This app is frustrating they advocate a email support customer service nit my email keep bouncing back an my handy man it asking me to increase hid hours which is well deserve but on my app there is no way. Totally annoyed because this will take months t figuer out. DONT USE APP

Its great and all but, it's not letting me Enter the Jobs through Text or Email. I will say this too, it won't let me check my availability and sometimes when it does except my work for me to help the person, it bring me to the customer portal where they think im a customer and not a worker?. I called, spoke and Emailed them on this MATTER! I was a worker already on this app, and now all of a sudden I'm getting alot of Text and Emails about work ect. But i cant even join or talk to the Customer?. Great App but please fix this 😔
I've been trying to download this app all day. It says it's compatible with my phone, but can't fully download for some reason. Wish I could give a review on the actual app.

Is too bad i can't give it NO STAR 1.The application process is confusing 2.When you get to the background check part the system locked up and you can't for any further 3.the support email and phone is a joke plain an simple Folk there are better choice takl,taskrabbit,etc go there this is nothing more than a fly by nite company
