John GBC - GBC emulator

Fantastic in every way. I had used the free 'Lite' version for years and today I decided to support the creator by purchasing the full version. No adverts, picked up all the old saves I had on the other lite version and runs just as perfectly as the other. Thankyou for giving me the chance to relive my childhood again so easily. Those are memories worth much more than what I paid for this emulator - its the least I can do.

I've been through each setting and can't find a way to add a toggle for the sound system to the screen as there is with fast forward/save states. This feels like something that existed on precious versions based on how severaly I've noticed it this install, but I've no way to verify this

Best GBC emulator for android! I used the Lite version for a month and i am extremely satisfied with it so i decided to buy the paid version! Don't hesitate to purchase this app it's very user friendly and lite version only have some ads so it will not disturb your gameplay that much but it needs WiFi connection to use game speed setting so better get the paid version to have all settings. Pls support the developers so in the future they can make NDS emulator too!!!

Absolutely worth the money. Lets you move around and customize the button layout. Only thing I could suggest was somehow the ability to connect two saved games as if by sharing cable. Just a wishlist item though.

This emulator is fantastic. I've gotten back into playing the old Pokemon games and have not experienced any issues with the app whatsoever. If I could give it more stars I would. Definitely worth paying a little extra for the full version. Great job!! 🤗

Has worked great on every smartphone I've had, one of the few apps I actually wanted to purchase. It would be nice if it didn't have to be side loaded for android TV. Otherwise, emulator works great with a ps4 controller on an android tv.

Disappointed by the lack of a GBC link option. Got this to play old versions of pokemon and there are certain ones that require a trade between GBC games to evolve them. Tried to use another emulator just for trading and couldn't access my saved files. Decided just to completely switch emulators to one with a cable link option.

This is by far the best featured GB emulator. Please can you add an overlay option for us to skin the look. I would like to be able to add a png background to the layout and then place the buttons.

For a a lot of years I have used the Free Version. Today I decided to be a full time supporter and buy a copy. Sorry it took me so long. Why would I buy it, simple because it is a fantastic emulator and for 2 pound how could you not want a great experience!?

changed the name of the NES and SNES emulators and now have to purchase again. dont risk your money on these ones unless you're willing to pay twice. other than that, they're good apps.

This is great. Just download a rom, it finds it for you. And you are off. Only wish there was additional settings for speed up. There is only 2X, unless I just can't find it.

Everything works fine apart from super gameboy. trying to make pokemon yellow grayscale but even tried borders and other colours. Nothing changes. I've reset the rom each time as well

This emulator is so simple to use, granted many retro emulators are but I mean come on. I bought the paid version of this and John GBA many years ago and still install it on new devices right away.

Please make it Android TV compatible. It's not currently available from Google Play Store for Android TV. Sideloading APK works great, but would be better to use the build in Play Store.

The best game for GBC just one little thing, can u make it work with LG G8xThingQ Dual Screen i would split it in both screen i very sure is going to look awesome Thanks.

Could you add a auto download cheats feature would save a lot of time instead of doing it manually thanks.

This is one of the simplest and most convenient apps out there, and the developer deserves every cent of the price. Thanks a lot.

Solid GBC emulator with many great feature, custom controls on screen is particularly great!

Very easy to use! Works really well! I immediately bought this and the gba emulator after using the lite versions for them.

Its a great app definitely worth the price. I haven't had a single problem with the gba or gbc emulators. 5 stars. Hope they make a ds one soon

Please add filters feature and the ability to play with the original gb mono color palette.

When i click the search button it scans the storage 🤷🏻‍♂️ it needs a update

For the price of a cup of coffee, well worth the pricetag to relive some old classics. Works flawlessly, btw.

I love this Emulator BUT it doesn't read a lot of ROMS so I have had to download another Emulator of which I have no issues with.

I deserve a refund for this app as now it is broken after the latest update. Crashes the second it loads up.

Fantastic Emulator! Runs GBC roms really well and the cheats work as expected. No issues so far!
