I've noticed some improvements in the app, thanks. However, something needs to change with the rewards redemption portion. I had a $25 order, and redeemed $6 reward, however it ultimately just applies to *one item*, so ultimately you lose a portion of the rewards instead of just being able to apply that full credit amount to the balance of the order. Please fix this, not cool.

The app has improved over the past month so that you can actually browse the nearby stores, which is good. But if you browse more than ~4 stores, the app returns to its extremely sluggish state. So you better choose quickly or restart the app. And sometimes adding modifications just doesn't work. You get a "Oops" page after trying to add an extra shot 🤷. This app continues to be garbage, but this time it's ✨garbage✨.

You save money by linking and using your bank account for payment. BUT since it won't let link my account its pointless! (At least for me, screen magnifies like 200% at the bank login screen, It doesn't allow to be shrunk to normal size & login??!) Also app sends notifications of deals BUT at time of order those are for new customers only?! Yes, BS.

I use the app because it is preferred by my favorite coffee shop but I wouldn't use it otherwise. I haven't tried the rewards application yet so I can't speak if that is fixed or not. But the search/ filter functionality is completely broken so I can't filter by who is open and accepting orders. In regards to bank linking, that wasn't an issue but I didn't perceive a change in price so I'm not sure where that's pointed out at checkout. Map function doesn't work

Update after the Joe updates - finally much better app be- good job. Still horrible experience. Won't let me hit "order again" button so I have to add my 2 drinks and milk type every single day. Instead of hitting 2 or 3 buttons I have to hit more than 15. Anytime I want to order food, that menu just spins and never shows the actual food menu so not only is my finger sore, I'm starving to death.

Honestly so disappointed with this app since they updated. My points don't register anymore and I cannot get in contact with customer support! Edited to add: I have contacted SEVERAL times and have received no response. It's been since the end of January that I have some missing reward points.

The app itself is only partially usable. It can tell me where local coffee shops are at and it can let me order from them, but the Rewards tab and My Joe tab are impossible to use because the app needs to verify you via a code sent to your phone, but when you attempt to have the code sent, it never sends. Just kind of a faulty app.

Thanks for bringing back order again. And dollar value tips! The new update made it more complicated to use. I can't simply reorder what I ordered last time. Bring back the order again feature please. And tipping in $ amount instead of %. For coffee I tip a dollar or two, not some percent. It's also better for the barista. I miss the old rewards feature. It felt like getting a prize. Now I have to do complex maths and decide when and how much reward to use. Feels like work now.

February Update Ruined the App. It had some glitches before but since the update it pushed a few days ago, I haven't gotten the app to work at all. It doesn't recognize any stores near me. Most of the time it doesn't even load any of the screens. Super annoying. I liked the convenience of the app before the update. Now, it's useless.

The main annoyances I have had with this app for a few years across two phones are that it keeps logging me out, doesn't prompt for login until I try to complete an order, and it forgets the order after login but often appears to complete it. I have to keep remembering to log in manually first through settings if I want it to work correctly. Oddly my wife doesn't have this issue, even when we had the same model phone and OS version.

This app is in a constant circle of doom the last few months. I've reinstalled numerous times. If I still didn't have a balance I would just uninstall. At this point waiting in line is more tolerable. Update 3/11/2022: the developer has updated the App and it seems to be working more efficiently. No issues so far.

The app works fine, but it won't let you turn off notifications. I go to the settings, move the sliders to turn all the notifications off, but the next time I go to that page the sliders are all on again and I still get notifications. I've done this over and over and it just doesn't work. Instant uninstall.

I downloaded this app to order ahead at my local coffee shop. After attempting to use it several times I'm now uninstalling it because it simply doesn't work. When it actually shows the shop I want (which only happens about 1 in 4 times), I can't even scroll through the menu. It just flat out doesn't scroll. It's easier/faster to just go in and order in person than try to use this worthless app... which shouldn't be the case.

This used to be a really nice little app! But for the last 5-6 months or so it has become extremely difficult to use! Every time there is an update, you must sign back in get a new verification code, and it makes the whole experience very slow. There also is no reorder button anymore. Please for the love of God fix these things and make this a more useful app once again! PS - I see that the reorder button has now been restored, it was not available for my previous orders.

I love this app and what it does, and the feature to let you delay your pick up time is great, butcustomizing of drinks in your order could be better. The dropdown menus are sometimes confusing/you can't order every thing the way you could in person, though the barista note option is something I always wanted from the Starbucks App. For some reason whenever I order, the options (add whip cream or whole milk) show up on my barista's end as whip cream none or whole milk none. Confusing for her.

App sends you a coupon for $3 off. If they're sending me the coupon I obviously have the app & order often. Went to go order on the app, coupon is only good for 1st time users. WHY SEND ME A COUPON FULLY KNOWING I'M NOT A 1ST TIME CUSTOMER. Such BS!!!!!!!!

Updated Review. The roll out for the new app was poorly handled with a lot of functionality missing and only being added back piece meal over the following days. That said, the issues I had with the new app seem to have been resolved (missing reward points are back and the app once again allows for custom tip amounts) I cant give it a ringing endorsement as a great app, but they seem to have made good on statements to fix these issues.

Recent & Previous Update(s) REODER OPTION - You used to be able to reorder a previous order that is no longer available. TIP OPTION - Don't pick the amount I tip; bring back the option when the person ordering tips the amount they want to tip. The app was fine before the update; why fix what wasn't even broken? I got use to that layout after you updated it from the previous one with the cool coffee beans, which I miss. There is a lot of lagging as well when using app & blank screens.

This app is still a mess. The app often opens on a blank screen that you have to navigate away from. (Why not just open on the main screen every session??) Right now, my app boots up trying to load an ordering page but since the cafe is closed it gets stuck in a loop of telling me they're closed but then retrying. So until that cafe opens, the app is completely useless. The only thing that gets this app above 1 star is that it's helping to keep my local coffee shop open during this pandemic.

Account is no longer associated and it sits there for forever trying to find a store. Tried to re add my phone number for my Account but just get 'oops!' Messages. FIX YOUR APP!

Unable to open app. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted my phone It is still glitchy ever since I installed it. I preferred the Jump! app that my coffee shop used before. Hopefully it gets fixed so far though it's a disappointment. I have sent multiple emails about the app being down. How come no one replies??

Update: they pushed an update today that makes the app so slow its unusable. And my credit card info is gone. Honestly, I'm over this app. It's convenient but it's no longer worth it. Old 2 star rating: The app has gotten worse and buggier over time. You can add sugar as an option but not edit the amount (which defaults to showing you wanting (0) sugars, which is just dumb). Now my card network isnt recognizing it as an app so it wont even let me use it.

I have updated this app 3 times and have had no success opening it. All I get is a blank, white screen. I've had no success for weeks on my android. Very disappointed, as I have money on my account that I can't use, plus I can no longer pre-order. Please fix this issue.

I use this app regularly and although user wise it's better, I haven't been accruing points since the update. I've reached out twice and have gotten no response from Joe customer service.
