The ability to "Save" or "Favorite" items is broken. All of my carefully curated lists of saved items are gone. Admittedly, I'm more of a shopper than a buyer so without the ability to see what I've saved, this app is pretty useless for me. I really like the products on offer. When saving worked, I would have given this app 4 stars.
I'm not sure if Joss & Main and Wayfair are trying to merge into 1 app, but it's effecting my favorites and list I have saved. I logged on today to see if a particular rug I had on one of my Joss & Main list was still avaible, but it shows I have no favorites or list. I can clearly see them via the Wayfair app but not able to clock and view because it was saved through the Joss & Main app. I've been having similar issues for months now. This will be 2nd time the app has cleared out my list and favorites forcing me to start over from scratch. Please fix this issue. When fixed will rate 5 stars.
The "Place order" is in a terrible spot. No confirmation if you press it. Accidently pressed the button to see what shipping/taxes would be and pressed "place order"... No way for a "cancel order".... As well as no way for me to remove my information so that the accidental purchase doesn't happen again. Also impossible to locate conditions for a return or a refund. Not impressed with this app or store at all, compared to other shops I've had to use before.
A good experience. I haven't decided on my order yet. For the most part prices are reasonable for ornaments. However I would rather not order two packages of the red and golf, just one. I do think you are quite overpriced on storage items--i.e., items such as the lighted display pieces edpecially--gor instance the 3 gift boxes, deer, now. It is after the fact and would think you would want those items moved out. Don't suppose you offer a substantial to seniors?
I was using this app all summer, just began using it again but everytime I go to choose a section like "chandeliers" it says "error, please check your internet connection" i have internet, everything else is working fine on my phone but this app has been doing this for about a month now with apparently no resolution. It would be a shame if I could no longer go through them because I have loved what I've gotten so far and love their selections for various items.
This app does not work well at all. It's slow to load, and the saved items thing takes about 10 minutes to load when I try to save an item. I can't look at my saved items anymore either, but they do come up if I open the wayfair app. I've pretty much given up on this app.
Overpriced for th he level of quality offered. Most items out of stock. Bait and switch tactics.
I downloaded the app to see an item on the in an add in explorer but can never actually click that link for it to open IN the app. It's just redirected to the main page and since the fb ads don't tell you what they're advertising it's impossible to find said item.
I could never find the things I was interested in - I've done a half-dozen searches for a vase that keeps popping up on my FB page. Rather than get a link in the illustration so I can spend some money, I just get instructions to install the app. I can spend elsewhere - way to go, J&M!
Password to Ft Knox Every time I navigate somewhere new in the app it asks for my password. Then, it says incorrect password. I reset it, use the exact same password I just reset and get back in but 5 min later it says incorrect password AGAIN. Very frustrating and difficult to shop. FIX IT!!!
When I click that items in the app it links to their website. it just continuously loads. It also gives me like 5 alerts in the day. Oh my word I do not need that many alerts A-day. I probably would have trapped the app but it was so annoying I deleted it
I love love love the materials they have available on this App/Store. I'm in the process of buying a new home and I can't wait to order my new decor stuff I picked out waiting in my cart!! I'd give it 5 stars if they didn't advertise for stuff they didn't actually have any longer.
I ordered a chair. It arrived 3 days early and it is perfect! It is beautiful and the color is exactly what I wanted. It's sturdy, comfadable. I thought the legs were gonna be week but their not and the craftsmanship of the chair is amazingly beautiful and high quality. I Love it. I defently will be ordering my matching chair in the near future.
PUSH NOTIFICATIONS DO NOT WORK. I selected to only receive notifications on purchases and shipments. I get at least 5 dings a DAY on sales, etc. I go in the app settings...all turned off BUT purchases and shipments. Uninstalling app. Obnoxious.
before i delete can someone explain why when i see a nice piece of furniture advertised on fb and it says install now, so i click on it, it NEVER goes to the item im looking at? then i have to spend time looking for where it is and usually i don't have all that time so i just leave. not good for business since i would've bought a few things.
Why would you advertise something in my Facebook feed I can't find when I search for it through the app? For example the wooten sideboard. At least that is what's listed under the pic as the name or brand? If I could add a picture I would. Frustrating. I will now uninstall the app....
app almost never works for me. doesnt load half the time, then i cant see my saved items. this feature is vital for comparison shopping. i wont be making a purchase if i cant see the items i want to purchase.
There is no zoom capability unless you click on the item. Very frustrating because it slows down the shopping process!
As soon as i see something I like I go click and it NEVER loads. The items seem modern and I'm super interested but extremely discouraged when I can't even view to make a purchase.
The search result page always shifts as I'm going through them so I keep having to refind my spot, the app crashes and logs me out. It didn't use to be this unusable!
Best Customer Service Ever - Had an issue with a product we ordered and called the customer service line. Within five minutes we had a full refund for the cost of the product. We were concerned about how much of a hassle it was going to be and put it off but I've never had such great customer service from a company before. We will most definitely order from them again as we know if there is an issue they truly care about making it right .
At first I was very frustrated! It showed me the first 6 sofas & then not one photo after that! Eventually, I got it to work, but wasted a lot of time!
Horrible descriptions and poor customer service all the way around!!!. They make returns so hectic as a tactic to get you to avoid returning the products .. products are not as described or even same brand I ordered from wayfair and had to deal with these people instead go figure
Too many notifications. So annoying. I received 47 notifications at one time. I have unsubscribed and still getting notifications. PLEASE STOP!
my app always needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled if i hsvent used it in some time. very frustrating, dont understand why an auto update doesn't occur or a prompt for me to update doesnt pop up.
App doesn't work at all. I get daily notifications on sales, click the link, then the app opens with all the fields blank. Nothing appears, you can't click anything or search. By chance, the log in screen showed once, but after entering my email address, it just froze there. The website is nice but this app is totally useless. Going to uninstall.
