Join2Move

Join2Move is a 12-week exercise program that allows you to keep moving independently. You set up your program with three simple steps and that's how you get started. In the first week you do three activities at your own discretion, whereby the basic level and goal are tailored to you. In the following 11 weeks you do an activity three times a week, exercise every day and you are regularly presented with new information. After doing an activity you will immediately receive feedback and you will know whether you are on the right track with your program. Join2Move helps you to keep moving and helps prevent you from moving too much or too long.
