Can't transfer over a couple grand between checking and savings in the same account. For some reason that's a security risk? From savings to checking? Wasn't gonna rate but the app asked for it.

The new app is better in most every way, but the picture-taking process for depositing a check is maddening. An annoying voice loudly instructs you to center the phone over the check, then grabs the picture while you are still lining things up. When you have to try again (and you will), the instructions are given each time. For the back, there are additional instructions on what to write on the endorsement line, but those instructions are given only once and quickly. You must exit the "capture the back" mode and re-enter it to see what to write on the check. This would be a 5-star app if the picture-capture process could be smoothed out and made less annoying.

It doesn't show the check-in landscape when first making the deposit. You have to exit and then come back in to make it work right. Very annoying. The check conversion is not consistent. sometimes it gets a right sometimes it gets it wrong. Sometime I have to retake the picture of the check multiple times.

This app is easy to use! I love us going this app to quickly do my transfers or checking balances. I've gone through other banks/ credit unions in the past and this is by far the best app I've used.

Great app! Love the electronic deposit check. I just wish that add an external account be less complicated.

Why did the fingerprint login dissappear? App is still functional, but that biometric login made it so much easier for me to get into my account.

This app works great when it's working. Lots of times the app is completely non functional and won't open anything.

Works well enough, the app doesn't keep purchases and deposits up to date. I think it's a 1-2 day difference from when I get paid to when I see the money on the app. The app is up to date, but it is annoying not having everything instantly updated.

This is super user friendly and is so easy to make transfers etc.

I love this credit union ( and the app) It's so easy to use no problems at all besides of the great people working there I Feel like I found the best credit union ever.. Good bye old banks. I'm saving money having my money there and making some at the same time. I don't have to pay to a bank to have my savings with them. Fully recommend this credit union.

I would like to see a place to document what your deposit was from, or what your withdrawal is for. No place to write notes like in original banking platform. Otherwise, very easy to use. Just not able to make any documentations.

It's a great app. The only thing is that I haven't be able to to transfer from my account to somebody else's account 🙃

Very accurate app. Easy to use!!

Ever since I was forced to download this new app I can rarely access my account information! It always says "unable to load your account information at this time". I have to login multiple times before it will load, please fix this issue.

Much better than the old app! I like that you can change the names of the accounts. And all of the accounts are on the same page, you don't have to switch back and forth. It will make managing money much quicker and easier!

Just not a good banking app. Never sends the low balance notifications i set up. And sometimes it glitches and showes i have more money than i do. That happened and now im -29 bucks

New update is... Good? But dear lord in heaven, why did the log in screen get *worse*? Why can't I use pixel 4 biometric facelock to login? Why do I need to put in my password every time? I used to use the app all the time since I could login with biometrics but typing my password out has become absolutely abysmal

I love it that it's so easy to transfer between accounts. I can see the balances and activity for all accounts on one page. It's just easy to use!

Super slow. Mobile deposit, even if you're phone is set to silent will trigger a max volume camera shutter sound.

Haven't been happy with this app since the beginning. I do a lot of my banking on my Kindle Fire. The new app is not compatible anymore with my Kindle.

awesome new app! a little different than the previous one, but ultimately has a lot more features that are great! I enjoy how customizable it is!

I hate this new forced app, it has an old phone number to confirm my identity that I've changed in online banking services and it still won't update to the new number, meaning i can't get in to see any of my banking numbers what a garbage app.

This app makes banking so much easier ! I love the mobile check deposit. Saves me from driving 25 minutes to the bank

I would like it MUCH more if I could enter a memo for my transfers. Also, I wish I had instant access to funds deposited electronically.

This app is terrible. It never loads my transaction history. The app was great before they "fixed" it. Now it's garbage.

Easy to use & accurate

It's way better than the old app. I like it how, I can easily transfer money to my husband and daughter's account. Good job!
