Excellent App with all information updated and need not login to the website always. Even if messages are missed out with mobile signal problem, you always have a copy of it. All the circulars given are uploaded. Superb App!!
This is A good app. Improments needed:- 1.update the app with latest security patch updates. 2. There are lot of bugs in the app please try to fix them. 3.when I go back I immediately get logged out.(i.e. I mean to say that once a person is logged in he should remain logged in until and unless he wishes to get logged out.) This is a bug pls resolve this issue. 4. There should be a notification prompt when any imp message arrives from the school. 5. Please add dark mode feature in the app.
The page is not working from the last month when we are opening the page it is turning to OK we are not receiving any messages from the school now the students are having exams we are facing so much of problem from never skip parent portal please accept our request and solve it as early as possible
I wanted to give it a zero , but couldn't give less than the rating I gave. App is pretty slow and the official site of the school doesn't do good in a mobile resolution and doesn't even go in desktop mode.
This app is not allowing to open pdf documents uploaded by school saying as no application found to open this. Tried to Uninstall and installed again but showing as same error. Resolve this ...
PDFs are not opening through the app which school is sharing. Any steps to resolve this? Tried multiple times uninstall and reinstalled., but nothing worked.
Application is not working from the last 3 months. Landing page is ok when I tried to click any menu item it closes the app.
App is very lethargic. Fee payment options and methods are very horrible.
When my newly joined kid profile was updated in the app the elder kid profile went missing. how to check her profile? does this app support 2 kids profile? if yes jow to navigate or view both the kids profile. if no, please the needful. i have already sent a mail . please look into it.

Although it is a useful app, there are many glitches and leaks which make it difficult for us, students, to use the app. When I upload the assignments, they get upload successfully rarely but usually it fails. Then I would have to go to the website and upload. Another thing which would be great to see is an option to move the app to the sd card(external storage)
