The app is broken alot. Having to end up ordering online anyway defeats the purpose of even using the app and wastes my time.

Keeps losing part of the order. App hasn't been updated for current versions of Android. It's basically a really buggy browser. Never remembers my login. And every time I reorder it only places the first item and loses everything else so you have to place another order. Please update and fix this junk.

PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!! I haven't been able to use it on my Galaxy phone in months! I thought I'd be able to use it today to order my lunch and it's STILL NOT EVEN LOADING! This is extremely unacceptable! Please do something about this ASAP! I will check again in 1 month from 01/07/2022.

Ehh, the app is definitely not my favorite. It doesn't show you any coupons, once you log-in and if you have to switch to another app it starts over! Definitely not user friendly. I'll be deleting and just go back to using the website.

This barely passes as an app. It's more of a browser. It's not entitely useless, but could use A LOT of work. It only took me 30 minutes to place my order for the first time, as it told me my user name was already in use. So I tried to get my password and never received an email. Yes, I checked my spam folder. I want to say I had this app on iPhone and it was much more simplified. Why not do a Facebook, Twitter, ir something similar login?

Johnny's needs a stand alone app and not one that just takes you to the website. Also it won't let me login with my name and password. Says that you don't have to register to order, that you can click continue and order. Click continue and put your info in and it takes you right back to the main screen. Still great pizza, no work needed on that part.

I've only downloaded the app just now so I have no idea how well/bad it works, it would be nice if Google fixed the Giant Flaw in their Review Reminders so many users have noted before me. As for the Johnny's Pizza App, I only hope it's navigation, ease of use, and UI are better than their website which won't be hard. Why is it so difficult to find the online coupons?

The app is not user friendly. It is hard to go back and forth. It is difficult to change orders. It is almost better to just call the order in. This is the worst pizza ordering app ever.

Johnnys needs to fire whoever they are paying to host their web services and app.. 8 out of 10 times their website is down or changed up so much you can't navigate and makes you login twice to place an order. This app is just as buggy as the site. Love their food but they need some serious help on the IT side

The app says it's made for an older version and boy do they mean it. It won't load anything, it's a white screen and that's all. Please please fix the app

Very easy but haven't received order yet so cannot say about accuracy of order or speed of delivery yet. So far so good!

3/3/22 downloaded app to order online and pop up window says it it made for an "older" version for android. This app is apparently not up to date.

Very fustrating. Coupons dont work half the time. When they do its very hard to get the order exactly right so they will work. Error messages are very unclear as to why coupons dont work.

Not user friendly and has alot of glitchy transitions between screens. Also can't see the full page header with social media icons at the top - Note 10 +

They can't ever get the order right usingthe webpage. I was hoping it would be better through the app, but the app won't even work.

Pizza flawless as usual. App not so much. I downloaded app and got error saying app was created for older Android versions, checked for upgrades and there were none. Upgrade your app please.

The app is pretty much useless, no matter what address you put in it only sees the state as CA...which is out of delivery range.

I love Johnny's muffalita pizza. This makes it so easy to order and apply their coupons. Other delivery apps do not take the coupons.

Needs a bug update. We haven't been able to get the app to work for months "/

Doesn't work on new android os system; only works when you use google search to open it; app navigation needs work also

"This app was built for an older version of Android" uh....what?? Why would you change the app to only work on older phones?

App is garbage never works. They loose my business bc the app never works.

This is to much for pizza dominos website/app is very simple and easy to navigate
