There is a problem with the app. Can't see products and I always get "system is busy" message.. it has been a while now.. I thought they would resolve it within a week.. but they didn't, it's been this way since almost 2 months.. what a pity..

You took my money JOLLYCHIC and you didn't give it back! I ordered a mini blender it was damaged which cost me (41.43 SAR) and I wanted to return but you would not come to pick it up even though I waited for a month! It also automatically logged out of my account and I had about 19 SAR in my account that time so PLEASE I would really appreciate it if you could just return me my money which is about (60.43 SAR) and just come to pick up your damaged item. THANKS.

It's unbelievable how you're lying about prices.For example, the real price of a t-shirt was 16$, but after one day I found its price 42$ and has a red sign shows that the price was 71$ and it is discounted to be 42$, so people think it's a good sale while it's higher than double of the real price. I always see this in your app which is really disappointing

The app is very much misleading.. They offer things on their app but they actually provide much more cheaper priducts that have nothing to do with what u c on the app.. So if u r thinking about it, don't do it.. Run miles away from it.. The cheap fashionistas would advertise for anything because of the money they can get.. Even the exchanging process, they made it very complicated to make the customers feel tired and thus the customers would give up easily.

Very bad experience I ordered an item and it was delayed so I tried to follow up on it turns out that even though it was paid for and confirmed they still required a copy of my credit card to confirm. Offcourse I refused because it's a security breach to share the credit card details in such a manner. They should have informed me of this before I made the payment also they should have informed me of the delay instead I had to chase. Anyways canceled the order and lost 23USD due to exchange rate

It was good until recently. After I paid online and was waiting for delivery, the cancelled the order, took about a month to return the money to my bank account, and then I discovered that they cancelled to sell the items for more money. Items are more expensive. I uninstalled the app and will never buy from them again

I had ordered items and until this date I have not received all my items and unfortunately the contact option is not active. I am not sure who/how to contact to know the status of my order. I ordered three items to try jollychic. Its been more than a week and they didn't even contact me. I have been calling at their number provided with order acknowledgment e-receipt since then but without any success. I am glad that I opted cash on delivery and didn't pay from my card. In short, it was a waste of time.

Bad user experience. Very bad customer support. Either email and no response or chat with non proffesional reresentative in a very basic and bad chat tool in the app. And the delivery is very lat always. And later the return as well you have to return yourself and also refund becomes taking too long. Lately, All experience is really a nightmare.

To me this site is a big scam .. I ordered from Saudi Arabia, and unfortunately, my first (And last) experience is that I've ordered many items, all with a delivery date claimed to be 1 or 2 days at max, and now it's the second week, with everything still being prepared. Although not mentioned anywhere, the delivery fees of some items showed double price of the items themselves. I didn't revise the total value, as I thought this site uses the normal delivery rates like all other respected sites.

i hate jollychic! everytime i order a piece of cloth either they bring the wrong size i ordered or it looks terrible in reality! and what's worse when it is their mistake in delivering the order i have to pay for the shipping which costs as much as the piece itself! in a nutshell never order clothes from them! you may order decorating pieces or bags which are the only things they sell that won't let you down.

Had a really bad experience with this app as it doesn't inform the customer regarding the delivery schedule. Before placing an order customer deserves to know atleast a tentative date of receiving it. Even on the order tracker there isn't any mention of the date of arrival. One of the wrost shopping app, order something around 200Sr, two days they didn't ship, after two days when i have contact them they ask for credit card picture and said we are asking this information to protect customer personal data. I have purchased items from souq and they never ever ask for credit card picture or etc. Asking Personal information for 200Sr. Simply uninstall and buy stuff from souq or fordeal.

They have bad service when it comes to refund, even worse when you're not in Riyadh. I had to pay 95 SAR to return the item and they only reimburse 26 SAR out of it. Also, even though the package is already in their hands it takes them a lot of follow-ups before they refund you. Then, they sent the reimbursement of the courier fee to the jollychic wallet and not my bank acct. making it useless since I don't want to use this app ever again. I'm still waiting to be refunded for the returned items.

This is the worst online app you could ever purchase from. The quality is not at all the same itss a whole lot worsee than what is described, the colours are different than the pictures. I ordered 2 pants with chains the quality was terrifying and one chain was missing the size chart was wrong when i got them according to my size they turned out really huge. I also ordered an electronic device and it got damaged from the first day. I wasted my money on this site, don't do the same mistake.

The colors were faded, the size was off and the quality of the fabric was bad. I applied to return the material but I was expected to pay for the return shipping. Worst ever and very bad service. 2 items was not delivered and was already deducted in my card. In the delivery receipts it's written the item is available but inside it wasn't. When i complained in their reviews of item, it was already deleted in the history, showing it was received. No reply or action was made bcoz u don't know with whom u complain (no contact of person, number or office). Plus very expensive the shipping fee. So i deleted this application.
