I ordered tights, they were delivered for several months, but they never came. I demanded a refund of the funds and the store said that it had returned them, but they never arrived to my account, after which the technical support stopped responding to my messages. but I got a coupon for a 10% discount on my next purchase! thank you, but give me my money back!!
Don't believe all the reviews, I bought a clear magnetic eyeliner due to good reviews. It was awful, had a few strands that was supposed to be a brush and no felt nib which I had on one I bought from elsewhere. You have to press on it to try and get the liquid out which hardly came out. Total waste of nearly £7, joom customer service wanted me to do a video as proof. I just can't be bothered. The app will be removed and I will no longer use it. You have lost a long term member
Honestly it's alright, it's like wish but they include shipping on the displayed price which is definitely my favorite feature. Biggest problem it is common for packages to not arrive, they do refund you when it happens but it sure is annoying. I have ordered 8 items, 5 of them were delivered, 3 were not, 5 of them were refunded because 2 of the delivered ones arrived late. So yeah, just order if you don't really need the item and just want to have it.
Not perfect definitely. My last two orders disappeared, and that was terrible. For the first one, they make refund, which was ridiculous because the price was fun. But for the second order, no one took responsibility and it was expensive and important. I've been writing emails for three months, and nothing. Be careful what you order because they make fun of your orders and money.
FABULOUS QUALITY and a SUPER choice of products!!! Hughie 😎. The above I wrote a while ago but since that time (when I used to purchase a lot of items from Joom) I've noticed that the choice of products aren't quite as exciting as they were then. In fact, a lot of the products advertised are just boring and pointless. I now only buy one thing now and then. I've downed my rating from 5 stars to 3 until such times as I feel the the product selections become a tad more attractive!!
Really nice, except for a watch, all the things I bought were as described. Also, for some types of products it's worthier than Ali express, for example.
Always brilliant service and definitely no quibble if anything is wrong or broken, it is always a good way to shop for anything, the only negative sometimes can be the delivery time but if you don't mind waiting then it is definitely the place to shop for quality and value of products. Its been almost a month, and I never received my refund. My purchased items were automatically canceled. I was told I would receive a refund in 14 days, but I never received a dime. I tried talking to support, but I can't seem to get in contact with anyone, on this issue. I am thinking of calling my lawyer. I do not recommend you waste your money on Joom. It's ashame, because they have really nice looking outfits.
I like the app and orders get in at the times they say they are expected to arrive in. I haven't had any problems so far. I'm happy with my shopping experience.
ordered the goods, waited more than 2 months, the parcel did not arrive, they said that the money would be returned in 2 weeks. I didn’t receive any apologies, coupons, etc., and after the money was returned, my product has already risen in price by 40%. and all they told me in support was to buy it again at an inflated price. support also answered once every 12 hours or less. better choose aliexpress
So much better than similar selling sites, and delivery is much faster than most others. Sadly still no option for dark mode. So don't use it as much now due to problems with my eyesight.
Some purchases can be hit and miss. When Joom first started the prices where much lower and there wasnt any added VAT. Be careful to read the description of what you are buying very carefully especially when it comes to clothing sizes, shoes ect. The packaging could be improved as I've had some products turn up that are damaged and unusable then Joom tried to palm me off with a partial refund!! So I had to argue and insist for a full refund. I mean who would pay 60% for something they cant use?!
Good app but not always on time... and it used be free shipping, but now they charging for shipping.... I wish it was still free shipping, because when you order more than one item you still have to pay extra for every single item!
I've never had a problem with Joom, I've had queries which have always been answered in a timely fashion. I will cotine to use their excellent services. Their choice of courier is also excellent.
Its an amazing app i ordered a lot of stuff and they deliver faster than expected the prices are unimaginably cheap nike AF1 for 28€ thats a steal for sure. Highly recommend this app
Good prices but as any Chinese company sometimes they like to goof up your order and give you something else than what you initially wanted to get... The customer support is OK but whit its issues as many other Chinese sales platforms.
I didn't order anything yet. Appearence is good but search for something is a nightmare. I was looking for Nokiax20 case but I got all in search results except what I search for. That is Dissapointing
Good shopping with Joom, but usually delivery delays and one can't do a short term planning with Joom. Majority of products reflects it's expected quality, but some eh hummm. But all the same, Joom should strive towards the best and cover the world. 👍👌🌹

The worst mistake of my online shopping experience.Do not down load this app, the sizes are way off. The customers service was horrible. In order to get a refund you have to pay shipping, it cost more than the merchandise and if it's more that 1 order you have to ship separately to 2 differentaddress. Save you time and money.
