I don't know why, but everytime I paid my installment there always balance I need to pay monthly. Recently it said that i haven't paid for April's installment after I just successfully made the payment

It's so confusing.. I don't know at all how to pay my loan installment.. Either I Am thinking too much or the app too complicated..

A good option for financing to buy a motorcycle so far, hope to be able to expand to car financing and personal loans as soon as possible..thank you for the excellent service

Can't login to the account, it say incorrect id and password...and then I change the password, it also failed...please fix

I went to unistall the app and try to reinstall it. Howcome all of the sudden cannot install the app back? My phone is up to date with Android 12.

Call no one answer for 3 days ady, very poor service. Left messages to return my call also no one did.

Im new v this app. First i found it very useful. But when i made my second payment through FPX, it was 'successful' at first but later, i got a msg asking me to make payment. I was confused. I just did it. Then, i opened the app and found out the payment i made earlier went from 'successful' to 'failed'. But my money still gone when i checked it through online banking. So, i called the CS, and was told it was a common error that many had experienced. Nothing to worry about. Wth??

The apps is really frustrating as is always in loading mode. The auto-debit can't be done in the 1st time. Later, when i want to make auto-debit transaction, I can't re-set the apps to enter new account info. Should be more comfortable for user to make auto-debit.

Can't log in...system the very slow

This app is very useful.. Easy for us tracking and do payment, also can check payment done, balance outstanding.. Like.. This group also understanding if costomer don't want to do auto debit.. 👍👍👍👍 Please upgrade if have any part not run properly such as cannot download the receipt after done payment.. But overall is OK.. Very useful for us...

Very slow app.. i'd tried to login but it is still loading,loading & keep loading !

Why i cannot login to my account after update? Already try log out and login back still nothing?? Why is that? How am i spose to check my account? Please give feedback dont just ingnore this problem!!!!

What is wrong with this app? I wanted to pay my bill but it cannot proceed to payment page.. I've logged out from the app, but when i try to log in back, nothing happened? Please update your app as soon as possible..

Pleasant for monthly payment but cannot download the receipt after payment. I try to request quotation for insurance thru apps also cannot. But the button is there. So many hiccups. Please improvise.

Need to be update more, status payment, history sort latest old-new,new-old. Need to check history have to scroll down all the way until lag. Payment is good, easy to used. Payment fast.

Since i update my phone to android 12, for my samsung phone ui, the app does not compitable with it, the developer of this app need to update the system so it will be compitablabe with android 12 ver.

Almost perfect.. the only weakness is the minimum amount to pay is set by defaults. End up payment via online banking app instead.

Register 1st time. Key in myKad No and SEND TAC CODE not received at all after resend also no SMS send to me. Contact support service she ask to uninstall apps and restart my mobile. Repeat the same process also did not received TAC CODE. Already reconfirmed my mobile no is correct but not sure why I failed to received TAC SMS

Poor app. Doesn't function well. It's won't update after you make a payment. It will simply charges late payment due to their late system. Very bad and worst app.

The only thing i regret in my life is buying my first car using this credit service. the interest are very high like base on the moon.

This apps is good to see how much we own and how much we have pay the loan but something so usless here when contact provided is not reachable and email sent is rejected. Maybe they not looking to give the best customer service to their customer. Please invest abit in this, good customer service give the great return.

Why the app show java error cannot do online payment ?

Why this app suddenly uninstall itself from my phone and unable tp install it again?And i log in through browser, my last month payment record was not there..

The app isn't working properly. I can't even view my loan balance and I can't make the payment. Really poor app.
