more local. I constantly "update" my profile as suggested by staffing agent without prevale. Pretty sad. 🙁 I'd give this app and agency -10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 stars if given that option to rate.

I don't understand why my friends with this app can see more jobs then I can. It didn't happen until I started referring my friends to this app. Then asked when I didn't get all my money for referring them. Never got all my money because they had loop holes, and now it seems harder to find work. Yeah not impressed, but I still have a family to feed with a new born on the way. So I can't make excuses...

Hello I have downloaded the app, but I can't open it up because the app will not allow me to go to the next page w/my email. I don't even know what good opportunities comes with it. I'm just 1 out of a lot of people who really need great appliable employment opportunities. After trying multiple times to get registered with no advancement into the app only became frustrating because all of my information is accurate. I also downloaded from the google play app because I own an android. If this is the reason... please let me know. Now if this is the case then... What do I need to do to be able to register for possible employment?

I downloaded the latest version to find something that was working to no longer be working. When I click on the jobs address to map it - it would launch my maps app .... now it doesn't launch anything.

I initially was impressed with the job board and the fluency of how it all works. And after a few weeks, I thought I'd stick around here and see to it to become the best player at this temp agency. Fast forward a few months and some app bugs like on my job tickets would be jobs it says I agreed to. Happened alot and the asking me about checking in after I had already been there for day,even week. Then missed a 4 hr Saturday morning gig. Walked to address I thought was correct, and found I.

This is the 1st app that I have ever used that forces you to enter in your birthdate, which I did not like and they don't even have administrative work as an option to look for jobs! Deleting the app now!

Whatever you do if you accept a job on this app it takes priority even if the office calls you and says your ticket repeats tell them to find someone else cause you will get marked by the app as a frequent call off and be unable to see jobs till you get 5 assignments complete. All the office will say is sorry we have nothing to do with the app. There needs to be a feature for an excused call off cause even being responsible and calling the office you took the job from to explain does nothing.

I just want to take a moment to thank you for every aspect of my years of employment. You actually can see the changes over time. All to the advantage of the team. Clients, associates, and care team. I had a bad experience with a care team rep today. But I highly commend the changes as it's the first in months. It used to be as regular as the sun appearance. But everyone at my local branch always makes me feel that they really do care about what concerns I have. Thanks for the improvements!!!

Yes the app has a few bugs but for the most part. It works, I get paid before I get to my car (love it). What I don't like is if you don't get paid for a certain amount of hours you have to call people ready to get paid. SMH

Nothing but Problem after problem..in unable to see jobs..says call branch but litterly been dealing with this NON -STOP!! branch is unavailable to contact!! I've submitted multiple emails for help due to when I reach a agency they always SAY we don't understand because on our end it shows u can see jobs well I absolutely CANT!! I thought the whole point of this app is u could change your job search location in u be good to go but..nope LOOSING $$ But they DNT care

So far its still has been like the best financial move i have made in 2022 but since the upgrade on 3/21/22 i have issues with my payment. On 3/30/22 i worked 13.5 hours when i finally was given chance to rate and confirm my hours, normally my pay would be added to my account immediate. It has been 4 days and still no payment. I called texted emailed and still no payment.

I dont understand how there are no jobs matching my experience. when there are over 1k servers bartending and catering positions that are vacant. Waiting 12 months to retake a survey is extreme. Won't even remeber this app in 12 months. On to the next

I like the app so far but this is the only way i could even possibly get a response back. Your app is broken in many places. Namely the place where I'm entirely unable to look at any jobs until I give a photo of a driver's license, however when I try to do that it resets the app and goes back to the (very empty) job page telling me to finish my application. And your support contacts DO NOT work, it flat out said your phone number was unavailable

I've worked with jobstack-(people ready),for many years. And have had many good job experiences with this company. But, have found it really challenging lately to access my previous account, due to log in issues. I've lost my previous info. And past phone info. And it has been a hassle to get back into the system, even after reapplying as same or new employee searching for work. And to no avail. Have I been assisted to get back into the work field and it's really needed for myself. Any answers?

App it's not working I've tried it several times and lookthe same thing it will not allow me to put the email in and when I am able to enter it it does not recognize the email or the phone number so I try to set up another account what you will not allow me to do that either

I filled out their application but they refuse to accept it. Their app has me as "waiting to be verified" for like the past 10 days.

I dont know if its the app or the company running it but this is the second time and second holiday that I didn't receive my pay from the day before. The first time I waited 3 days to be paid. This time is the last time, funny how this happens (NOT).

Pretty easy to use convenient self dispatch overall great app for those who need extra work at their convenience!!

Excellent app, choice of jobs and dependability in all locations consistent for local and travel

So far I'm impressed. Got my first gig and it's really fun! Like the versitility of being able to pick the jobs I want.

This is a great opportunity for everybody and so glad that I was able to find this having a great time picking out what job I would like to have great paying everything thank you for the outstanding

You really have to wait for the people who do everything in the background. Seemed like a good idea unfortunately ended in failure. They have issues constantly with the platform and don't really seem to care if you have problems. Won't recommend wasting your time here.
