It's really convenient to have jolt, but only when it loads. Lately I can't get it to load at all. It's shows the symbol for the app, says loading, and than goes into a white screen that seems to never change. I try closing it out and reloading, but it just won't work. Which does me know good when it's the middle of the night and I'm trying to see when my shift the next day is. Fix the loading screen and I'll fix my review, but as it stands the rate might go lower if the issue is unresolved.

Terrible, unreliable, inconsistent, unresponsive user experience. The interface slows down over time so the longer you use this app the worse it becomes. Any administrative tools the back end are overshadowed by a hit to productivity on the user's end. Avoid if at all possible.

Frustrating. Every single time that I tried to log into the app it wouldn't go any further than the log in page. Thanks god the app also works with the email (and that it sends notification to the email itself) otherwise I would never be able to see when I'm scheduled to work.

The app was effective at first, but like many other users have said, lately it has not been loading for me. Every time i open the app it shows me the jolt logo and proceeds to load onto a blank white screen no matter what i do. I tried restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling it....not sure what's going on. I have a samsung galaxy s8.

y'know, this app wouldn't be terrible if it weren't for the fact that it "can't connect to servers" every time I try to swap a shift and has the most god-awful availability interface I've ever seen. I'll bump up my rating if it ever lets me swap shifts on the first try.

I've used this app for years and have never had a problem with it until now. It won't load my log in at all. I can't get it to work and it's more than just a password error, it's as though it just won't move past the log in screen. I already tried to reset my password and it does the exact same thing. It works just fine on the website. I'll change my review once it gets fixed.

Worked great but now it just has a white screen. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, power cycling, accepting all permissions, making sure system and app is up to date, everything possible except hard resetting. Nothing helped. Galaxy note 8. Please fix this. Otherwise this app is useless.

Very usefull for bussiness managment. Great costumer service, and versitile functions. After we started using it for a while, the owner contacted us and asked if there was anything else that could help us to be added to the software. We asked for labor reports, and a beta was added a few month later.

This is the worst app I have ever used in my life. It takes forever to load anything even when on perfect connection. It is a scheduling app, it shouldnt take 30 seconds to do something. Also it wont always let you login even on perfect connection.

Not as user-friendly as other scheduling apps, especially recently: app loads to a blank screen upon start-up. I can no longer check my work schedule from my phone, even after several reinstalls. Don't recommend this app.

It shows the name Jolt, but then goes to a white screen and is unusable. It make me HAVE to launch it from a computer. This is the same situation that ALL my bosses and colleagues have. Either fix it or make the "manager" version have "Clearance" levels that it changes depending on your position to what is shown.

This is a really great app in theory. No matter how good my wifi or data is, most of the time it does not load and the few times it does, it takes several minutes to pull up.

My company switched from Humanity to Jolt. I wish we never did. Jolt is so much more complicated. There is no easy way to message a manager and scheduling is also a challenge. The desktop and mobile don't share the same features (ex. You can pull up the list of employees on the app but not on the desktop website...what???). Horrible app.

Decent app. Easy to look up shift times, ask time off, etc. After a few weeks of use loading the app it would only bring up a blank screen. Not much use for it anymore.

Takes forever to go from page to page. Randomly locks me out of my schedule, and only allows you two tries before it makes you wait 5 minutes before you can try again. Like, why? It's my schedule, not Ft. Knox. No one is trying to steal my 10:30am bar shift.

Can't get in it. I like it but the other app showed how many hours you had for the week. Which was nice. But I don't know how to put a profile picture on there. Must be my phone but the pictures they have to show what the app looks like are nothing like what the app on my phone shows.

If people need this for their job, the app should be FUNCTIONAL. I can't even log in, the app freezes every time I hit the button and I often have to restart my entire phone. And I have a Galaxy S21. What a joke. Would give 0 stars if I could.

For some reason recently I have been unable to get into jolt 9n my phone. I only know what shifts I have because of the email. I tried to reinstall it and restart my phone but nothing is happening. I just been getting a blank white screen.

Will not work at all. Keeps saying it can't connect to the server. I use jolt specifically to schedule my staff, and approve trades. I will cancel my subscription and use a company that actually works if the issue is not resolved.

I wish i could download jolt to y Kindle, not just my phone. I use my kindle more. Tue notifications are a bit much! Yesturday i got 7 notifications for the same shift i was already working!!
