Jones Adventure Mahjong - Quest of Jewels Cave

I really enjoy this game. The only downside is that sometimes it's clear you won't win from the beginning of the level but that's probably just the algorithm random laying of tiles. It is crashing a lot when starting. It can take a lot of tries to get it going but once you're in the game is fine.

This is an enjoyable game. I have always enjoyed triple Mahjong and this is a feast! Time frames for puzzles are out of my range, I am rarely quick enough to get three stars. That's okay, I have given up paying attention to time and just enjoy the experience of the puzzle and strategy needed. If anything, I hope for the development of an option setting in the future of an easy, intermediate, and expert setting to add for immense replayability of the entire game.

It's OK. I like the little bit of twist on an old game but it's also frustrating. You can't determine if there's a block underneath another one sometimes. So you think you're planning your strategy well but then when you move one there's others blocking the next one you were after. Also, took to heat what another player posted to not worry about the time when you don't have to. For someone like me a timer makes the game too frustrating and impossible.

I really enjoy this game but it is very frustrating. You can get stuck on a level for days & just as your about to uninstall you get past it. Oh great you think...only to be stuck for days on the next one. I can only think that this game is achievable if you spend a lot of rl money. The timed levels are exceptionally frustrating & stressful. Although it is a challenging game it is not a relaxing one.

Interesting but has a large flaw. Unlike other mahjong games I've played where you can see part of the tiles on the row underneath and plan your moves, this game will sometimes completely cover the underneath tile so you have to guess about whether to remove the top tile or not. Doesn't seem fair to me. Otherwise, graphics are very nice and the lives seem to recharge quickly. Sometimes the tile patterns and colors are a little hard to tell apart too but not often.

Love it up to a point. Gems are gorgeous. But I don't really enjoy games that put you under time pressure. I finally managed to finish a level only to be blocked from opening the prize until I went back and achieved another 2 stars. Only way to do that is by doing another puzzle or 2 really fast. Might have to uninstall.

Very nice concept but fun is ruined because it's too much pay to win. Available time to finish levels should be two or even three times more, even for just tapping the stones you would not have enough time to finish some levels. That's a real shame, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Now I'm stuck too early and will probably uninstall. Looking for similar game by a less greedy developer

This game is very addictive if you love a challenge. I get bored easily in some easier puzzle games especially if they progress to slowly. I do wish the payout was greater so that I could have a more enjoyable experience. I do make purchases in my favorite games but not if I'm not really able to play long enough to be sure I want to invest. I move through my lives quickly in this one as the puzzles are difficult. You cannot connect with others to earn more....ya. still working on this game.

Fun, but quite difficult in some puzzles. I hate the timed ones... very anxiety ridden. I do enjoy trying to solve the non timed ones. I wish you didn't have to get high scores to move on though. Not fond of repeating the same puzzle over and over. All in all, challenging at times and fun.

I so want to love this game but can't quite get there. The colors are stunning and each level brings a new challenge. However I play games to relax and Jones Adventure has a timer on every level which for me is not relaxing at all. I wish there was a way to play any level without a timer and losing stars because I'm playing slowly. Also do not like how little purchases provide help in game play. Very disappointed for so little reward. Uninstaller for these reasons

Great fun and challenging as well. Not like traditional style Mahjong. There's so much more that can be used to enhance the games I played in my youth, before we had a cyber world at all, let alone one like we've grown accustomed to using for any and all of the things we do daily. For example, in the digital version of Mahjong, chains or other hinderences can be placed upon the tiles in order to increase the challenge of removing them. Great idea!

After the inctidble crystalux, this game is a tremendous disappointment. It's just your standard money grab. It has 9 different types of consumables and an energy system that cannot be turned off for longer than a few hours. I was so excited to find out they had another game, but this is so disappointing. My advi e is to skip this and go play crystalux again.

For heavens sake make the level the same every time or at least let me see what's under blocks before I tap them. So often the puzzles become unexpectedly impossible. And the timer is so restrictive. Doesnt make me want to spend money, just gets me angry. Edit: unique levels are FINE if I can see what's coming up ahead, that would make it feel strategic. However, as it is the app feels random and super punishing. You're right that you can always win without payment IF YOURE LUCKY. That isnt fun

Started out okay, but got hard quickly. I beat the timer on some but still only got 2 stars. The timer gets ridiculous quickly. They do a tutorial that FORCES you to use powerups to continue, and you lose the PUs. Then you get a full page ad for crazy expensive powerup packs, and you have to go out of the app to close the ad. There is no x or no thanks button. Uninstalled.

It's fine, nice graphics. Each level depends on a number of lives, limited by time or you can buy them. It's Mahjong though so is as usual random tilesets. This means that no matter how skilfully you play, some levels as they are generated are not possible to beat without using boosters and so you need to reshuffle and replay. Other than that a nice game.

Fun game, quite visually stimulating, and I love the premise: but I can't play for very long before I'm out of lives. In-game currency is pretty much impossible to get, and it feels like it would require a serious financial investment to play seriously, and the limited amount I've seen in the game thus far doesn't seem to be worth such a money sink.

On the great race ending today only 7/5/20, I earned key to the chest but the chest did not open. Am I missing something? My favorite by far...Because this game is unique. It's not a typical match 3 or a ordinary mahjong. And each board is a random tile set so it maintains to be a challenge even to the seasoned players. That alone gives it a leg up over most games. The only glitch I have ever been aware of was quickly resolved after notification. Thumbs up all around the board!

The concept is excellent. But it gets too hard, too soon, as if it has been designed to get people to spend on boosters. It would have been a greatly refreshing option to the millions of games out there had it not been for the unfortunately seemingly 'rigged' gameplay :(

I like this game, it's a cross between Mahjong & any match 3 game. Definitely challenging, I almost feel like some of the levels are too hard, unless you want to spend real money to get the powerups. Which I don't. I would give this game a 5 star if there were more than 5 lives. Because like I said earlier some of the levels are too hard to get through with only 5 lives and a handful of powerups.

The game is not a strictly cash grab platform. I have not spent a dime and am caught up waiting for new levels. I also have almost 9000 gold coins! All it is is patience! They give you 7 lives if you watch 2 videos! And you can spin the totem wheels twice a day! It's visually appealing and it's fun! I play my 7 lives and then move to another game. Times like now when there are no new levels I spin the wheels collecting boosters and coins for free to use during the race or for new levels.

Been at this game for months now and finally just completed all the levels and am waiting for more lol and I did it all without spending a dime. Yes it's difficult, but you begin to learn a difficult level and how to solve it after a few fails. Just keep at it! Can't wait for the rest of the game! Great job developers! I LOVE this game! Usually I get bored fast but this game has kept me coming back.

Good game, but could be improved by not having a life system, allowing players to keep trying without having to wait for 15 minutes between attempts, and some sort of pseudo randomiser that guarantees every level is solvable from the get go. Sometimes the randomly generated levels are impossible to solve, wasting one of your lives

Not enough lives or not enough ways to generate lives. Also needs more fb connection for like others who also play n also b able to send n receive friend requests, being able to ask other players for lives n/or power ups would all very much improve overall game play. Otherwise, I'm digging this game. N I think I would give it more stars if there was more too the game interface. (Not sure if I said that correctly but I'm sure you all know what I mean LOL)

I really enjoy playing this as it settles my nerves but sadly like most people i can't afford to buy extra lives and items to help with the level i am on so as i can't pay for shuffle dice or others i can't get much further in the game, it would be so much better if we could get help to get them i.e. wactch a ad for a shuffle or one of the others, plus if you had an option were if you could buy extra lives you could do just like the five lives for a lower price aswell as the ones that are there.

I see why this game has so many positive reviews! It's match 3 with a twist. Beautiful graphics. English translation is just wonky enough to be charming, not annoying. The music is annoying, very monotonous, but there are so many positives that I can overlook it. I hope there are more games by these developers. Well done y'all!

On Android graphics puzzle style amazing. History really ressembles story. Navigation simple tactile touch. Interface play additive. Does not demand thought, just visual accuity. Time and agility is what is demanded. Game suited to ages where cognitive ability allows judgement for which tile design to allow on stage in order to enable matches so that board may get clear in the short est time possible.

Great in the beginning, then it went down. The first map is awesome and promissing, but from 2nd map, levels become impossible to solve, or solve in the allocated time. It becomes annoying pretty fast, and not fun anymore. I have uninstalled it.

Good challenge. I basically like the game. Didn't rate higher because of losing lives so fast at difficult levels which many times take several lives to get past. Frustrating to decide whether to pay to keep playing or stop and wait until more lives filled by game.

I don't get this game. Do the devs NOT want people to play? Seems that way to me. You limit lives, limit videos, you cut people off and make them start all over again to get an extra life if they don't play every day. Timer on special rounds is way too short. All this game does is frustrate me and I don't play games that frustrate me. It is a good idea, a nice conception, but gameplay doesn't hold up. I gave 2 stars rather than 1 because graphics are nice.
