Please add some more zone, eg senawang, etc as some of the physical machine on site haven't been fixed up until now. Thus, making it becomes inconvenient for users.

overall, it is a very convenient app to pay parking in the service areas. BUT, the recent few versions having problem on the expiration reminder push notification!!!! I was rely on the app to remind me to extend the parking if necessary, it was working fine until recently. the reminders came in 2HOURS LATER !!! what's the point of the "long due" reminders?

First time using the app. It was ok when I enter the parking. However, the system was down, unable to find the active parking and pay using the app during exit, have to pay cash instead. And after 7 hours, it suddenly appeared on the active parking. In the end, I paid cash and also paid for more than 11 hours of parking using the app. Thanks :)

Amazingly convenient to have this app. I really doubt those who gave feedbacks that the app is slow or lag. Compared to paying at payment stand, using this more convenient by miles! 1. You can stay safely, inside your car while you sort your payment, although it's super fast. 2. You can top up anytime, and the app have reminder for you! 3. Payment booth is horrible, I almost never encounter problem with this app. 4. You can even pay with another person's phone.

The Parking Expiry Reminder doesn't sound to alert user although it pop-up in the notification panel. Instead, getting lots of sound alerts about unrelated push notification of Covid-19 from the app recently, but its important feature of Parking Expiry Reminder still can't even make a sound alert?? It defeats the purpose of the parking reminder feature, please get it fixed.

Very convenient, but there is time the system down, I was unable to pay parking. I thought maybe I don't have to pay that day... (after checking the ewallet app - same thing, can't access, and I'd checked all the parking machine and they are also shut off), but when I picked my car again, I noticed I kena saman... Long story short, I trust this app more than any other parking method when it comes to parking. Especially the machines, they are completely useless

Usually everything work just fine. But recently, whenever i click the button parking, its loading then nothing happen. When i click again, its already double my parking duration. I suggest you to do a rate limit where your system would reject any new parking request after first 1 or 2 minutes of success parking to avoid double charge.

Supposingly a very convenient app to use, except Tawau officer never check the database and still issue notice even thou I've paid with this app. So frustrating!

What a rubbish app. Try to login at as first time user, keep telling me there's a password error. Call customer service no response.

The active parking do not end even when you leave the parking area..the customer service also not responding...such a big scammer!

Extremely flawed app. During the initial verification, I realized I wrongly keyed in my phone number, so I couldn't verify my account. But there is no option to edit my phone number! So I logged out. Each time I open the app, and key in my correct phone number, it starts from the registration page. But when I key in my email, it says "email already taken". So what can I do? This is all because this app doesn't allow someone to edit phone number. What if someone change phone no?

I changed phone n reinstall the app in new phone. I can't even get pass the phone code verification process.

The app is pretty functional when it comes to detecting the nearest parking under its jurisdiction. However, turning on the app is sometimes pretty slow when the internet connection is not so great. Also, the option to reload a fixed amount is not as flexible as one may like. Imagine if I am parking in the compound the first time and a one-off basis. I'll have to fork out RM10 just to be able to enter. Despite its inherent flaws, the app works well as it should.

Worst experience. Did not received the phone number verification code even after a few times trying.

This app is convenient in comparison to the old way of ticketing but need to improve some aspects of it. Pretty slow, and the app automatically logged out when I opened my message for TAC number. Hope it can be improved in the future.

The app works fine, and the concept is good. But it's annoying that I can't take a screenshot of the QR code or share the QR code with my partner, especially since we would carpool and sometimes one of us would head home earlier than the other. Usually I'm the one with the app and my partner has the keys. Imagine the irritation cause we need to wait for each other to head home lol. Maybe have a feature to share the app/code to a registered friend or something?

very unresponsive app, laggy, takes how many seconds just to refresh and show current active parking ,exactly like malaysia government's department ,always failed and dont know what are they doing. Only the best part of efficiency is to lock up or tow away our car as quick as they could.

It is alright if we are just parking in dbkl areas but im disappointed that the app does not integrate all the major municipalities in klang valley. Perhaps, this is something developers should look into ... its easy to cross borders in kl/pj/cheras areas which fall under 3 different councils

This app keeps on refreshing saying that I don't have internet connection and need to refresh many times just to do the payment for parking. It just happen recently. I used the wifi like my colleagues used and they have no problem with the internet when paying it. Please advice me on what to do. Thank you very much.

The best part of parking in KL since using this app is that you don't have to deal with the often non-functional physical ticket machines. Saves you the pain of busting your fingers in the process of paying for your parking. A good alternative to insuring your fingers for parking meter related injury. 😂

Interface and navigation of the app can be improved. It relies a lot on the phone's GPS capability and that can be an issue at times. Wish there can be a more comprehensive listing of available parking to help
