worst browsing experience with jomso mobile app, better to shop through internet browser. the app never opens and even when opens never shows next page for any of the category. Always same 2-3 products are repeated after loading and scrolling till the end of the page. But through internet browser.. you will see many varieties available at affordable prices with good quality..

Worst experience. There are multiple issues that needs to be fixed. Firstly, there is no provision of complaint. When you try to reach the customer care, the line always comes busy. The quality of the product is not at all upto the mark and it comes out to be entirely different fron the picture they display. No smooth return policy. They vl not return the money back, instead vl give a coupon worth the amount that needs to be refunded. Not recommend Jomso.

That was just a wrong decision of me getting a saree from jomso. The one that was there in the pic and the one i received were completely different. When i tried to send an email and ask for refunds. They said they will not be doing one instead gave a credit note for the same amount to purchase a different saree in the website again in the future. For Which the quality is not again guaranteed.

Poor return policy.. the number and the mail given nobody responses on that.. I have been continuously trying for a past few days.. plus the return policy is only for 7 days and there's no response from them.. not at all trustworthy!!

I am a super happy customer... I highly recommend this website. it's amazing. I had ordered a lehenga which I received in just 2 days. but the best part was the lehenge itself. very nice fabric.same as picture(atually even better). You can go ahead and order without giving any second thought .

Guys, why do I see so many negative comments here?! App is really good. You just have to contact them on WhatsApp too for any updates and they'll definitely reply you back! I've received the product in just 3 days and that's amazing..Even the material is awesome! I would suggest this app to purchase traditional wear!

Do not buy anything from this website . Tge products deleivered are not even 10% worth your money. I order a black grgt saree and the quality is pathetic and the best part they do not return the money. If you want to return something , you have yo buy other cheap quality product.

Worst service ever, they didn't pick your call, quality is really bad and also they didn't have any options to refund you, they will provide a coupon but first you have to speed Post to their address. Third class service that's why Amazon, Flipkart like companies are better than these type of irresponsible and worst companies

Very bad quality and when you return the product, they won't return the money. they give a coupon for that amount to be used on next purchase. Waste of time and money.

Worst app, don't have any systematic work, after a recieve product i don't like that, immediatly i had return request but they have not any reply not pick up the product, after calling them they told me you are not mail us within 7 days. Don't start a buisness if not work properly.

Jomso offers amazing clothes at affordable prices and the delivery is very fast....it is really superb app or website for lehenga & designer sarees..must try this app you will love to shop again.... I have purchased a lehenga from this site & the lehenga & its quality is exactly same as shown in their site

The order I placed is as shown in the picture.. quality is good at less pice comparitively...my order was misplaced first..then finally got the order.there is a quick response from them when contacted through mail.thank you jomso

RUBBISH APP.. Even the basic functionalities are not available.. Cannot open the product from the wishlist and cart.. Do they expect us to type the full name of each and every product that has been wishlisted?

Jomso offers mesmerising clothes at affordable prices. And the delivery is very fast and efficient too. I had a wonderful shopping experience and would recommend the site to anyone.

This lengha is superb good service the order I placed is as shown in the picture.. quality is good at less price aap is good love this aap.recently I received a lengha it's really very pretty ..same as shown in the image.totally satisfied ❤️🥰

my experience of jomso was amazing and i love this site. The delivery is free in india. this is a great thing and the delivery boys are also very good. no issue in return. you can return the product within 7 working days.

Dress showing photos and delivary products too different and not worth of money and return option available but not good only exchange and Return the order our-selves to post office this is not correct and cloth also not good too much of cost and not reach to jamso app order picture expectations

I dont want to give even 1 star, I had ordered designer saree and the one I received was very cheap quality and was not even the same design in picture . 2000rs was like thrown in dustbin. Very disappointed 😡😡

The saree I bought from this app is very beautiful and Graceful, the color and design is same as shown in the picture.
