I've been using Jolt since 2017. Even at thar time they had a dated, clunky, and difficult interface. It feels like someone made the app and then stopped all development and support and focused solely on sales. They certainly did not value supporting existing customers, it took over a month recently to hear back from support.
I downloaded the app as requested by my job. So I did and created a new password (since I couldn't remember my old one) Unfortunately, the app will NOT let me in. Gives an error of "email & password don't match". However when I changed my password( 4 times) it directed me to Chrome where I was able to get into my account. After that I logged out and attempted to log in via the app, and again received the same error as previously stated. Please fix this so I may actually get into the app. P&Ty.
Been using Jolt for many years and loved it. Recently I was instructed by a jolt customer service rep to download the newest version due to me not being able to see some new lists I created on jolt lite. I updated to the new version from jolt lite. Not a big fan, very glitchy, slow and the photos come out skewed and warped. My staff cant even take photos for certain list items on their daily checklist. Development team please sort this out it is quite frustrating for myself and staff.
Tried their service for a year, and it didn't quite work for our small business. Instead of letting me cancel the subscription and move on, they charged me for the entire second year since we had already rolled over, even though they knew their service wasn't a fit for my company. So I'm basically paying them $1000 for something I'm not using, which tells me they're more in it for the money than helping out the little guy. Extremely disappointed.
App not opening anymore it says server error. Butit opens up on computer and ipads

App stopped working after update. Can't click anything and even though items come up synced, it always says error after trying to connect
Not compatable with my phone, QR code does not work at all. Im looking like an idiot in front of my boss because i can't even sign in, i hate that this is what we are limited to and im spiteful of apps and their bugs already. Just irritating in general
Keeps closing out of app, usually after submitting temps. Also, it (majority of the time) won't connect to probe.
Keeps screen on while using app. This drains the battery really quick. Please fix.
I have used this app on our company for while. Lately every time I log in synchronized with and error.
So annoying I just want to stop receiving texts from you without having to go re-download the app and jump through hoops
vast improvements! if you have an issue with the app like I did, their customer support is quick to help
This app is complete junk. It crashes all the time. Complete waste of employees time

The worst
Can't go a single week without any problems. A few months ago however was the biggest issue. The text notifications switched from one single thread notification to individual separate notifications. Now I get upwards of 50-60 separate text messages in a single day. Imagine scrolling past hundreds of text messages just to find a non jolt related text. Spoke with their staff on the phone and through emails. They acted like I was an inconvenience to them and said it couldn't and wouldn't be fixed.
