Still issues with depositing checks. I have updated per the email, and had to drive down to the Credit Union to do a deposit. An additional email was sent also. Everything else is working fine, but the beauty of this app is supposed to be the mobile check deposit. I can do everything else some other way.
Good app. Been a member of JHFCU since 1997. I've been using the android app since they started it & it has evolved(yes, they've had a hiccup or three along the way!) into an extremely easy platform to use, especially for depositing checks. I use it often & have not had any problems. Sure beats trying to scan it from a printer to a computer to upload as a file to the program & onandonandonandon! Good app, easy to use & dependable!
you can no longer deposit checks via this app so takes away a major advantage of having this app. There's a constant error message that tells me to try back later. I've called and it's clear no one has a clear idea of how this app works or its issues. The advice I got was to use an ATM machine (or come in and make a deposit) ! I'm deleting the app.
I have been a JHFCU member since 1995. Over the last 25 years I have received FANTASTIC service in the bank, on the telephone and the online app is EVERYTHING! Only change I would make is to have a choice of different pictures on the debit/Visa card. It really gets recognized too much for me when I'm making a transaction but I guess it's geat for the bank.🤑🤑🤑
The app fails to open every time I try. It never gets past the loading screen with the version number
The mobile deposit photo feature just gets worse and worse. It generally takes 10-15 tries to get a photo of a check the app will accept.
App was working fine...then the quick access feature disappeared. Why? Would having given 4 stars until this happened.
Latest update has broken the ability to deposit checks. This is probably the most important capability of the app and needs to be fixed.
bug: every time I take a photo of a check to deposit it gives the error message that the corners are bent.
Can no longer deposit checks. Never had a problem until recent update. This is not acceptable.

Quick login with fingerprint scanner no longer works since I've updated my phone to androids newest firmware. (Pie)
The app was working good at first then all of sudden it wouldny let me login, saying an "error has occurred."
This app is complete trash!!! Evertime I enter the code to login it says my device is locked out!!!
So over Jhfcu all together . The app constantly crashes . Why does it take days for me to recieve the money from a check that yall have already confirmed as a real one .
Error messages and then I get locked out. Glitch in systems.

I love that place.
The new update basically eliminated the ability to deposit checks. The app will now "take a picture for you", but then consistently pops up an error message that reads "the check corners are folded" even when the check is as flat as it can possibly be. The update "fixed" something that wasn't a problem.
