John Raven: The Curse (Full)
John, who is a former journalist and an unemployed detective, gets a letter from an old friend, Olivia. In the letter she tells him that she discovered a terrible secret about lycanthropy while examining a historical jewel in Prague which is called Blue Butterfly. Olivia asks for John’s help and they agree to meet in Prague. However before their meeting date, John hears about the death of Olivia in a suspicious accident. John still sticks to his idea to visit Prague, but this time to attend the funeral of a friend and discover the secret of her sudden death.
Help John to solve the mystery of Olivia’s death, in John Raven: The Curse of the Blue Butterfly, a thrilling Hidden Object Puzzle Adventure game. Extremely disjointed, too dark to see cache items, and stopped in the middle of the plot. Clumsy coding, poor user flow. The graphics were the only coherent part of the app. But it was free so shouldn't really complain, I suppose.
The only thing im happy about is the art. The puzzles and locks you have to open dont give hints. But then it says "clues will help" but then there are no clues... so pretty vague... lots of dialog, the end of the game needs serious work.. I click this , click that, and then boom end of game like wait what?
I faced a few glitches while playing it.. But it was well and good. Completed it in about an hour. When you people had planned to make it in 3 parts then u shouldn't have written the term 'full'.. Will be waiting for the other parts.
I hate it and if you divide to down lode it don't cuse it is a peace of junk keep that in mind
Game breaking bugs! Can't use objects where the hint says I should (or anywhere else on the screen, I did try!). The story seemed like it was going to be interesting, and the art is lovely, but I couldn't play more than 10 minutes. I restarted the game, but the same bug (with the hammer/flowerpot/section of wall/whatever) happened again. This game had potential, but it feels like it was abandoned in beta rather than finished. Disappointing.
The worst book ever written has only slightly less actual game play. But... although the puzzles are few, they do match perfectly to the ridiculous storyline, and for that I give three stars. I then added 2 more for ease of deletion.
I have downloaded this game twice as on picking items to use in a certain place in the game it just won't work and the item just keeps going back into my inventory. This has happened twice on 2 different places
The scenes were really good but the looped music and bad grammar really ruined this for me. If the next one is better I'll play it but this app deserves 3 stars from what I've seen.
The touch was off.. I had to click around the screen to interact with people and find items. The hotel clerk was floating up in the air too lol. Other than that, I would have liked it. 😓
This game looked like it would be fun, but the screen center was off on the start page and I couldn't pick up the key in the bedroom scene so I couldn't continue the game. I was very disappointed. If the bugs were fixed I'd try it again.
Game stops abruptly. You don't get to complete it. They say they will release more when downloads excees a million... gee let's be realistic. you're not going to get that many downloads especially when the game is so incomplete
I had to play twice,good work,I really hope you reach your required goal,can't wait to see how game ends.
Bit tricky with precision tapping. Could use real voices too. Good look. Good story. Needs to be longer
This was really good and the story had me curious to continue, but the end was very abrupt. Hoping you finish the story with another chapter or something. I feel like I was left hanging. Finished game.
Never had to fight so many flaws in a game only to have it freeze in my life!!!!
The puzzle part gets me angry alot, plus; some scenes get you stuck. The ending is very stupid, your having people play an unfinished storyline that has very terrible grammar.
I would give it 5 stars, but this is obviously not the full game as it states. It just ends, in the middle of the investigation. It's a great game, but it really leaves you hanging. I wish I could get the rest of it.
Interesting concept but... how about making scenes light enough to actually see objects. Once objects are obtained, how about a clue, any clue, as to what it is so i can figure out what to do with it.
This is a good game. The story is awesome and has a great story line. I hope they come out with another one

The game started promisingly but after finding the hammer there is no way of continuing. The hammer will not react with the plant pot and there are no other clues for what to do with it. Anyone else had this problem?

Great graphics and story. Really drives the player on, wanting them to push forward and continue on. "(Full)" is in question as you may already know. Due to the way it ended, I call blasphemy and false advertisement. I hope there will be more however :)
