Nice app for inspiration. The new generation of hairdressers need to learn how to formulate by looking at something instead of watching someone to formulated for them. stop being lazy and be the artist and creative person that you are. When it doesn't come out right ask yourself...self what did you do wrong and how you can make it better. Good job Joico
App is not dependable. works if and on. Photo filters still do not work.!
The photo filter camera needs work. The camera is magnified so much you cannot make out what you are taking a picture of.
I was hoping for more info. Like how much to add of the two colors I'm using to get what color. I had to wing and it didnt work out
I dont understand why the Color Intensity line isnt listed. I have serious problems with your blue dyes coming out right and I wish I could test out color theories without actually wasting dye, and time. Like sure you have brochures, but some are outdated and dont include your whole line or they offer select color swatches for what to mix that I'm not going for at all.
Can't formulate color from pictures because an error always happens, only thing useful is videos but can watch that without app. Oh and I have updated version
For right now I'm giving 2 stars I'm not able to use the make a formula option and it does not let me match a picture either. It's very frustrating. I've had this issue for a while now. PLEASE FIX IT
Kind of bumb, like to use this as a reference tool. And lately it's not working correctly. Won't upload photo and keeps asking about permissions. Super bumbed. Love the app
This app still won't allow photo load, still says needs permission. There is no other updated app to install like you say. Please fix this asap. Look below, everyone is having same issue
Would be great if I could use the match a shade option. It used to work but now says I need to give permission with no options to do so!
Just started using the app but looks great!! Love the technique videos and create a shade options!! Color match from photos was a little off, but really cool!!
Whenever I try to create a shade with a picture I'm told Joico needs my permission...I have no idea how to give permission as I'm not prompted to. This would be an amazing tool but it's unaccessible.
I would normally give this app 5 stars as it's amazing...when it actually works. Keeps trying to load, but doesn't go any further. Please fix!
A lot of good information as long as your a licensed professional. The Photo Filter freezes my phone for 5-10 minutes and has never worked. It does on my friends IPhone. I try to use photo filter after each update. Still doesn't work on Samsung S8, Note 5 or S5. :'(
Can never use the photo app part. Keeps crashing

I have had this app for a year-and-a-half and all of the sudden today it does not want to load please fix your app I rely on this on a daily basis

The app overall isn't bad, but can run slow at times. I more than anything wish Joico would update the swatch chart with all the newer colors they have created in the Lumishine line. It's frustrating to try to show a client a color and it's not even in the app..
