JotNot Fax

2nd time I've used this app. It's a lifesaver! And the prices are great too. Mt only issue is on my Note 10+ some of the info is cut off. For example: the job ID on the fax sent page and while the fax is sending you cant see what it says at the bottom of the fax sending box. Does it need to be formatted for my phone? Just wanted to give a heads up. It made the app harder to use this time. Still great though!

The app is so bare bones you have to figure out what they're trying to do and I apparently can't. I'm trying to buy credits but I don't know from where. It indicates PayPal and shows my correct email, but when I click "buy" it then shows another screen with my Google email. I try to enter both known good passwords and it keeps saying incorrect password. I can't buy credits so it's useless.

I found all fax apps to cost something to actually fax, no suprise. But this app had pretty good reviews so I tried it. I really only needed to send one fax at the time so I purchased the 3 credits for $3.99. It takes only one credit to send a 1-5 page fax. So, when the occassion arrives where I need to send another fax or two I already have the credits. The app itself is pretty easy to use. You can use your camera to take a picture of your document and crop it and lighten or darken the print.

I have to say this is an excellent app it literally took me 3 minutes to copy a paper, add a phone number & put a cover sheet on it and fax. It cost me $3.99 for credits but i still have 2 credits left. It cost one credit to send. If you haven't used this before and you're stopping to fax out things you should be doing it from your phone! You're still going to pay at least $2 at a store to stop there and fax, you might as well do it through your phone for $1.50 more.

I opened the app, it prompted me to use my phone camera to take a picture of the documents I needed to fax, filled out a cover sheet (optional), entered the fax number that I was sending to, paid something like $.50/page and pressed 'send fax'. Within 60 seconds, I saw a big green 'SENT' next to each transaction. First used this app 20 minutes ago, and it seems easy/great..i just wish i could get a transmittal form instead of a big green 'sent' next to the transaction.

I've been using this app for over a year now it is awesome their customer service is great any problems they get right on it and fix it immediately. This is one of the best apps I have ever downloaded on my phone and it's just been a lifesaver for me. I just wish it had a receive function.

Paid $4.24 in attempt to fax 2 pages and got nowhere. At first, I just got the working icon but eventually it said that the fax number was disconnected. The app has a "dial this number" feature. After doing that, and verifying that it was in fact connected, I tried again. This time I got the attaching docs icon for 5 minutes at which point I uninstalled the app.

I have used this app for over a year. It has really been helpful due to many surgeries where I could not drive. I trust this app because its never faild to send any of my paper work. So for anyone not sure I will tell you it DOES WORK.

This app is an invaluable tool for my work as a home health aide! I can fax directly from a client's home if need be. The price is better because I can fax 5 papers for a single credit, (about $1 depending on the pkg of credits purchased) instead of $1/pg. Bonus it keeps a digital copy in the app so I have a record of faxes sent instead of a folder of papers come year end.

Worked like a charm. Just bought credits with Google Pay and filled out free cover page and attached my doc from another app. Easypeasy. Transmission took as long as a normal fax would take. I even got a status page that confirmed success and length of time it took, 38 seconds. Cheers!

I downloaded this app on recommendation from a co-worker. She raved on how easy it was too use. i could not open an account error message is that there is already a user with that name. i tried 3 email addresses and still no luck. uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, still no luck. I'm using a Pixel 2 XL.

It took me 2 tries to get this app to work for me but it did and it cost $3.99 to proess 4 pages, a bit too high ... : / but it was their whem all others didn't and would not work. Im happy to say it gave me what I needed at the time I needed it. So not bad at all..

Worked well and quickly. Was simple to use. I was briefly dismayed I was unable to find the right pdf, but, while I thought it was saved to my device, my device storage must actually be cloud storage as I found it there.

Great time saving, just buy the credits, take the picture of the document you want to fax, and send it. Simple as that. 1 credit allow you to send 1-5 pages and with 2 credits you can send 6 to 10 pages.

Horrible! After scrolling thru umpteen different fraud apps faking to be free (read the reviews) I opted to go with an honest, affordable pay app. I paid JotNot $10 for 10 credits (5 pages per credit). I spent almost an hour rescanning my docs since JotNot wouldn't pull from my pics & after all this -- my faxes wouldn't upload to their server. This was an urgent fax and I wasted 1/2 my day being punked by useless apps. 🤬

Honestly really convenient when you need to fax and don't have one can just take the picture and edit it to the right contrast and your good to go.

this app was awesome, PREVIOUSLY!! Today, as I need it, it won't let me log in! I tried to, and it said it sent me an email to reset my password, I NEVER RECEIVED THE EMAIL! S o I tried to UPDATE the app, and it WON'T DOWNLOAD the update! YHE APP IS USELESS AT THIS TIME!

I realized the app failed because I created an account with my primary email, which is -not- a gmail account. I went to their web interface and faxed from there. Worked perfectly.

Love this app. I should be change for what I use. In I fax I get charged. Not get charged just to downloaded the app. That's your advertising( app )some apps get greedy not see it as so. Thank you for not doing that a appreate me as I do u. Yes I recommend your app to anyone!! Thanks guys!

I have been using the apps for years very successfully. The overall quality surpasses any little quirks. Thank you for continuing to make improvements.

Convenient app but it faxes over blurry copies. Tried it twice, and the same result both times. If that weren't an issue, If give five stars.

I rarely need to send a fax but this app does a great job when I do. I especially like how I can convert photos to PDF files with ease.

I find this app really convenient it's financially affordable and I've only had a little bit of complications and I've been using it for about a year-and-a-half. It's been awesome and I would suggest it to anyone

Great inexpensive fax! Just wish it was a little easier to select files for the fax. There are too many options.

Super easy and quick. I noticed that JotNot responded to every issue along with only 500 reviews with 500K downloads and that was the deal maker for me. Happy with my choice!

Sound and reliable. All the faxes I've sent to date have been successful. I will continue to use the JotNot fax app.

Not exactly sure if they sent but I will find out soon, I really like the convenience of JotNot and being able to take a picture and fax up to 5 pages for a low cost and 1 credit

i bought the minimum credit $3.99 to send one fax, and your server is giving an error and not sending my fax. It does tell me i have 3 credits and im just trying to use 1. please advise for a higher review score.
